Chu Yang believed that any organisation has small loopholes which people could exploit. In Diwu Qing Rou's plans, this place of Tie Bu Tian is sure to have some flaws. It would not be considered sceptical to say that the staff in charge of the screening process for the Bu Tian Pavilion might not even be loyal to Tie Bu Tian!
