Chapter 1- Break up

Outside the window is a small park. A boy is sitting on a swing with a little girl pus.h.i.+ng him hard. The swing flew high and the two children were happily laughing.

The mother who did not sit far away, stares lovingly at the two children. From the mouth came a shouting word. Although separated by gla.s.s, Cheng Jinyu could still understand what the mother was shouting about.

Behind the mother is a small platform full of white doves. With a bustling crowd approaching, all the doves scattered, then one by one came back down.

Chen Yuze laughed, he reached out and patted Cheng Jinyu's shoulder, bringing his vision back from the park outside.

"Biao Ge, why is your boyfriend so amusing? Did you hear? He actually mistakenly entered the girl's dormitory, even foolishly asked the girl how he got into her bed and went to sleep?"

Chen Yuze grew to be very handsome, all five features were extremely fine (ears eyes lips nose tongue). His snow white skin, as though a seb.u.m jade turned into clean snow, made people drool a bit. His white tender neck and attractive collarbone gave off a feeling of n.o.bility with a unique aesthetic. A slender and handsome figure that possessed an orchid's pure soul and a narcissus's elegance.

This kind of man, should not be in this kind of small restaurant. It seemed out of place, yet everyone was bewitched. As he laughed happily, the people coming and going couldn’t help but take a look.

As Cheng Jinyu turned his head, the smile on his face came out very slowly, "Yes, this person likes to joke a lot, always humorous."

Chen Yuze patted Cheng Jinyu's shoulder roughly, "Biao Ge, You really have good luck. Managed to find such a treasure, I like him a lot."

When Chen Yuze said these words, he deliberately emphasized the word "like". When Wei Hua heard those two words, his whole body became happier; eyes s.h.i.+ning, nose kept shaking up and down, Cheng Jinyu knew it was his unique action when he was excited.   

Wei Hua had some fun, and somewhat shyly said, "I still have many interesting things, don’t know if you'd like to listen or not?"

"Like, like!" Chen Yuze slapped the table as if he was really excited, "Hurry up and talk, hurry up and talk! I can't wait anymore!"

Across from Wei Hua sat a very satisfied Chen Yuze with a good reaction. With his face slightly red with a bit of excitement, he followed, "When I was in college I did a very scandalous thing…"

Cheng Jinyu stood up. "You guys talk slowly, I'm going to the bathroom."

Chen Yuze looked very seriously at Wei Hua who was talking in front of him, just simply waved at Cheng Jinyu, giving him permission to leave. Wei Hua was sitting across from Cheng Jinyu, but his attention was not on Cheng Jinyu so even though he said this phrase, he didn't hear it at all.

In the bathroom, Cheng Jinyu looked at himself in the mirror. Heavy black hair covered his entire head like the lid of a cooking pot. His bangs were very long, covered a small half of his face.

The busyness of the past few days made him very tired. Eyes were deeply sunken in, yellowish skin with a mental state of a wild animal.

But Cheng Jinyu did not grow to be ugly, on the contrary he was still very handsome and beautiful. Only ten years of slave life, being suppressed all day made his back bend. Hunchbacked with his strength worn out, he didn't know what he had left. A person like him standing next to Chen Yuze, the difference is like Heaven and Earth. Wei Hua was also not a fool, How could he look at himself again?

Except that he and Wei Hua exchanged words of love for 7 years. Seven years of feelings and he could not withstand a single blow. Perhaps the feelings between them left long ago, only he was foolish enough to believe they could get married and spend a lifetime together.

Cheng Jinyu did not speak, only lowered his head.

Chen Yuze angrily said, "What exactly is your vision? This kind of garbage you are also looking at? I laboriously decided to come with you today to come take a look, otherwise you'd suffer a big grief."

"This kind of man, Let me tell you, you don't want. Hurry and break up! What a creature, have you kissed him yet? It's been seven years, must have already kissed, you also went below the mouth!"

Cheng Jinyu felt his heart hurt a bit, his rigid face unchanging bearing an embarra.s.sed smile.

Chen Yuze stepped forward in a low voice, "Tell me the truth, have you got in bed together yet?"

