Chang looked at Zhong Qing who was already drunk and thought, “I don’t care if you are really drunk or not Peach. I, Chang Zheng, has already found you…

He looked around and no one was around that dark place.

"Peach is not safe to be alone here." He thought.

“Peach!" He shouted her name.

“Shall we go back to the dining?”

At that moment, Zhong Qing felt very wasted to stand up. Seeing someone while feeling dizzy, she patted his outstretched hand, smelled his body, and felt like he was very gentle and reliable.

When she pa.s.sed out, Chang acted faster than thinking with open arms to catch the topsy-turvy Zhong Qing, instantly infusing his heart.

Chang’s hand suddenly touched a piece of softness.

When suddenly, his hand flicked on her soft, delicate skin close to her back. This time he felt lost in front of her.

His body seemed to be stuck, as stiff as a stone. He could feel the heat rising on his face.

That moment felt very real - that the woman he was very fond of and really liked was in his arms, sleeping.

He was not drunk but Chang felt that at that moment the liquor that he drank earlier on the dinner seemed to sweep throughout his body. His legs felt weaker.

Chang turned his head lower, looking at her face with a smile. Zhong Qing was sleeping safe and sound. He finally sighed and embraced the moment that night.

The System was silently watching all of this. It actually admired Chang for being a good man.

However, the System had some sympathetic look to Chang.

Chang, then, felt afraid that some issue might arise if he's seen holding Zhong Qing in his arms.

But still, Chang went back to the crew, holding Zhong Qing in his arms.

As expected, the cast and crew were surprised on what they saw.

Chang remained calm and didn't react even though he already knew what their reaction would be if they saw them. He was confident enough that they will not suspect them having a relations.h.i.+p or anything that will outset some issue. No one will doubt them.

The idea was very simple; if two people have something between them, people will know especially the members of the crew. They would witness it every day, especially off-camera.

"But why are you holding Peach? What happened to her?", one crew asked.

Chang answered, “I went out just to breathe some fresh air and lose a little my hangover when I saw Peach drunk, asleep on the floor. I am afraid this desert's not safe at night, that's why I decided to bring her here."

Hearing him, one actress laughed, “Yes, she looks like she really can’t drink. HA HA HA! “

Chang said then, “Please, someone bring her to her room now to have some rest. I cannot bring her there."

Lingling said, “I can't, Chang. Can you please bring her to the room, Chang? For me."

Chang frowned.

"How can this a.s.sistant be of no heart?" Chang thought.

That moment, Chang thought quickly. Lingling, the a.s.sistant, might be having some suspicion if he will bring Zhong Qing to her room.

So he just smiled and said, “No, no, no. I can't enter the room of Peach because If I do that tonight, the jealous fans might kill me tomorrow!"

Everyone laughed.

The previously speaking actress reacted saying, “Me! I'll be the one to accompany Peach to her room."

Chang looked at the actress first, and then Lingling.

Lingling helped the actress bring Zhong Qing to the room and then Chang went back to his seat with a smile and ignored the feeling of emptiness.

"Not yet, Chang.

You have to keep your feelings for her for now.

You have to focus on yourself and to your career. Your feelings for her will only cause her trouble.", Chang thought.
