Zhao – s.h.i.+ didn’t think that her daughter would said this, she frowned and said, ” That Gu mama was a old servant that brought by your mother to the Fu. There should be no problem at her, right?”

Seeing her mother like that, Ye Qing Ge said, “How about observing her for a while? Observe if she’s hiding anything suspicious? Also, Mother should investigate and look at her family’s condition.”

Zhao – s.h.i.+ pondered for a moment and felt relieve.

“This yatou, you just fell down and you’re like this. How did you become so clever?” Zhao – s.h.i.+ said teasingly.

Yatou – means servant or girl. In this case, it means girl

Ye Qing Ge tug her mother’s sleeve and act like a spoiled child. “Mother’s making fun of nu’er. Nu’er experienced a fall into the pit and a gain in your wit[1]. Does Mother thinks that nu’er lost her mind?”

Zhao – s.h.i.+ listened to her blabber, she cannot help but say: “This child’s talking nonsense. You just woke up and you need a lot of rest. Don’t be a little monkey that jumps and bounce around. Quick, lie down, so you won’t catch a cold.”

“How can you catch a cold in summer?” Ye Qing Ge muttered resentfully.

Zhao – s.h.i.+ saw her that she’s still awake, she suddenly felt down. At this time did she realize that she’s quite tired.

Ye Qing Ge catch sight of her mother’s tired appearance. She then quickly told her mother to rest. But Zhao – s.h.i.+ just shook her head.

“It’s still morning, mother still need to see those stewards. I’ll just wait for the noon meal, after that I shall rest, okay?”

Ye Qing Ge obediently lied to the bed and nodded. After Zhao – s.h.i.+ left she called Zhi Qiu and asked, “Zhi Qiu, you said you went outside to get medicine, where is the prescription?”

With full of curiosity, Zhi Qiu replied, “Young Miss, there’s something strange with the prescription. It’s certainly for Young Miss’ illness, however, Young Miss drank the medicine given by the Fu but didn’t get well. Then I went outside to buy the medicine and asked the physician about the prescription. The physician said that the prescription’s right and don’t have any problem.”

Ye Qing Ge’s brow furrowed. “The prescription don’t have any problem? Then, the medicine given by the Fu has the problem? Is there any dregs left?”

Zhi Qiu pursed her lips. ” Gu mama took the dregs of the medicine and threw it to the latrine.”

Gu mama again? Ye Qing Ge pondered for a moment, then she s.h.i.+ft her thoughts.

“We don’t have any evidence on this accident. Later, you must pay attention to Gu  mama. Watch out any action of hers and see if she will do any moves.”

Knowing her Young Miss trusted her, Zhi Qiu listened wholeheartedly at her, then she stood up straight. “Young Miss, be rest a.s.sured, I will certainly watch Gu mama! I will not let her destroy any evidence again!”

Ye Qing Ge laughed at her appearance. These two servant of hers are both thirteen years of age, in the modern world, girls of their age are already a Middle School student. Also, their body compared to the modern girls are different. Their body didn’t grow well, probably in here they don’t have any entertainment activity or project to waste their time, therefore, to fight and scheme against each other became their only amus.e.m.e.nt in here.
