Duke Robinson Brickfield was recuperating at the Robbs Manor. He has had this d.a.m.n flu for a whole week. The Secretary of State was lying down on his bed, feeling dispirited. He even ordered the maids to close the curtains in the house tightly.

Rather than the unpleasantness of the flu, the matter that truly made the Secretary of State uneasy was the ever-changing situation in Dulin City. He realized that his spies were no longer able to provide accurate information on time anymore. Even though some of the information was indeed useful, but the Secretary of State wished they were not true at all. For example, someone saw the legendary old man at the countryside.

"Cart! Cart! Where are you?" Robinson called his brother's name. In these few days, his brother has been accompanying him in this manor.

"Ha! Dear brother, are you feeling better?" A fatty who looked like a short winter melon crashed into the bedroom after hearing the calls of the Secretary of State.

"Ah... Cart, what are you doing?"

"Nothing much. I have been waiting for your orders outside your bedroom."

"Cart, leave my maids alone alright? You are not young anymore."

"Dear brother, I was just..."

"Enough! Tell me some other things. What are you up to lately?"

"Nothing much. It is not much different than it was before. The family's business is doing well. The time for me to sit at home calculating the profit is much longer than when I was busy running around outside."

"Hehe. Isn't that nice? You didn't get into any trouble, did you?"

"No, those who are against the Brickfield family are still the minority."

"Cough cough cough... Please get me that cup of water.... Thank you! O my Cart, you know that I did not interfere in your business for so many years. But I hope that you will keep that careful and meticulous att.i.tude. It did not matter in the past. But for now, our rival - that d.a.m.n criminal is going to attain a sublime status."

"You mean that stinking worm?"

"Yes, I like your description of him. I have always thought of pulling him down from the throne, but it seems like it is a one-sided intention now. His Majesty will never support me. Even... Even that old friend in the Ministry of Justice is starting to avoid me."

Upon seeing his brother's tightly knitted brows, Robert Carter could not speak a word. His brother was an old-fas.h.i.+oned person who was straightforward and serious. If it was him, he would have hired an a.s.sa.s.sin to eliminate that stinking worm already!

Robinson took a deep glance at his brother. In fact, he knew his brother really well. This guy preferred doing things without leaving an escape route or was too quick to act sometimes.

"Cart, don't ever have those dirty thoughts! Your brother has never done anything that wronged the teachings of the G.o.d of Light in his life. Do you want me to go to h.e.l.l?" Robinson used his fingers to poke his brother's head as he said this. He has been teaching his brother this way for many years.

Cart avoided that agilely. He was sick of his brother's logic since a long time ago. He did not understand why his brother thought that he was a saint as the Secretary of State. It couldn't be that he had never seen a dirty and evil scheme before during those years when he was in service in The State Council?

"Brother! My dear brother! You should wake up. If extreme steps are not taken, you can never win against that kid. Even though I described him as a stinking worm, you should be very clear of this, brother. He is, in fact, a horrifying monster. I know your men are undertaking investigations in Damorga all this time. But have they gotten any sort of the evidence of criminal activities? And that guy we were tracking all this time. The Ministry of Justice has not even started his hearing. Brother, do you understand what this all means?"

"Cart! I know what you are worried about. That kid sure has the advantage in many ways. On the other hand, our power is at the weakest at this moment. But what can he do to us? As long as I am in service in the State Council, as long as the His Majesty the Emperor still trusts me, then the danger you are worrying about will definitely not happen."

"Hehe. My dear brother, I think the same as well. But there are still bad rumors circulating Dulin. That old man. Do you still remember him? According to someone, he saw the old man who was supposed to be thousands of miles away appear near a manor right at the countryside."

"Yes, I have heard of that. But what does this mean?" In fact, this was the most worrying fact for the Secretary of State. That old man definitely did not come back to tour this area. However, there was no indication that this old man was involved in some sort of conspiracy.

"Cart, I think we are being a little too sensitive. You know that? The key standard of determining the direction of the current politics is the dining table of His Majesty the Emperor. As long as it was the usual bunch at the dining table, then there won't be a lot of change."

