Apocalypse Summoner Chapter 12 - Second Summon, Frost Moon

Not only was Li Jiayu taken aback by the words of Dark Octopus, the students were rendered speechless as well. Some of the boys had fearful expressions as they muttered on,

 "So, this isn't an octopus but a tentacle monster..."

Needless to say, the girls were sending weird gazes toward the perverted octopus. The words it spouted made a chilling sensation course through them as they screamed and scrambled out of its reach. Their hands covered their private areas, feeling the clothes were not much of a defense against potential transgressions.

It was a fact the octopus was a perverted existence but there was no need to fear it as it had simply been influenced by the bloodline of its ancestors. It would most definitely not initiate an attack unless commanded but its attacks were sure to raise the hairs of its enemies.

"If y-you no give me... M-more panties and s-stockings... I... No energy... No strength to fight..." Dark Octopus spoke.

"b.a.s.t.a.r.d, you're threatening me?!"

Li Jiayu growled through gritted teeth. If it were not for his poor condition, his kick would be flying toward this disgraceful spectacle of a perverted monster!

"We... Are... Equal... You... No give me... Treasures. I... Go on strike..."

"You!"

"Even... If I breach contract... Penalized... I want fun treasure... In order... To smell treasures.... I'd rather... Die..."

"Then go die!"

Li Jiayu's face darkened, anger obscuring both his heart and mind. In his past life as a legendary Dark Summoner, his prowess had sent his enemies to the brink of insanity. High-tiered monsters, such as Bone Dragons, Liches, Reapers, and Dark Knights, had turned obedient in his presence, not even daring to defy his issued orders.

Who would have thought that the reborn Li Jiayu would call upon a marvel such as the Dark Octopus and that this darned marvel had to be so hard to please...

However, Li Jiayu soon calmed himself.

He had experienced first-hand the ups and downs of the previous life, enough to make it the norm. In the first place, his anger was mostly due to the summon's disobedience. None of his previous summons had the audacity to disobey and any summoned creatures that dared besmirch his dignity had been destroyed thoroughly.

As of now, his strength was relatively weak in comparison to Dark Octopus. A Second Tier monster not heeding his orders ought to be a normal occurrence; he only had his own weakness to blame.

"Okay, okay. Now isn't the time to be mad... Sun Weiwei, Han Xiaoqi, Zhou Jiamin, you understand, right?" Li Jiayu sighed as he turned to look at the girls, his words hinting at something.

"What! No way!"

The girls who were standing close to Li Jiayu retreated as they shook their heads vehemently, refusing with flushed faces. They would rather die than to do what they were requested.

"W-Why should we urinate on the perverted octopus... Moreover, we already urinated earlier out of fear. How are we supposed to get more..."

"That's not what I meant!"

Li Jiayu rubbed his forehead, "I would not ask you to do that... Such a perverse act—I would rather die than to ask of such a wretched request! However, in order to survive, we need to sacrifice a little... So, I apologize in advance. Please hand out some of your... personal items, but things like bra.s.siere or underwear, you do not have to do that. You girls sure don’t have it easy...

Some of the cowardly male students booed, "Our lives are at stake, not even mentioning personal items, I would gladly chop off my pinky!"

"Trouble has already arrived at our doors, who gives a c.r.a.p about personal items!"

"That's right! All of our lives are in your hands. Handing out your items won't make you lose a piece of flesh. What's the matter?!"

"Don't stress yourselves, just treat this as you are feeding a stray dog!"

Hearing their cla.s.smates’ words, the girls were at a loss. Exchanging glances with one another, ‘you look at me, I look at you’, everyone had odd expressions. However, at this moment, the screams and sounds of clas.h.i.+ng were getting louder and nearer!

"Huh? Crimson Crowned Beetles have arrived at the third floor... It's earlier than what I had expected. Based on this, it wouldn't take more than two minutes for them to reach the 6th story..."