Chen Yuze saw that Cheng Jinyu's head was still looking down. Reaching out a hand to pinch his cheek, "You know you aren't happy, however I mean the best for you. You are my Biao Ge, I'll definitely cover for you."

"I know." Cheng Jinyu sullenly responded.

"It's good that you know. You might not be happy right now, but you'll understand in the future. Let me tell you, when you get another boyfriend in the future, you have to let me try first. Don't let any ordinary guy follow around someone for 7-8 years. You're already 26, no more 7-8 year relations.h.i.+ps."

After Chen Yuze finished speaking,  he heavily patted Cheng Jinyu's shoulder and commanded, "Listen to me, hurry up and break up with him."

Chen Yuze left. Cheng Jinyu could feel the fatigue catching up to him, he could only lean against the wall to keep himself upright. It is true Wei Hua did not resist Chen Yuze's allure. But how many people in this world could resist him?

Chen Yuze, Jinrui Group's young master, the family was worth hundreds of millions. A beautiful appearance and graduated from a prestigious university. Then look at him, did not even finish high school, worked as a servant for ten years with the Chen family with an ill mother. Besides the heavy burden, he had nothing to his name.

"Steak."

"Right now?"

"Yes!" Wei Hua nervously replied, "Just not sure if you'll accept my invite."

　Chen Yuze glanced from the corner of his eye, saw Cheng Jinyu standing in the corner near the bathroom, and the smile on his face became more brilliant.

"Sure!"

"Great! Lets go!"

Wei Hua called out for a waiter, settled the bill, opened the door of the restaurant, and respectfully asked Chen Yuze to go out.

In this way, Cheng Jinyu helplessly watched them leave. He spent three days doing a week's worth of work to take time to talk and meet up with Wei Hua. It turned out to be this kind of meeting.

Cheng Jinyu felt a little weak in the legs, he staggered over to the table and sat down, feeling his whole body was slightly trembling.

Cheng Jinyu took out his cellphone and sent Wei Hua a text message.

"Let's break up!"

Cheng Jinyu received a two year letter, he already knew that Wei Hua got into an university, and it was also a famous college in China. Even so, Wei Hua still wrote as always. If you read in-between the lines, there was a profound love.

Cheng Jinyu returned his first letter two years after receiving it, Wei Hua immediately wrote a reply after receiving it and also wanted Cheng Jinyu's phone number,

Cheng Jinyu did not give him his cellphone number so the two people still used letters to communicate. Until one year later, Cheng Jinyu became moved by his sincerity and two people met for the first time, exchanged phone numbers and confirmed their romantic relations.h.i.+p.

Cheng Jinyu had always thought, although the love between them wasn’t like "when the seas run dry and the rocks crumble" (4), but it still went through various tests. Cheng Jinyu could not help but wear a bitter smile. Where did it fail? When did it begin? Did the love die little by little?   

Wei Hua graduated from his famous college, got a very good job and in a few short years his annual salary reached over 300,000.

He was on the exterior of the five rings of City A, had a down payment on a two bedroom house,  and this year bought a car worth several tens of thousands of dollars. In contrast to Cheng Jinyu who was a servant of Chen family for ten years. Growing a servant like behavior, he also became more soft spoken. Besides being low and degrading, what else did he have?

Cheng Jinyu did not know how he left the restaurant, also did not know how he stumbled into a car and went back to the Chen Family villa. Only as he got out of the car, Cheng Jinyu's cellphone made a noise.

Cheng Jinyu impatiently opened his phone, Wei Hua's short message only contained two words.

T/N: Welcome to the first chapter of LMSE! This series is actually a little difficult to translate because I'm not used to chinese innuendos. Half the time I'm not sure if they mean one thing or another so it takes a couple reads to figure it out.

Just for a clarification note, Biao Ge in chinese means cousin. The whole idea is that Cheng Jinyu is actually Chen Yuze's cousin, but Yuze doesn't know that. Yuze's mom had him call Jinyu "Biao Ge" for so long that he just a.s.sumes Jinyu's name is Biao Ge.