After having this talk, Duke Robinson Brickfield enjoyed his lunch together with his brother. The atmosphere at lunch was heavy because there were a lot of things going on in their hearts. Robinson lost his rational in dealing with the current situation. He was considering the way of reconstructing the State Council in the shortest amount of time possible. This was so that he could protect the people who were loyal to him appropriately. And his brother Cart was thinking of some very simple problems. Wasn't killing a person in this world such an easy thing to do? You only need to provide the money, then there would naturally be people who were willing to finish the business for you. Cart thought that using the fly to deal with stink bug was the most normal thing to do.

Beside Robbs Manor was a piece of land that belonged to the t.i.tan Imperial Family. No one could accurately represent the land owned by the ruler of t.i.tan -- the Morisette family statistically. But there was a rumor involving an exaggerated story that mentioned this matter. A long time ago, there was a member of the t.i.tan Imperial Family who visited f.l.a.n.g.e Kingdom. When he entered the city gate of capital of f.l.a.n.g.e, Barya, he once said to the f.l.a.n.g.e Emperor who was in the same carriage as him. "Oh G.o.d! Is this your imperial capital? To be honest, it is too small!"

We are unable to prove the truthfulness of these words, but it was at that time f.l.a.n.g.e Kingdom began to build their Rolphael Palace. It was said to be the most exquisite palace in the world, but the n.o.bles of t.i.tan have doubts with this saying. They did not believe that any palace or infrastructure was comparable to their Westberg Fort.

Once again, Westberg Fort was located at the west countryside of Dulin City, right beside of Robbs Manor. To be honest, putting it this way was unfair towards this gigantic Imperial Court because its area was many times bigger than Robbs Manor. We are saying this because our little Prince was eyeing the Robbs Manor at the highest tip of the tower in Westberg Fort.

"Say! Oscar, aren't you warm? The weather is already this way. What about you? My dear His Imperial Highness Prince, you actually came to bathe in the sun at such a high place at noon?"

"Yes! My dear Alanis, you missed the most detestable matter! This uncaring Prince even brought the most beautiful Princess to this hated place. And this beautiful Princess must not have used sunscreen before she came out. It seemed that it is logical for this Prince to jump directly from here! Isn't that right?"

"Haha, yes. It is best if the final dive of His Imperial Highness Prince is accompanied by sharp screams. Hehe. That will be perfect!"

O'Neil Andrew Morisette carefully moved his body to the front. The balcony of the highest tip of the tower was around one hundred meters from the ground. The young lad let out a whistle and asked the beautiful Princess beside him. "Alanis, Why are there so many people in Dulin who want me dead?"

"That is because you are too cute!"

"Oh yes! Thank you!"

The nice sound of conversations from the boys and girls could be heard from the upper level of the gigantic Fort. They talked about the sky to the earth, the ocean and the dessert. As young people, they had endless topics to talk about. Everything was so relaxing. At least, from the heart of Her Imperial Highness Princess Alanis Alfa Morisette, she hoped that time would stop forever at this moment.

By the time O'Neil Andrew Morisette left the Westberg Fort, it was already in the evening. This young lad has been a little cheerful lately. His companions successfully took control of most of the illegal property in the Dulin City. Even though some problems in certain areas were serious, the young lad was not that worried about it. He was obsessed with chess recently. He would rush a dozen of miles to a small manor to play chess every day.

"Dear Sir Duke, you let me go three steps today. This is very unlikely of you." Oscar pushed the chess piece by his hand away.

"No, young lad. You should recognize clearly that it is you who have improved in playing chess." Kachev Drakas Ferdinand replied Oscar with a smile.

Oscar was not satisfied with the reply of the old Kachev. He had never once been able to correctly conjecture upon the skills of this old man. This indicated that they were totally not on the same level.

"Well then! Dear respected Duke! What if I do this?" Oscar used the queen to block the way of the knight. And this little guy thought that his knight could launch an attack first.

Old Kachev frowned. "Child, if you do this, I have no choice but to... Hmm... Checkmate!"

Oscar looked for a few times. That was correct. He was checkmate just as he had predicted.

"Child, having the courage to take risks is not a good quality. Your moves are full of unknowns. And for a Prince, or to be specific an activist, this is definitely not a good thing."

"Old Duke, it seems to me that you have never complimented me even once. Am I such useless person in your eyes?"

"No, child. I am doing it for your good. Too many compliments will drive you crazy. Young lads should experience more challenge."

"Thank you. I think I should leave. Thank you for the challenge you gave me."

