This brat attacked us!” They didn’t care about keeping up appearances anymore. The two were still clear-headed and knew that s.h.i.+ Lei wasn’t someone they could handle, hoping instead that more people could control him.

At the yelling, everyone rushed to see what was going on. Even Chief Feng walked out of his office and stood at the top of the stairs. “Why are you all yelling about?!” he asked imposingly.

Chief Feng led the way and at least seven to eight people followed him into the office. Seeing s.h.i.+ Lei sitting calmly on a chair, Chief Feng seethed. “How dare you attack a police officer?! Are you trying to rebel?!
