Take of cruddes [1] and presse out e wheyze [2]. do erto sum whyte of ayrenn. fry hem. do erto. & lay on sugur and messe forth.

Make a Crust in a trape [7]. and lay e ball erin & bake it. and whan ey buth ynowz: put erin a layour of ayrenn with powdour fort and Safroun.