"Haha! Oscar, you are truly small-minded Prince. Don't you want to stay a bit longer? The High Official of the Ministry of Justice will be dropping in for tea in just a moment. I think you should have tea with him as well."

Oscar's eyes squinted into one fine line as he gazed at the old Kachev. Sweat began to form on his palms. He really did not know what this mysterious old man was up to.

The summer in Dulin City had a very distinctive characteristic- it was the stinking smell. Since the infrastructure such as drainage pipes and public toilet was never able to keep up with the growth of the city population, thus all the streets of Dulin were full of the smell feces evaporating into the air in this dry weather.

The people of Dulin City have already gotten used to this living style. As long as they were able to earn some money every day, then everything was acceptable. Moreover, their quality of life was not that high to begin with.

Baron Thomas Aulet has been standing at the South Lair Street for quite some time already. He did not know what happened again that his young master was rus.h.i.+ng to meet him.

There were a few bulky guys beside the Baron, speaking softly to each other. A beggar was already shocked by the faces of these people even before he spoke. Even though the underlings of the Baron were not impressive enough to control the situations only with their faces, but the people of the Underworld tended to change their appearances. This fact also applied to the Ando Warriors beside the Baron.

The Night of Dulin was only an adjective. It was clearly distinguished by a street that crossed through the north and south. The north side of the street was the lair. Midnight was the beginning of every life in the lair. As for the south, those petty civilians were probably nothing different from those of higher social status. They were simply wasting life away in the fast-paced time. Therefore, the people in the lair had a superst.i.tious way of living that resembled that of the G.o.d of Light.

No one would dare to disturb these few men by the street. It was as if they were a solid brick wall. Every pa.s.serby was careful to not touch it. Even the detectives of the Ministry of Justice could only disappear in a superb speed after pretending to care about these people. Everyone knew that these guys who seemed just like shadows came from the deepest part of the lair. The men who were able to walk the path there could take on the role of a death reaper anytime.

A carriage turned at the corner of the lonely street. The Baron checked his appearance, then spit on the floor. As a gentleman, he had no obligation to do that. But in order for him to look a bit more like the head of gangster, the Baron had begun to practice many impolite bad habits.

The carriage stopped in front of the Baron and the Baron greeted the driver of the carriage. The bodyguard by his side opened the door for him. The inside of the carriage was really dark. After taking a long glance of the inside of the carriage, he could finally see those glimmering eyes hiding in the dark.

The door closed and the inside of the carriage was once again pitch black. The carriage moved on. It moved through the small street of the Night of Dulin in difficulty.

"We need to stop all kinds of illegal trading we have at hand."

The Baron became really cautious. He knew the decision of the young lad was definite. He obviously did not want to ask for the reason behind this decision because the young lad was not discussing this matter with him.

"Alright. Everything will be as you wish."

"Thomas, do you know that? We are progressing too smoothly and too rapidly. This is a good thing in the past, but it seems like we are rus.h.i.+ng into things now."

Baron Thomas Aulet was a smart person. The series of activities in the lair has already caught the attention of the parties from all parts of Dulin since long time ago. As the only bigshot in current Dulin City, he knew that this rapid progress would lead them to unnecessary trouble.

"You must not believe whom I have just met." O'Neil Andrew Morisette was playing with an exquisite dagger lightly.

The gaze of the Baron fell on the cold glimmer of the dagger. "Who is it? I am sure it is a sir of an extremely high social status, or else you will not be so impressed by it."

"Yes. Hehe. I would never have thought that. Our opponent, Marquis Roment Huga Andeses aka Sir High Official of the Ministry of Justice. You would not believe it. I have just reached an agreement with him." The Baron was truly surprised by this. The High Official of Ministry of Justice of the t.i.tan Empire reaching an agreement with the decision-maker of the underworld?

This sounded a little odd, but the young Prince surely would not joke about this sort of thing.

"What kind of agreement? Could it be that it is related to us stopping our trading?"

"That's right! Dear Thomas, your comprehension is on point. Even though this agreement only involves the context of both aspects, I am sure that it will have a certain benefit to our future business."

"Oh? What is the context of both aspects in general? Our business does not only involve two aspects, you know?" The Baron voiced his questions.

"Ola! Of course this is the more general statement." Oscar thought about it carefully. He needed a stricter choice of words to convey this matter clearly.

