In the morning, Tan Pan Ting looked at herself in the mirror.
Tan Pan Ting slowly spun around. Her slim waist was replaced by plumpness and her legs were swollen. Her cheeks were rounder and her slender arms were meatier.
Tan Pan Ting frowned, she was frustrated about her body. Why was she fatter only after a few days?
Tan Pan Ting blamed Gu Jiao Wen. Since she was pregnant, every day he forced her to eat everything nutritious. He fed her like she was a pig. As a consequence, even though she was six months pregnant, she looked like she was eight months pregnant.
The last visit to the hospital, the doctor told Tan Pan Ting that her stomach was too big and suggested she cut back a little on food portions. It was the same thing she told Gu Jiao Wen. She wanted to have a smooth natural delivery. If their baby was too big, it would be a painful delivery. Gu Jiao Wen conceded and stopped forcing her to take additional vitamins. But just because Gu Jiao Wen stopped feeding her like a pig, it didn’t mean other people stopped feeding her.
After Gu Jiao Wen seek Chen Ting Yu to explain, Chen Ting Yu felt guilty toward Tan Pan Ting, and asked aunty Zhang to make daily nutritious meals for Tan Pan Ting.
Tan Pan Ting could hold her chest high and directly tell Gu Jiao Wen when she didn’t want to eat. But she couldn’t say no to Chen Ting Yu. If Chen Ting Yu didn’t see her eat, Chen Ting Yu’s face would turn into a worrywart and ask, ‘Pan Ting, are you still angry at me?’
The look in Chen Ting Yu’s eyes made Tan Pan Ting helpless, she could only obediently eat. It would be strange if she wasn’t fatter after eating and drinking like a pig.
‘Ah…’ Tan Pan Ting yelled.
Tan Pan Ting hated being that fat and wondered if after labour she would stay that fat. If she couldn’t get her pre-pregnancy body back, she truly could vomit to death.
‘Pan Ting, what’s wrong?’ Gu Jiao Wen asked.
Gu Jiao Wen heard Tan Pan Ting’s scream before stepping into the bedroom. After he entered the room, his wife was standing in front of the bed, and looking at him resentfully. He quickly helped her sit on the bed, a.s.sessed her from top to bottom.
‘What’s wrong?’ Gu Jiao Wen asked. ‘Do you feel uncomfortable somewhere?’
‘Isn’t this your fault?’ Tan Pan Ting asked.
Tan Pan Ting pouted, scoffed coldly and looked in a different direction to ignore him.
‘What did I do?’ Gu Jiao Wen asked confusedly.
Lately Gu Jiao Wen was busy at work, but he still came home to his wife after work.
‘What do you think?’ Tan Pan Ting asked without looking at Gu Jiao Wen.
‘Is it because lately I’ve been busier at work?’ Gu Jiao Wen asked.
Gu Jiao Wen was at the beginning stage of establis.h.i.+ng a company, and it was his duty to oversee that everything was implemented properly as planned.
‘After this busy work period, I promise I’ll take you on a holiday,’ Gu Jiao Wen said.
Tan Pan Ting shook her head and glared at Gu Jiao Wen. ‘After this busy work period, I would have given birth. How could I go on a holiday?’
‘Aren’t you six months pregnant?’ Gu Jiao Wen asked.
Gu Jiao Wen thought if they go on a short holiday, it wouldn’t be problematic.
‘Six months?’ Tan Pan Ting asked and pointed at her stomach. ‘Have you seen another pregnant woman’s stomach that’s this big? Have you seen another six month pregnant woman that’s fat as me?’
Fat? Gu Jiao Wen finally understood the root problem. He smiled helplessly, sat on the bed, held Tan Pan Ting’s small hand.
‘You’re pregnant,’ Gu Jiao Wen said. ‘It’s normal for your stomach to be this big. Doesn’t it prove our baby is developing well?’
Tan Pan Ting scoffed, Gu Jiao Wen only cared about the baby. ‘Of course the baby is healthy. But I’ve turned into a fat pig.’
‘Nonsense,’ Gu Jiao Wen said sternly.
Gu Jiao Wen understood why people say a pregnant woman’s mood swings changed four seasons in a day. He felt lucky it was the first time he got Tan Pan Ting pregnant. He would be crazy if he got her pregnant again.
‘Have you seen a pig as beautiful as you?’ Gu Jiao Wen asked. ‘Right now, you’re the most beautiful. From top to bottom you exude an appealing maternal glow.’
‘What appeal?’ Tan Pan Ting asked. ‘I can only see I’m pregnant. I hate being this fat. No wonder you don’t care about me.’
‘Of course I care about you,’ Gu Jiao Wen said. ‘Every day, you’re the first person I see after work.’
Tan Pan Ting didn’t want to admit what Gu Jiao Wen said was true. ‘Lately you don’t want to sleep with me. It’s because I look like this that you don’t love me anymore.’
