Chapter 96 - Stupid Marmot

The driver thought that s.h.i.+ Lei had stomach pain and shook his head: "This guy, diarrhea?" He turned his around to check the back seat and was relieved to see that the white seat cover was clean. 

s.h.i.+ Lei sprinted towards a dim alleyway. Without caring too much, he opened his phone and under the faint light of his phone, he took off his pants. 

The bleak weather was even more apparent in the narrow alleyway. s.h.i.+ Lei s.h.i.+vered in the bitter cold wind and his b.u.t.t was filled with gooseb.u.mps in an instant. 

s.h.i.+ Lei didn't care and only wanted to know whether that part of his body was still there. The sudden pain and soreness only lasted for an instant and it was quickly gone. The Scepter was furious too as the Scepter seemed to be shaking slightly on the screen. 

"How dare you curse at me, you stupid marmot!" 

Hey, I was a mole last time, how am I a marmot now?! Are you directly related to the rodent family or something? 

"You didn't finish spending the money, of course you would be punished!" 

s.h.i.+ Lei knew clearly that his relations.h.i.+p with Zhang Liangliang right now could definitely be counted as friends and treating her to dinner was unquestionably fine. On this week's bills, there was only one spending of 38 yuan, which was recorded on Wednesday afternoon. It was even labelled with the time of approximately 2PM in the afternoon. 

s.h.i.+ Lei carefully recalled and attempted to remember where he spent this 38 yuan on at 2PM as he just happened to forget to record down its use.  

Happiness: the word for it in Chinese is 'xing fu', but 'xing' can also mean s.e.x, which is a pun referring to his s.e.x life in this situation

Chapter 97 - Mysterious Organization

Taxi fee, it must be the taxi fee. 

s.h.i.+ Lei was sure that only the taxi fee would be as low as 38 yuan. 

He immediately opened the online booking app and checked all the spendings on Wednesday. 

On Wednesday at about 12PM, there was a consumption of 38 yuan, and two hours later, there was another 38 yuan.

s.h.i.+ Lei now remembered that he called for a car to send them to the restaurant. After they finished, he said that he had to do something else as he went to the stock exchange office to open a new account and even made a small joke out of himself. When they left the restaurant, s.h.i.+ Lei called the car for himself, but before he could get in the car, it was seized by those three. Because the stock office and his university weren't on the same line, s.h.i.+ Lei wasn't in a rush to go to the stock office, so he went and bought a new set of clothing in the nearby shopping mall. 

After he finished shopping, he used the app again and paid the 38 yuan for those three. He didn't think about it too much as he subconsciously thought that he even subtly treated them to a few thousand worth of food already, it shouldn't be a problem to pay for their taxi fee. Except, he never thought that it was the problem. 

What a neglectance!

From observing s.h.i.+ Lei's expressions, the Scepter knew that s.h.i.+ Lei remembered what happened to those 38 yuan. Its voice became arrogant: "Do you get it now? You stupid hamster……" 

Hey, wasn't I still a marmot a few minutes ago? 

"Did you finally remember why that amount wasn't counted into the sum? A careless guy like you should be punished harsher, such as cut off one of your b.a.l.l.s."

s.h.i.+ Lei waited patiently for the Scepter to speak again as he knew that even if he asked, it wouldn't reply any sooner. 

"About the millionaire card, we made it happen through sending a command to a mysterious organization in this world, and to that organization, the orders we sent are oracles and they must follow it. That Wei Qing person who you mentioned should be organized by them and that organization addresses this kind of person as the agent. But during the process, the situation you mentioned should be impossible.