"According to the High Official of Ministry of Justice Marquis Andeses, the main things we are concerned about are only two aspects of our trading. One is legal trading and another is illegal trading. We have made a promise to increase the taxation about 4% for the legal trading business. This money will, of course, not go into the Taxation Department, but will be given to the Ministry of Justice as a form of donation instead. As for our illegal trading business, listen closely, Thomas. If we can put all these illegal matters under the table -that is to say not leaving any traces on the surface, then the spies and investigators of the Ministry of Justice will not set foot in the lair."

Baron Thomas Aulet understood immediately the direct consequences brought upon them by this agreement. If the Ministry of Justice could truly obey the rules in the agreement, then there was no doubt that the lair would become the territory of O'Neil Andrew Morisette completely. It was the same as the young Prince getting one third of the actual control of the territory in Dulin City.

"To be honest, most respected Your Imperial Highness, I do not see what is in it for the Ministry of Justice. I personally think that there must be something wrong with the head of the High Official of Ministry of Justice. If it was me, you know I am simply stating an example. If I was the head of the Ministry of Justice, I would never allow a bunch of criminals to get hold of such unowned territory."

The young lad laughed after hearing the words of the Baron. "Yes! Yes! Dear Thomas, I could not believe the High Official of Ministry of Justice suggested this way at first. But after some thought, this was a rather logical method of gaining control over us."

"Oh? Why is that?" The Baron was truly confused now. He did not understand what the Ministry of Justice could do after removing its force in the lair.

"I only understood this point just now. The Ministry of Justice has not, in true meaning, controlled a single thing in the lair, but there was a person who wished to gain control of everything in the lair. In addition to that, this person was a Prince of the t.i.tan Empire. Hence, regardless of the standpoint of the benefit to the country or the stability of the capital, letting such a person of high social status manage the lair was still better than letting the people in the lair run free."

"I understand now. This is indeed a very smart move. Marquis Andeses has truly done a no-cost business that will surely benefit him this time. The people who truly manages the lair are us, but all the results are ent.i.tled to the Ministry of Justice. Once we have gathered all the forces in the lair, the security of the capital basically will have no loopholes anymore. Your Highness, this is truly smart! The bad thing is that we do not even have the right to refuse."

Oscar nodded. He thought that this must have come from the mind of the old Duke. He did not think that the officials of the Ministry of Justice had such courage to work with criminals.

"Yes! We can't refuse. I even realized that everything that I am doing now is for the sake of others. Look at this. I worked so hard to destroy the Brickfield family, but what I will soon get is an old man who orders me around all the time. Look at all the hard work done we did in the lair. If I did according to the agreement, we will undoubtedly become the most loyal underdog of the Ministry of Justice. We are truly losers. Sir Baron, I feel like a loser."

"Yes! The most respected Highness, the truth is just as you say. In the end, all our effort will be taken into granted by other people. On the other hand, what we get in return is too little."

"So Thomas, we must stop all activities in the lair. Have you thought about what we should do for the time being?"

After careful consideration, the Baron thought of a solution. He now understood the intention of this young lad.

"Upon thinking about this, the lair will calm down on the surface following the rapid growth of the development in the lair previously. But I believe those old forces will not be willing to quit this stage, so I thought we can grab this opportunity to focus on the rectification of our force. We should uncover all the uncertainties in the lair..."

"That's right! That's right!" Oscar interrupted the talk of the Baron. The young lad was a little excited. He knew that his choice to let Thomas Aulet be his representative in the Underworld was a wise one.

"That's right! My Baron! Our first round of attack has finished. Now it is the time to give the guys hiding in the wormhole in the lair some rest. I believe they will not succ.u.mb to loneliness. After all, they all used to be high-achieving people who were combative and cruel before. After being pressured by us for so many days, it is time for them to take a breath now! Hehe. Just let them have their last feast before their death!"

The Baron subconsciously lowered his voice. "What you mean is..."

The young lad's eyes were br.i.m.m.i.n.g with excitement. "I meant to eliminate all uncertainties. My lair must be a pure, impurity-free place. If there are too many stinking fish and rotten prawns, wouldn't that be a waste of the scenery?"

"It definitely is a waste of the scenery when you put it that way!" The High Official of the Ministry of Justice was lamenting. "O my most respected teacher, you should know that that kid is definitely the most dangerous person in Dulin City now. If we don't take control of him properly, I am afraid that he and his companions will cause chaos in Dulin City."