‘I’m innocent,’ Gu Jian Wen said. ‘Little Mistress, right now you’re pregnant. If I touch you, you would protest and say I’ll affect our baby. Even if I want to sleep with you, I need to be considerate of our baby.’
‘Baby, baby,’ Gu Jiao Wen said. ‘Right now, only the baby is in your heart. There’s no room for me.’
Gu Jian Wen could only look up helplessly, and think of a way to appease Tan Pan Ting. Alternatively he could sleep with her until she became reasonable again.
‘How can I only care about our baby?’ Gu Jian Wen said. ‘I do care about our baby, but I care about you more.’
Because of past misunderstandings, Gu Jiao Wen was cautious about Tan Pan Ting overthinking everything, and treaded carefully to rea.s.sure her.
‘It’s obvious you only care about the baby,’ Tan Pan Ting said. ‘Before I was pregnant, if I told you not to sleep with me, you never listened. What about now? Why do you listen to me now?’
Gu Jian Wen couldn’t stand being accused wrongly anymore. He forcefully kissed Tan Pan Ting’s lips. He was too aroused to care about her fierce face turning into a frightened face. He easily took off her flimsy maternity dress.
‘Gu… Gu Jiao Wen,’ Tan Pan Ting called.
Gu Jian Wen kissed Tan Pan Ting fiercer.
Gu Jiao Wen’s hand invaded Tan Pan Ting’s most responsive body part. After she was pregnant, he could touch her anywhere on her body and she would be over sensitized.
‘No… wait,’ Tan Pan Ting said and moved away from Gu Jiao Wen.
Gu Jiao Wen didn’t let Tan Pan Ting move far. It was hard for him to suppress his desire to sleep with Tan Pan Ting every day, but she didn’t appreciate his consideration.
Gu Jiao Wen avoided putting pressure on Tan Pan Ting’s stomach. But he couldn’t satisfy his desire if their bodies stayed angled in an awkward position.
Tan Pan Ting protested for several minutes. Afterward sounds of begging and pleasure escaped her mouth.
Even if Gu Jiao Wen was in a frenzy, he was still considerate. He propped her legs on a pillow and propped her back on a comfortable pillow. Then he quickly took off his clothes and entered her.
‘Ah…’ Tan Pan Ting cried out.
Since Tan Pan Ting was pregnant, her body was too sensitive. Gu Jiao Wen could easily arouse her by touching her anywhere on her body. He held tightly onto her legs and thrusted into her at different angles.
Tan Pan Ting cried when she o.r.g.a.s.med, but Gu Jiao Wen didn’t let her go. He gripped her waist, his hot cheek pressed against her cheek and his breath on her neck made her body tingle again.
‘Right now, can you say I don’t need you?’ Gu Jiao Wen asked.
Tan Pan Ting shook her head. ‘You’re hateful. You bullied me.’
‘I… when did I bully you?’ Gu Jiao Wen asked.
‘You’re bullying me now,’ Tan Pan Ting said. ‘I’m a pregnant woman, but you bully me this way…’
Tan Pan Ting began sobbing.
Gu Jiao Wen tried to pull Tan Pan Ting’s hands away from her sobbing eyes.
‘Go away, stop bullying me,’ Tan Pan Ting said.
‘I’ll let you bully me,’ Gu Jiao Wen said.
Although in the past Tan Pan Ting could be childish, but he didn’t think she was capable of not distinguis.h.i.+ng between right and wrong. Why was she making a commotion?
Tan Pan Ting didn’t stop sobbing. ‘Do you mean it?’
‘Um, you can bully me,’ Gu Jiao Wen said.
Gu Jiao Wen managed to pull Tan Pan Ting’s hands away from her eyes. There wasn’t a single tear, and she was smiling too happily.
‘Tan-Pan-Ting,’ Gu Jiao Wen called and wanted to bite Tan Pan Ting.
Tan Pan Ting poked her tongue out. ‘You promised you’ll let me bully you.’
‘Mrs Gu, how are you going to bully me?’ Gu Jiao Wen asked.
‘I haven’t thought of how yet,’ Tan Pan Ting said. ‘But I’ll remember you owe me.’
‘OK,’ Gu Jiao Wen said.
Gu Jiao Wen didn’t care how Tan Pan Ting would bully him as long as she wasn’t crying and hate him.
‘You’re so gullible,’ Tan Pan Ting said.
Tan Pan Ting sat up. Her big stomach made it hard for her to put on her dress.
‘I don’t cry that easily,’ Tan Pan Ting said. ‘I only covered my eyes and you believed me. You’re easy to fool.’
‘I’m only easily fooled by you,’ Gu Jiao Wen said. ‘It doesn’t matter what you say, I’ll believe you.’
Of course Gu Jiao Wen knew Tan Pan Ting wasn’t really crying. But he liked to see her think she had the upper hand.
Tan Pan Ting turned her head around to face Gu Jiao Wen. Her cheeks were rosy pink.
‘Don’t think you fooled me, Mr Hateful,’ Tan Pan Ting said.
‘Who’s fooling who?’ Gu Jiao Wen asked affectionately.
