Godfather Chapter 10

The moment I finished reading the text message, I subconsciously swept my surroundings a glance but did not find the sender of the text message.

It’s impossible for the person to be the taxi driver or w.a.n.g Xin.

“Big Brother, what is it?”

The taxi driver smiled and walked to my side. His behavior was totally similar to a pug!

“Nothing.”

I shook my head and moved to stand in front of w.a.n.g Xin. I patted her shoulder and said, “You can go back first, I’ll find you when I have the time.”

Very slowly, w.a.n.g Xin lifted her head and deeply looked at me, but her face began to flush with redness and she went to sit inside the taxi without saying a word.

I smiled then walked to the taxi driver's side. I patted his shoulder and said, “If something was to happen to her on the road, I’ll want you dead!”

On hearing my words, the taxi driver’s entire body shuddered and he immediately nodded his head.

After watching the taxi leave, I took out the envelope and carefully looked at it.

My heart started to beat faster.

“Hū…”

I took a deep breath and put the envelope into my pocket as I first wanted to find Yao Yao before reading it.

Regarding that text message, I felt it to be quite suspicious. Basically, only a few knew of my phone number and I had just gotten out of prison, but a moment ago, somebody actually sent me a text message!

I hailed a taxi and directly headed towards Hua Tian Hotel…

Around 30 minutes had pa.s.sed.

“Zhī…”

Followed by the sound of the taxi coming to a stop, it parked outside the Hua Tian Hotel.

I looked at the Hua Tian Hotel that was in front of me and could not help but chuckle. The small restaurant in the past had now become such a tall building!

I could still remember that time when Uncle Zhang cooked, his dishes were very fragrant ah!

I believe Uncle Zhang was now this Hua Tian Hotel’s Boss…

Upon entering the hotel, it could be seen that the inside was buzzing with activity as it was filled with many people. The staff were hurrying all over the place, so n.o.body bothered about me.

Looking down at myself, I didn’t even have new clothes and the one I’m currently wearing was the T-s.h.i.+rt gifted to me by Boss when I was still in jail…

Looking at the surrounding people, each and every one were wearing branded suits, neckties, leather shoes which could not compare to what I was currently in.

I walked to the reception desk.

“Miss, I would like to enquire, is w.a.n.g Zi Xiong here?”

The receptionist only lift her head and cast a glance at me. Her face changed, showing her irritation which caused her feel lazy to even answer.

“Miss, can you please tell me?”

I asked again.

This time she lifted her head and angrily looked at me, “You are very annoying, go go go, go out, we aren’t some small restaurant!”

Are you telling me to leave?

I sneered. Why should I leave?

“Fine then, Miss, I’ll order a dish.”

“En?”

On hearing my words, the receptionist stood up and slapped down the menu in front of me, “Go ahead and order. If you can order one dish, I’ll let you stay in this hotel!”

[TLN: The hotel building has a restaurant]

“Ok.”

I agreed and went to flip through the menu…

Seriously!

Looking at the dishes on the menu, my head ached. F*ck, a single dish would cost around 1,000 yuans? d.a.m.n, 5 years ago when we, around 100 plus brothers, went to drink beer for a night, it would only expend a few 1,000 yuans.

One dish here is already around 1,000 yuan! It is just robbery!

“Is there anything cheaper?”

I closed the menu and looked at the receptionist.

She coldly cast me a glare and said, “We here do not have any dish that costs 3,000 yuan and below. If you can’t order then leave!”

After saying, she turned her head and began to chat with the cas.h.i.+er that was beside her, “Nowadays, there are all sorts of people!”

“Yes, some people don’t even look at what their ident.i.ty is! Is Hua Tian Hotel some place where anyone can come in?!”

The receptionist looked up from her reception desk, “What is it, you’re still not leaving? If you are not leaving, I’ll call for security!”

I gritted my teeth and forcefully suppressed the anger in my heart as I tried not to get angry but, d.a.m.n, deep down, I’m really very angry.

I really don’t get it, the two of you are only the staff of this hotel and to put it frankly, the two of you are only dogs that are being bossed around by the owner of this hotel. Did you think that you yourself are rich?!

Ridiculous!

“I’ll ask you one last time, w.a.n.g Zi Xiong, where is he?!”

I clearly understood in my heart that if I was too late late, Yao Yao would be in danger!

“Hēng!”

The receptionist snorted and stood up with her right arm akimbo, she took up the phone.

“h.e.l.lo? Security, come to the reception desk for a moment, there is somebody causing trouble here!”

Meanwhile, within Room 403 above Hua Tian Hotel…

An ugly-looking and obese middle-aged man was beaming with smiles as he headed towards the beautiful young lady who was currently sitting on the bed.

That beautiful young lady was my little sister, Yao Yao!

The instant his hand touched Yao Yao’s snow white shoulder, she suddenly stood up and subconsciously slapped the middle-aged man’s hand away.

“w.a.n.g Zi Xiong, I’m not doing this sort of thing already.”

w.a.n.g Zi Xiong was first stunned for a second. He had f*cked numerous young ladies, when did he even met such a situation like today?

“What the f*ck are you doing?!”

w.a.n.g Zi Xiong was furious. He went up and sent a slap towards her.

“Pā!”

His palm ruthlessly landed on Yao Yao’s face, “Lao Zi has given you too much face, is it?! F*ck, do you know whose territory this place is? Even the old man, Boss Zhang, has to give me face. If you dare make trouble for me, I’ll immediately break both your legs!”

After shouting, w.a.n.g Zi Xiong strode forward and pushed Lu Yao onto the bed…

Followed by a series of footstep sounds, 3 security personnel ran over.

“What happened?”

The baldy that was in the lead glared at me with hostility, as if he was the owner of this hotel.

The receptionist arrogantly walked out, then point at me and said, “This person wants to cause trouble here, kick him out now!”

In one go, I fiercely pushed the security away. Then, I turned my head and looked at the receptionist with my slightly red eyes, “B*tch, I had given you the chance but you did not cherish it, so don’t blame me!”

Even after hearing my words, the receptionist and cas.h.i.+er disregarded them and arrogantly smiled!

“Beggar, take a look at yourself first. What’s it, want to beat me?”

“Uncle, come, Lao Niang will stand here. Beggar, you really are a f*cking beggar!”

“F*ck!”

The baldy cursed and went up to send a slap at me!

I abruptly took a step back and just nicely dodged the baldy’s slap.

“Oh! Today I’ll teach you how to conduct yourself as a person!”

Suddenly, the two securities rushed towards me and this caused the smile on the receptionist and cas.h.i.+er’s face to become wider…

A series of aged coughs sounded followed by the sound issued when the walking stick hit the ground.

“What’s this? It’s still working hours, what are all of you doing?”

This voice sounded very familiar!

I turned my head to look.