Duke Kachev Drakas Ferdinand shook his head. This old man has seen all sorts of great people of power in his whole life. But he found that O'Neil Andrew Morisette was definitely not one of those kind of people. The advantages this young lad had was truly astounding. The Duke has been considering as to how he should treat the relations.h.i.+p between him and this young lad.

This was because the old man had a strong premonition that the future development of the t.i.tan Empire would absolutely be related to this young lad who should not be ignored.

"Roment, I am old now! Maybe returning to the Dulin City was a mistake."

The High Official of Ministry of Justice quickly shook his head after hearing the exclamation of his teacher. "No, O dear teacher, this Empire needs you. If it is to say that things truly goes the way we expected it to, the probability of you taking up the role of Secretary of State is huge."

"Hehe. Let's go into the house. I am old, Roment. Once I am out for a long time, my back would hurt as if it was stomped by an elephant."

The manor of this old Duke only had one tall building. It was a three-story high manor. The ones who come to this manor were the few servants who manned the manor. So the manor looked extremely quiet on the outside.

The old man and the High Official of the Ministry of Justice went past the tall walls of trees in the garden. It was pitch black around them. The gra.s.s and woods that lost water content seemed as if they were struggling to roar. The old man wanted to hear clearly what these plants were yelling at, but he found that this was truly impossible.

In the journey, the old man did not speak a word while the High Official of Ministry of Justice was staying by his side respectfully as if he was a servant. If people who knew Roment saw this, they must have thought that he was serving His Majesty now. But Duke Kachev Drakas Ferdinand was an old man that has no power and good health.

Until this moment, no one actually knew why this old man who was just like a ghost would appear back in Dulin at this moment. But he simply came back at this time. He even brought his daughter with him, that miss who once sought after by everyone. The truth showed that this miss, oh right, it was madam now. The truth indicated that this madam still had a remarkable charm. Rumor said that Alfa III His Majesty was in love with her as if he was possessed. But the people in Dulin would not believe this. This old Duke who once led many in the past only returned to Dulin to send his daughter to the bed of the Emperor.

The old man ordered the servants to prepare some nice tea for this High Official of Ministry of Justice. Marquis Roment Huga Andeses acted as if he truly appreciated the effort. He knew that the motive behind all the actions of the old man was not pure. And Roment could be certain that once this Duke made his move, then the result of his actions must be astounding. The High Official of Ministry of Justice kept reminding himself while he was drinking the tea: it was better for him to tell his teacher about things he was about to do. Even though he was able to make decision by himself before, but the situation had changed. No one knew more clearly than him about the power of the old man in Dulin. It was a power that even His Majesty the Emperor would not be able to affect easily.

"Roment, you are the most meticulous student I have ever had amongst the others. I am really relieved to see that you still held onto this quality of yours for all these years."

"Thank you for the compliment, teacher. Even though the tradition of my family was to manage legal matters of the Imperial family, but I knew clearly that if it was not for the strong recommendation from you, I would never have the chance to take the role of the High Official of Ministry of Justice."

"No, Roment. The reason you are able to attain this position was the acknowledgement of the His Majesty the Emperor of you. Moreover, you are the youngest amongst the few officials with you." Old Kachev knew very well of all the good points of his student. The excellent comment he gave to the High Official of Ministry of Justice was also to reinforce the confidence of his student.

"So, Roment, stop acting like an elementary school child in front of me all the time. I don't believe you don't have a good judgement on these matters."

Roment Huga Andeses put down his tea cup, then he wiped his mouth with the hand towel. He knew that this old man would not let him go that easily.

"O my most respected teacher, I am in fact still in doubt. I feel like the decision of giving such a large territory of the lair to His Imperial Highness Prince O'Neil Andrew Morisette was a little too rushed."

The old man shook his head. He understood well enough about the Underworld. What he did not was simply an investment, both politically and humanely.

"My student, having said this, you still think that this young lad and his criminal friends will cause chaos in Dulin that is under your jurisdiction."

"Yes, teacher. I was in utter shock when you suggested this to me. But I knew that you will surely have your reasons for doing so, so I executed your instruction without any doubt."

