Chapter 35.2

Thus, when Dong Fang Qing Cang came back within the night, [he] saw the scene of Little Orchid leaning back to sleep.

He came besides her. Little Orchid did not noticed and was opening mouth to smack or so while sleeping as if eating something quite good in [her] sleep. Dong Fang Qing Cang halted besides her and still did not see Little Orchid wake up. He pushed the door strongly as he entered the room.

Little Orchid who was leaning against the door to sleep, tilted her head to the back and then collapsed straight into the room.

"Ah!" She cried in pain and hugged head as she woke up.

Little Orchid stood up and rubbed head. She twisted neck to look into the room. Dong Fang Qing Cang has already sat and poured a cup of tea to drink. She grew angry and then questioned, "Couldn't you wake me up and then open the door?!"

"The room is too low, cannot blame?"

Knowing exactly Dong Fang Qing Cang's personality, Little Orchid hugged head and then muttered several sentences, but was not really angry with him. She looked outside the door and then retreated into the room while also closing the door.

Speaking up to this point, Little Orchid curled, "Big devil, will you bring me?"

He rolled his eyes and saw that Little Orchid was opening eyes wide to look at him. The black eyes used the light shone by the candles to illuminate and sparked even more.

Dong Fang Qing Cang did not look at her anymore and shook the cup of tea in hand. [He] looked at the light that was reflected in the water fragmented and then absentmindedly replied, "En."

Little Orchid was relieved and casted her eyes to a close as she crawled on the table while mumbling, "What do you think is Qian Yin langjun's wish? In the end, what does he want to do with me? Ever since [I] followed you everywhere, each pa.s.sing day has met truly strange people and matters. It has caused difficulty for my brain to turn."

His eyes fell on the bamboo leaf shadows that were inked by the moonlight outside of the window. [He] saw the bamboo shadow shook and was silent as he did not speak.

Not for long, he suddenly heard the steady breathings from besides him. He lowered head to see that Little Orchid on the table has already fallen asleep.

Dong Fang Qing Cang furrowed his brows and was not polite as he pinched Little Orchid's face while directly shooing away, "Stand up, go to your room to sleep."

Little Orchid opened eyes and naturally pushed his hands off while scooting to the side, "No, cannot sleep in my room." Thinking about how there are strange shadows outside that are crawling about has caused Little Orchid to feel alarmed. She adjusted posture and has decided to lie on the stomach while sleeping.

"That is your matter." Dong Fang Qing Cang spoke while also pulling Little Orchid's arm. Did not get to use strength and has already saw Little Orchid furrowed brows while she begged and acted like a spoiled child, "I am not taking your bed, I will sleep here."

She added, "Your place is safe."

His place is safe?

Dong Fang Qing Cang has a feeling that he must have heard wrong.

He is the demon king that mortals feared and avoid, but according to this little flower demon, being beside him has become the safest place.

Momentarily, Dong Fang Qing Cang did not know what expression to deal with this little flower demon, but when he was about to ignore the strange feeling within himself in order to toss her out, Little Orchid suddenly rubbed face on the back of his hand and then slept soundly than before.

He looked at Little Orchid's head for a long while and afterwards, was not polite in withdrawing hand and returning to bed in order to lie down, but did not shoo her away anymore.

Little Orchid was startled by him and pouted lips while grumbling several sounds. She then lied down and slept.

She was truly tired and has to rest well.

But how does that relate to him? Why does he has to put up with this puny flower demon occupying his room?

Dong Fang Qing Cang felt that his brain has some sort of unknown illness.

The bamboo shadows outside the window were gently swinging back and forth, but only the bamboo shadows sway while there was no rustling sound of the wind blowing bamboo.

In the library scattered with moonlight, Qian Yin langjun tilted head upward and closed eyes to greet the moon while silently basking in the s.h.i.+ning moonlight. From behind him, the black shadows were reporting just now the words that Little Orchid has spoken to Dong Fang Qing Cang with not a single word missing.

Qian Yin langjun curved lips and lightly smiled, "Little immortal has a straightforward personality ah." Did not hear the black shadows say anything anymore, Qian Yin langjun then asked, "Today where did that person go on this island?"

"Only went around the beach."
