Chapter 432 - Tian Wu G.o.d

Night had descended upon the world, and Zhong Yue and Qiu Jin'er looked up to see three bright moons dangling high in the sky above. They couldn't help but feel odd. Suddenly, another moon rose from the horizon only to be followed by another two bright moons.

There was a total of six moons!

"Kun Lun is really a different world. It is not part of the Ancestral Star."

Qiu Jin'er was filled with joy, "Senior martial brother, the delicacies here must be very different than Ancestral Star!"

They had rid themselves of the two Kun Peng magnates that were chasing them, but they couldn't find the Western Mother Empire so quickly. Thus, they could only travel under the moonlight.

Zhong Yue nodded at Qiu Jin'er. His Yuan Shen suddenly turned to the three-legged, six-eyed Star Toad. Its mouth opened up and started gulping the moonlight like swallowing a waterfall that rushed down from the sky. Zhong Yue could immediately feel his cultivation advancing much faster than it did on the Ancestral Star. It was nearly comparable to cultivating on the moon itself.

Furthermore, the Qi Pract.i.tioners that had cultivated the moon spirit would be stronger than those from the Ancestral Star.

What was more bizarre was that the Star Toad's six eyes matched the number of moons in the sky. The moonlight showered down on him, and Zhong Yue could feel his Star Toad strengthening at an incredible rate. More totem patterns emerged within the six eyes, turning solid and clear.

The emergence of the new totem patterns in the Star Toad denoted that it had grown stronger, maturing even more and gaining more skills!

This was something that had never happened before in the Ancestral Star!

Kun Lun was definitely the best place for those whose cultivating aligned with the moon!

Zhong Yue was puzzled as he thought, Strange, just exactly where is this Kun Lun? How is it that it is way better to cultivate here than on the Ancestral Star?

“Kun Lun is much bigger than Ancestral Star.”

Qiu Jin'er looked around and said, "We've been flying for so long, and it still seems like we are just at the same corner of this continent."

Zhong Yue nodded. Kun Lun was bigger than their expectations, at least a few times bigger than the Celestial Wood Star. However, fortunately for Kun Lun, it wasn't an oceanic wasteland. Its environment seemed suited to nurture life; it had mountains, rivers, hills and lands.

Xin Huo looked around through Zhong Yue's visions, and he mumbled softly, "Weird, is there also a Heavenly Monarch here other than Ancestral Star?"

A celestial temple came into their view, and Zhong Yue suddenly stopped. He landed in front of the celestial temple and gazed at the two G.o.dly statues beside the door. The golden coatings on the G.o.dly statues had fallen off, and some of their arms were broken, but all of these weren't what caught his eyes — it was the six golden light wheels behind them.

The G.o.dly statues here had six light wheels, not five!

Zhong Yue's face turned solemn as he gazed at the six golden wheels. He then surged out his six light wheels as well and mumbled, "There are only a handful of people who know of the sixth wheel on the Ancestral Star. Probably only Senior Martial Brother Feng Xiaozhong and I had achieved to open it. Yet, here in Kun Lun, just a statue in a simple celestial temple has six wheels…"

“Chi Xue as well.” Suddenly, Qiu Jin'er said, “When she was challenging the G.o.dlike Board in the Void World, I've seen them before.”

One of the beasts turned its head around and asked. It had the appearance of a golden tiger, with wings on its back; it was a Golden Hou, and it was also a kind of celestial race. Zhong Yue's heart thumped, these eight Golden Hou were all at the Heavenly Dharma level, and their power and cultivation were no lesser than Zhong Yue's.

That Golden Hou laughed and said, "Although my master is really friendly, this doesn't mean the two of you can do anything you want. However, you two are quite quick to be able to catch up with us."

Zhong Yue then asked, “How many G.o.ds are invited?”

“A lot.”

Another Golden Hou laughed and said, “Probably, a thousand or two?”

Zhong Yue was greatly shocked, A thousand or two? There are so many G.o.ds in Kun Lun?

Only less than twenty G.o.ds were living on the Ancestral Star, and yet, there were a thousand or two G.o.ds here in Kun Lun?