"Hehe. My student, don't be too quick to defend yourself. I know your difficulty, but I hope that you could face your own weakness properly. You managed the legal work of the Empire well, but you have missed out the most important point of all. The legal work is always conducted for the sake of Morisette Imperial Family. As long as your decision and strategy does not damage the right of the Imperial family, then no one will blame you even if those criminals are to spread their business into the palace."

"I understand this. But teacher, if you are stating an example, then I have no doubt that that young Prince truly has the ability to spread his business into the palace."

"Hehe! Yes! That young lad always does unexpected things. Haha. It was the same when he plays chess, but Roment, what has that got to do with this? At the end of this month, the Pope His Grand Eminence will carry out the official ceremony to bestow the t.i.tle upon him. At that time, he will not only become the official member of the Imperial family, but the strong armed forces of his father will provide all the support he needs in the things he do in Dulin."

"So what we are doing is to provide a place of play for him. Let him do all the things he wants to do in the dark in the designated place we have chosen." The High Official of the Ministry of Justice finished the old Duke's sentence. He began to understand a little about this. Since all the doubts and worries about the Prince were not of use, then it was better for him to play around by himself.

"No, my student. If this is the only thing you understood, that is simply too shallow. Do you know what the biggest advantage of this child is?"

Roment seemed a bit hesitant. He did not know how true the situations he knew about the little Prince they were. "Er... You know, the ident.i.ty of His Imperial Highness Prince was extremely unique. So the investigation about his cannot be carried out in depth, so... That is to say that my subordinates and I do not dare to guess about his situation at all."

"Oh G.o.d! You actually talked about this!" The old Duke slapped his forehead. He did not know whether the slowness of the High Official of Ministry of Justice was a good thing or not. "Your understanding of this is wrong. Roment, you must take note that you should look further ahead when you are evaluating a matter. The biggest advantage the little Prince has is not the power he has behind his back. It is not the profit that he will gain now. It is his youth! His age. Oh G.o.d! It can't be that you all never notice, can it? He is underage. But according to the success he has attained so far, I can definitely say that the future of the t.i.tan Empire is his to control. He is now a Prince. In the future, he may be the husband of the princess, a regent or the general of the t.i.tan army. Can't you see this?"

Roment Huga Andeses suddenly felt like he was enlightened. Yes! The people have talked about the age of the young lad. Even his own wife exclaimed that this young man would do something great in the future. But the people in power seemed to always put the profit above all. Even for him, he has not seen that this young lad was fully capable of affecting the situation of the whole Empire in the future.

Roment thought about it. He felt like he still lacked some sincerity. "Teacher, I still have a subordinate of the Prince in my hands. In order to increase the understanding and trust between us, do you think I have the need to release that guy?"

Old Kachev shrugged indifferently. "That is the matter regarding the Ministry of Justice. But there is indeed one thing that you should deal with immediately."

Roment was immediately nervous after hearing the old man's words.

"High Official of Ministry of Justice! How long do you think what we did can be concealed from His Majesty the Emperor? Do you really think that our Alfa III His Majesty only receives information from your secret agents?"

"Then, what do you reckon that we should do?"

"I don't have much to say on this. Now I am having a relaxed life. That Most Superior one will not cause me trouble because of my daughter, but I am sure that he knew very well of my eating, drinking and all the people I have seen every day. His Majesty is not that simple. He seems to pa.s.s everything to the high officials such as yourself. But what about in reality?! The power to truly make decisions is still grasped tightly in his hands. This is the fundamental reason why our Secretary of State still doesn't know trouble is upon him when he is about to die now."

Marquis Andeses was not stupid. He immediately understood the meaning behind the old Duke's words. "Alright, I understand now. You want me to act more actively in front of His Majesty the Emperor, right?"

"No, Roment. As long as the Prince is able to admit to those crimes, then the Secretary of State is simply a criminal of treason. This will be judged by His Majesty the Emperor himself. All you need to do is to provide evidence for the Emperor. Only the judgement of the Emperor is able to defeat Robinson."

Marquis Roment Huga Andeses left the manor. Just when he entered the city, he changed to another carriage. The guards who followed him found it odd. They felt like this Sir has begun to become more mysterious lately.

Dulin City was still brightly lit. The wind late at night still could not overtake the summer heat.

"Tomorrow will be a new day again!" O'Neil Andrew Morisette said this in a moderate pace. After that, he took a glance of the carriage with a logo of the Ministry of Justice that just went past him in contempt.
