The land was all so barren, endless plain of wasteland-brown, just bone-dry surface encompa.s.sing the area.

The weary steps of this man tread heavily on the dry sand.

Exhausted, ma.s.sive weight dragged his every step, and each stride brought a wave of muddy dust.

After escaping from the pursuers, he had been walking alone in the desert for three days, abandoned and doomed. He could see no color except for yellow, the sulfur-yellow color of the sun, soaking the land with bad blood, resentful of life.

It felt like his body has reached its limit, but there remained an ample amount of energy to traverse to the end. His faith was strong that he will not fall.

He seems to hallucinate again.

He saw something green flying in front of him and even heard a sound like a lifted water.

This is not his first time to hear that.

He laughed and shook his head forcefully, gave in his last ounces of courage while biting down on his lip – only pain can release him from this beautiful and cruel illusion.

But this time, everything felt so real.

He opened his eyes and looked at every path closely and deliberately.

The green plants are fresh and blooming in the searing storm of the desert while the sound of the gus.h.i.+ng water seems at close quarters.

And ALAS! His body suddenly burst out of power!

Down to his last fragment of strength, he almost crawled his way to the sound of the babbling waters.

WATER! And he saw a water!

He can now live! The taste of survival has grown his senses.

The water was crystal clear. Its cool breeze breathes life. On the mysteries of the vast, deep breadth of the desert it lies – where people won’t easily see.

Taking pleasure from the means for survival he has discovered, his eyes locked on something, bringing his whole being to a stop.

Behold, a naked woman with a red body.

Her back was facing the man. She seemed taking a bath.

She has a long, dark, Mexican-like hair which falls gracefully on her shoulders, flowing attractively on her snow-white skin in strong contrast with the color of her eyes which are stunningly luring.

Her long hair covers all of her Zhang Mi back and the rest was the woman's skin hidden under the

bottom of the water.

His eyes were caught by the line on her beautiful charming shoulder above the red Phoenix totem wings that it felt like his body will break down, finding it very captivating.

Even if he cannot see her face, he is certain that this woman is beautiful and real as opposed to the woman in his hallucination.

The woman seemed to perceive behind her. She slowly turned her head.

And then he looked at her, his gaze was so affectionate as if he as if he had come upon something rare and precious.

"CUT!"

The sound of the director's satisfaction rang.

The actor Chang Zheng, however, seemed to be hooked heavily on the scene, staring at her until the a.s.sistant shouted him.

Chang Zheng reclaimed himself with some shame. At the corner, while sipping some Minzui, his eyes continued looking for her. She was surrounded by many people; he can’t see her.

Sure enough, she will be recognized as the first G.o.ddess of an entertainment circle.

Reluctantly, he withdrew his gaze and walked over to his own lounge.

Zhong Qing was surrounded by her several a.s.sistants to get off the water which actually wrapped her white chest, not red. One handed her the water to rinse her mouth, while the others wiped her wet hair with a dry, fluffy towel.

All of them were busy doing their tasks a.s.sisting Zhong Qing.

The man stood silently at the corner alone, as if he is in no connection with the people around.
