[C] The Egyptian texts have two names for the Heart. One _ab_, the other, _hatu_. _Ab_ used as connected with lively motion. The word _hatu_ seems to include not only the heart properly to say, but also the lungs, and by it the heart was likely considered also in connection with the larynx and the respiratory organs of man. Mr.

Renouf uses in his translation, for the latter, the expression; Whole Heart.