Just where is this Kun Lun?

"To be honest, there are not many this time. There were rumors that when the Kun Lun imperial court was still here, there were at least eight thousand G.o.ds that would come, sometimes even more than ten thousand."

Qiu Jin'er followed as well. The curtain that covered the inside of the carriage was then pulled open. And inside the small carriage, there was a huge palace, one that was definitely bigger than the carriage itself. In the middle, a young man was sitting on a golden throne. He was sitting in a lazy posture as he was leaning to one side while his elbow was propped on the armrest and supporting his head.

The young man was in anger as he said, "It's fine for the eight of you to speak of this in front of me, but if it's the other G.o.ds, you will die for sure! Or at least, the eight of you will have to suffer immense pain!"

The Golden Hous then put their tongues out and apologized, “We are sorry.”

The G.o.d then smiled and said, "Alright, I'll not punish you eight for that. My two uninvited guests, please come in."

Zhong Yue and Qiu Jin'er exchanged looks, they then walked into the carriage. The G.o.d raised his hand, and two seating mats appeared on the floor. He invited the two of them to sit down and said, "I have quite a number of enemies. It is unavoidable to have some fights along the way. I hope the two of you can bear with it."

Zhong Yue then asked curiously, "Even a powerful G.o.d like you has enemies?"

"Not even a few." The young man ma.s.saged his own head and answered, "I don't have many personal enemies actually. It's those eight little brats that keep stirring up trouble, scolding people, taunting others, and beating their peers. The aggrieved then cried to their seniors, and some of them have come forward to confront me. But, we are at fault first, so I can't do anything to them either. As time goes by, the enemies just keep piling on, and my headaches continue to get worse."

Zhong Yue and Qiu Jin'er held back their laughs. Zhong Yue still thought that the eight Golden Hou were friendly, they didn't look like they were troublemakers. But alas, his initial impressions were apparently far off the mark. But something to consider was the fact that people only mingled with others on the same level as themselves. Thus, those bullied by the Golden Hou would also be those that were also had G.o.ds as their masters as well.

The young man G.o.d then smiled, "My name is Tian Wu. I've just become a G.o.d not long ago and yet, I already have many enemies. I adopted these little eight brats since young, and although their words can be sharp, they have good hearts."

Tian Wu strode out from the carriage and chided, "You didn't just eat a few spirit herbs, you also destroyed the whole herb farm!"

Zhong Yue and Qiu Jin'er walked out from the carriage and saw Tian Wu fighting another G.o.d in mid-air. Tian Wu morphed into a celestial being with eight heads, faces, arms, and legs. On the other hand, the incoming G.o.d was an eight-headed firebird shrouded in divine fire. The two G.o.ds then engaged in a battle in the sky, lighting up the dark night.

“No need to watch.”

The eight Golden Hou laughed in unison and said, "They have fought over ten times, and none was able to best the other. Master will return to us a few moments later."

They then pulled the carriage and flew away, leaving Tian Wu behind.

“Oh no, this isn't looking good!”

The eight Golden Hou were over 10,000 miles away, and suddenly, they stopped on the ground. One of them shouted, "Master, another enemy of yours, Wu Ming is here!"

Zhong Yue looked up and saw a 1000-armed G.o.d with 1000 soul weapons standing in front of them, staring at the eight Golden Hou with intense killing intent.

Tian Wu then quickly rushed over from the back, and he shouted, "Senior Martial Brother Wu Ming, let them go! You and I shall battle, not them!"

The thousand-armed G.o.d then turned and rushed toward Tian Wu while there was also the Huo Zheng that was chasing from behind. The two G.o.ds then launched attacks at Tian Wu, and instantly, it had become a two-on-one battle. The eight Golden Hou then pulled that carriage and left immediately. Zhong Yue couldn't help but feel uneasy, and he said, "Eight brothers, your master…"

“He won't die.”

One of them then added, "He is used to it anyway. We will go to the Nacre Lake Grand Meeting first, and he will catch up with us very soon."
