Mo Qingli shook her head, lightly exhaling a sigh. Ai, how come I’m like this! These past few days I’ve been constantly thinking of these people. My goal is to find the “seven emotions and six desires” the Jade Emperor mentioned, and then ascend into heaven! I can’t let my cultivation slow down for the sake of a few mortals.

“Eldest Prince!” Inside the courtyard, row upon row of black-robed men stood. At seeing the man enter, they kneeled in tandem, deferentially calling out the phrase.

“Skip the gratuities, hurry up and rise!”  The man waved his hand out and summoned a peal of wind, pus.h.i.+ng against the knees of all the black-robed men and lifting them up.

The black-robed men all felt astonishment in their hearts. The eldest prince’s martial art skill had improved explosively, unexpectedly having reaching the pinnacle of ability.

The leader of the black-robed men advanced a step, cupping his fists together as he addressed the man respectfully: “Eldest Prince, your spies have reported that this Full Moon festival, your kingdom will send the favored Seventh Prince to the Motian Dynasty, as well as the Fourth Prince!”

“Oh? Father Emperor is willing to part with Seven Brother?” The man furrowed his forehead, his expression astonished.

“Hmph…” The man’s attractive face revealed a trace of loathing, although it was quickly covered up a moment later. In a moment, the black-robed men in the courtyard all left, leaving Mo Qingli alone in the eaves to think about the events that had just occurred.