As Li Jiayu was speaking, the sounds of fl.u.s.tered footsteps shuffling in between the corridors reached the cla.s.sroom. Accompanied by sounds of people squeezing and screaming their way in, it was a chaotic scene. Apparently, they were the students who had lost their wits in the lower stories. They were hoping to ascend to the higher floors for safety and flee from the cruel ma.s.sacre brought on by the crimson armored beetles. They knew it was hopeless but tried nonetheless; maybe, just maybe, the beetles will stop after eating their cla.s.smates, allowing them a chance at life!

Li Jiayu’s cla.s.smates were startled at the sudden development of the dire situation! If an ordinary Scythe Beetle and a Scythe Beetle Lord had already caused so much devastation, then how much more terrifying would dozens of Crimson Crowned Beetles be?

Li Jiayu was the only reliance they had but he was drastically weakened by the blood loss from his injuries. Even standing upright proved to be a problem, not to mention combat. As of the moment, the only resort was to succ.u.mb to the octopus's perverse wishes!

Although they did not understand how this octopus came about nor how such a perverted creature came to exist, they were too preoccupied with the current situation to bother with it.

Their hesitation was replaced by the desire to survive. Too lazy to even bother with a girl's conservativeness, they quickly took out their belongings; earrings, pendants, hair clips and blazers were all thrown towards the creature. An embarra.s.sed student even yanked out a thick breast pad from her bra.

The onlookers watched on with shock as the voluptuous cla.s.smate they had known actually turned out to be a wannabe 36E with her 32B... They felt as though they had been duped for the entire year—such cruelty!

"Li Jiayu... I- I can't take off my underwear... My big aunt[1] arrived today [1]..." Han Xiaoqi finally mustered the courage to speak up.

"Oh? Your aunt came? Are you going to hand your b.l.o.o.d.y tampon over to that pervert?"

"If it's you... It's not impossible. Although you are a guy, I treat you as my sister. So, giving you a tampon isn't a big problem..."

"WHO WANTS THAT! Listen! It's that pervert who wants it, not me!"

Li Jiayu was momentarily stunned before he flared up.

"Even if your tampon could increase that octopus's combat prowess, I will not condone such a sick act! My integrity hasn't fallen to that extent!"

"But... To begin with, my tampons are worthless... Compared to the calamity at hand, who cares if it's perverted or not. The stronger he gets, the better chances we have at survival... A small sacrifice doesn't matter..."

"Well, that makes sense... But I will not condone it. I, Li Jiayu, hate those with strong tastes! Then again, the octopus isn't my only reliance. It is not my main battle force, so your tampon might be useful but it will only increase his combat ability by 10 percent. How would that fare against dozens of beetles?"

Li Jiayu rejected Han Xiaoqi’s offer flatly, after which she retrieved her hand from her underwear with her fingertips tinged with red...

"So many... Treasures... It's enough... I am satisfied... I will protect... The beautiful women... Who sent me these... Fun treasures..."

Dark Octopus cheered merrily with its stocking-covered tentacles flailing about. A white panty was strapped to his head and breast pads, pendants, hair clips and even bottles of perfume were stuck to his suckers!

Li Jiayu facepalmed. He was rendered utterly speechless by his summon. After a moment of silence, his face regained the somber expression. "This is my second summon... a beetle belonging to royalty. The results shouldn't disappoint me. Let's begin!"

He mouthed an intelligible chant, fingers clasping into different seals. The wound on his elbow oozed and the instant a droplet of blood dripped onto the carca.s.s of the Scythe Beetle Lord, an ice formation emerged on the surface of Li Jiayu's body!

The scene was oozing with splendor, overwhelming the previous arrival of Dark Octopus!

"Ding... Ding... Ding..."

Abruptly, the sound of a sword's screech resounded within the vicinity. The temperature in the cla.s.sroom fell drastically. The students experienced gooseb.u.mps and the chill sent them s.h.i.+vering. Their teeth chattered and a faint white mist formed with their every breath as the temperature dropped an to estimated ten degrees and below!

What in the world was this summon that it would cause an instantaneous drop in temperature?

An ordinary blue-ish sword hilt emerged from the magic formation, causing Li Jiayu to shriek with joy.

"It's a weapon! A magic artifact... Frost Moon? Its name is Frost Moon?"
