The number of monsters that came out increases when approaching the summit . Their levels also became fairly high. But I can still cope with it alone. I should have perhaps come in a little advance conquered area. I can’t know the extent of my current strength here because of the monsters being too weak. I want to know how strong the conquering group which is now in 12th conquered area. I planned to inquire it after returning to the inn but, I want to check it by fighting them. Just by having a high level would not make you survive in this game, I want to verify their true ability with my own eyes.

I saw a forked road after ascending a little. Perhaps, one way is where the boss is. I wonder which way it is. I should have investigate this mountain before coming here. Though I thought it would be an easy and carefree win, it became this troublesome. It can’t be helped, let’s go to the right.

Perhaps, I think that sounds just now came from the monster that fall down from the sky. Even if you reached the suitable level for the area, it is still possible to die when being caught in monster house. Because Warp Rope cannot be used in the monster house, there is no other method to survive other than defeating the monsters.

I saw that there is a large quant.i.ty of monster when I move forward. Golem type monsters are surrounding something and started to attack. Wood Golem that came from the tree which I’ve never seen until now is mixed within the Golems. It seems that trees grew here is because there is that Golem. Though I thought of going back to the previous road and abandon them as it is, There is no demerit for being in grat.i.tude by other players, it would be okay no matter how many monster came, is what I thought and decided to help. It’s unpleasant to be looked in cold eyes just by having a Long Sword, they’ll probably be shocked being saved with a Long Sword. I don’t know how many players within it but, I’ll save them for now. Hurryingly running, I cut the back of the Iron Golem that was facing me. When they noticed me that came from their backs, number of golems faced towards me.

「I’ll a.s.sist you! Are you okay!」

I called the players that is in the middle of monster house. It seems that they are not yet annihilated since I heard metallic sound in the middle.

「Thank you very much! It would be bad if this continues!」

I heard a young male voice inside. It seems that they would be able to endure it for a while.
The Wood Golem makes a creaking sounds while charging and cut it in half as it is, eradicating the golem that came close to the 【Light Square】. The golems seems to judge that I’m more dangerous than the players in the middle because of defeating their fellow. The golems runs while their footsteps resounds. Oh……There’s quite intensity……. Though it can’t be compared to b.l.o.o.d.y bear.

「【Vacuum Slash】!」

Cutting the golems that is in the lead. I approach the golems who’s balance is destroyed by being tripped their foot with the other’s golems dead body and defeating it easily by using skill. The number of golems gradually decreased, I saw the appearance of the players that is being attacked. Surprisingly, Its a young man and woman in the middle of the monster house. It is perhaps strange to call them young. Both of them seems to be in middle school Its quite good to come here with just the two of them. The boy uses axe and the girl uses spear.

「【Tri-Stab】」

The woman used a three consecutive stab attack in the nearby golem to restraint it and the boy used 【Full Swing】 in the fluttering golem to blow it away. Its quite a good combination. The rhythm of the two is in fit and there’s no gap. But still, they can’t win in numbers and didn’t notice the golem that is approaching in their backs. I cut the golems that blocks my path and advance. I jumped over the two with 【Sky Walk】 and cut the golem that is going to attack. Although they both stare at me in wonder who moves in their back in an instant, I certainly defeated the golem that came close.
Finally, all the golem is defeated after 5 minutes. Though I didn’t leveled up, the two seems to leveled up number of times.
The two take out recovery medicine and stamina drink from their Item Box and swallowed to recovery stamina and endurance. After that, they came close to me and bow their heads. When looking close, the two have the quite similar face. Perhaps they might be brother and sister.

「Thank you very much for helping us in dangerous situation. The two of us in that case will probably die」
「Thank you」

I’m troubled to response since I’ve never experience people bowing to me. It looks like an one scene in a novel. Its somehow embarra.s.sing. Or rather, its different a response than I antic.i.p.ate. “Being saved by a Long sword”…… such as like this.

「Don’t mind it……since helping is a natural thing.」

I replied in somewhat suspicious like. I wonder they would believe it, is what I thought then I saw the eyes of the two started sparkling. Ehh……w-what. When I saw the two of them nod, the man opened his mouth somewhat in tension.
