Saying that Darx snaps his fingers that has only bones and, flesh begins attaching to Darx’s body that has only bones. Even though it’s my first time looking at the innards of a human but, it’s disgusting in all honesty. I’ve seen the wounds on my fingers when they were cut off but, it’s even more dreadful than that.

But, it became the figure of a male after the flesh has completely attached. It’s the figure of a guy with his golden hair in all back and a large gash on his left eye. He’s probably in his 40s.

He is identical to the guy that appeared in that dream. Even though he was younger than the one in front of my eyes right now, there’s no mistake.

“I wonder how many years has it been since I’ve restored my flesh body. Right, Natalia?”

Uoo!? There was suddenly a voice from the back so I turned around and, the skeleton that was standing there before also obtained a flesh body, a beautiful woman wearing a lady attendant’s clothes stood there. She has beautiful black hair that stretches to her waist. She’s beautiful even if compared to Stella.

“To put it simply, the thing called Magic Art² is a portion of G.o.d’s power. It originally didn’t exist in the world but, a certain s.h.i.+tty woman killed the G.o.d that was originally there and rose up in position. The result of that is, the power that G.o.d had was scattered throughout the world”

“That s.h.i.+tty woman is……”

“It’s G.o.ddess Fistoria. She was originally an angel who’s under G.o.d but, she wanted power and usurped G.o.d’s seat. At that time, the previous G.o.d for the sake of making its power un.o.btainable, it seems a portion of that power is released into this world. One of that power is the power called Magic Art”

……The power I possess is a portion of G.o.d’s power. In the end, it’s the G.o.ddess’ fault that I ended up like this.

“Fistoria sat in G.o.d’s seat but, because G.o.d divided and released its power into the world, she became an inferior existence compared to other G.o.ds. Even so, she possesses so much power that other angels can’t cross their swords with her”

“Then, why was Fistoria able to kill the previous G.o.d? The previous G.o.d held even greater power right?”

“Why, that’s simple. He was done in by seduction. Even If it’s a G.o.d, he’s a male G.o.d, naturally, he also had l.u.s.t. He was targetted there”

……Why is such an aspect so humanlike. As though understanding what I was thinking, Darx lets out a bitter smile.

“Magic is, something Fistoria made simple enough so that humans can use it in order to make humans her servants. As the power that was bestowed upon by G.o.d. Magic is the simplification of Magic Arts that as long as there’s a certain degree of understanding and magic power, anybody can use it.”

“……I see. But, why are you so well-informed? Base on what I’ve heard, you should be a human the same as me?”

“I heard it from Natalia. She’s an angel the same as Fistoria. She came to me who’s Dark Sorcerer’s power has awakened. Wanting to stop Fistoria”

I listen what Darx is saying and turn back. Natalia is at the back nodding emotionlessly. I thought after listening to the conversation but angels do exist. I thought they were things of legends.

“Then Dark Sorcerer, dark magic arts is, simply put the magic arts that govern all of the dark magic. From ordinary things like brainwash and shadow manipulation, undead types creation, and control is also possible”

……Ahh, so in the dream from before he used the power of undead creation to create a large army.

But, naturally, unlike us who possess a portion of G.o.d’s power, there’s no way a normal human could grant the wishes of G.o.d. No matter how much power was bestowed, Fistoria’s power is an imitation. What do you think is the consequences of that?”

What would happen? I don’t know but, it’s clear that it isn’t anything good that will happen from Darx’s mood.

“The Holy Maiden lives on as she loses her necessary bodily functions. Furthermore, It’s proportionate to how difficult Fistoria’s wish is”

“The ones I’ve seen before is, eyesight and, taste, it’s normal for one of the five senses to be lost, losing a part of the body, losing emotions, losing memories.
Something rare would be, being able to eat and drink properly before using the power but, after using the power, the functionality to feel full is lost, hunger doesn’t settle down no matter how much is eaten and ending up in death”

……What’s that. Then there’s the possibility of it happening to Stella who’s possessing the Holy Maiden occupation right now……not that it concerns me though.

“The Holy Maiden I fell in love at first sight, has already lost her eyesight. Unable to forgive that I, who possessed power to some extent a.s.sailed the Holy Kingdom. Then, take back the Holy Maiden, borrow Natalia’s power, head to where Fistoria was and kill her……was how it should’ve been”

That’s, the battle I saw in the dream just now. He thought he killed G.o.ddess Fistoria after that but, in actuality, she’s still alive.

“The result of that, Fistoria who’s afraid of the portion of power G.o.d has scattered in this world, used the oracle to bestow power upon humans and keep them under surveillance. I have also met with other people who possessed power so, they were probably still there when I disappear from the stage. Whether or not they survived is…… as you can see, tough.
This is all the consequences brought upon by my half-heartedness. Because of that, I’ve made you go through an agonizing experience. My apologies. It isn’t worth much as an apology but, I’ll listen to your request. If you want to kill me then it’s fine if you do it. I’ll do whatever is within my capability.”

Darx lowers his head after saying that. What I want from Darx. What I want……
