All eyes are on Chang.

Some of them are envious, some are doubtful of him, and some are questioning why Guo Yang chose him.

The prop master, Xiao Li, is very surprised, dumbfounded by the news. Speechless, his eyes are locked on the man standing beside Guo Yang.

It seems like it was only yesterday when he knew Chang and that he was only dreaming to be a lead actor. But now, Chang is in front of the stage, waving and already the lead man actor of the Yellow Sand Song film.

He still can't believe it. It's as if everything that is happening is only a dream that he even pinched himself hard.

"OUCH!"

"It is not a dream!!! I'm not dreaming! I can't believe it! It is real!"

After the announcement, it seems like Xiao Li is having a cold feet.

"Will Chang hate me? Did he hold some grudge because of me?" Xiao Li thought.

He even recalled what he has done to Chang Zheng before. He feels hopeless.

"I don't know! I can't think straight!" Xiao Li thought with extreme fright.

He looked up in a trance just right on Chang's eyes.

Chang Zheng threw a friendly smile to Xiao Li.

Xiao Li's heart melted. He wants to stop all the hate to Chang but something deep inside him holds the hatred.

Xiao Li and Chang have been roommates for a long time already but they have never been engaged into a conversation or anything since then.

Chang kept his eyes on Xiao Li who is then feeling troubled.

Chang did it on purpose.

For a moment there, Chang lived in a wicked mind seeing Xiao Li in a chaotic, shocked look.

He has no ill will for Xiao. But for him, seeing Xiao Li a little bit scared makes him feel appeased; it's as if a small revenge for him.

Chang has been a patient and understanding roommate to Xiao Li ever since despite Xiao Li being hateful of him.

That one smile to Xiao Li is enough for Chang to give him a guilty feeling for what he has done in a long time. Like what they've always said, "Kill them with kindness" and "The greatest revenge to your enemy is to see you happy and successful."

Chang then stamped out of this silly matter and his eyes turned inadvertently to Zhong Qing.

"Is she happy for me and for herself, too?" Chang thought.

With a big smile on his face, he looks more splendid.

Well done for Chang Zheng! It is a stepping stone to get the leading man role.

He is now one big step closer to his dreams and Zhong Qing's mission.

He's still can't move on. Seeing Chang on the stage with happy eyes, Zhong Qing gave him a thumbs up as a gesture for his glorious victory.

And then he smiles again.

A smile that is completely different from the one he gave Xiao Li.

Since Zhang had an accident, Guo Yang was never seen as extremely happy as this.

After making the announcement, Guo Yang feels modestly apprehensive talking gently with a loving thought in front of the crowd.

“Congratulations Chang, as our new leading man, and we will work together later.”  Zhong Qing happily said to Chang.

Her words are like opening a special valve that instantly lights up the atmosphere that is dark and stagnant.

And then the rest of the cast of Yellow Sand Song also congratulate Chang. They also welcome Chang as their new leading man actor.

Chang knows that these people are still having doubts about him but still, he remains calm, comfortable, and humble thanking them.

Even if people are questioning, hating, and doubting him for being the new lead man actor, Chang will prove them wrong and will work harder to achieve his dreams.
