‘Duan Hua, were we too harsh on big sister?’ Da Ming Sheng asked. ‘Big sister lost everything because of us.’

Da Ming Sheng didn’t think she did anything wrong. If she was a good person like Da Tian Ting, she would lose everything too.

‘Don’t sympathise with her anymore,’ Shang Duan Hua said.

‘But…’ Da Ming Sheng said.

‘No buts,’ Shang Duan Hua said. ‘It’s a good thing she’s not living in your home anymore. If she was, I’ll get you to move out. You must have suffered a lot living with a two faced person like her.’

‘Duan Hua…’ Da Ming Sheng said.

‘Forget her,’ Shang Duan Hua said. ‘We have a dinner function to attend tonight. Let’s go get ready.’

Da Ming Sheng wasn’t going to give Da Tian Ting a chance to steal Shang Duan Hua from her.

‘I like all shampoo brands except for this one,’ Da Tian Ting said.

‘Madam, if the water temperature isn’t to your liking, I’ll change the water temperature,’ the hairdresser said.

‘No madam,’ the hairdresser said.

‘He’s the handsome man who always has a constipated expression on his face,’ Da Tian Ting said.

‘I’m sorry madam,’ the hairdresser said. ‘Every day I see a lot of stern handsome men bring their girlfriends here. I can’t tell them apart.’

‘Are you looking for me?’ Feng Kai Ze asked.

Da Tian Ting looked in the mirror. Feng Kai Ze’s magazine hid his face before so she didn’t see him sitting behind her.

‘I thought you did a runner and left me stranded,’ Da Tian Ting said.

‘If I did a runner, I wouldn’t be sitting here waiting for you,’ Feng Kai Ze said.

Feng Kai Ze wouldn’t ever abandon Da Tian Ting. He didn’t understand why she would think he was that kind of man.

‘Were you worried I left without you?’ Feng Kai Ze asked.

‘No,’ Da Tian Ting denied.

‘You don’t need to worry, I’ll never leave you,’ Feng Kai Ze said.

‘Really?’ Da Tian Ting asked.

‘Yes,’ Feng Kai Ze said.

Da Tian Ting thought she was worried for nothing. Even if Feng Kai Ze did a runner, she would call Ding Xiao Ran to come pay for her. But she was happy he didn’t leave her. She hated the feeling of being unwanted and abandoned.

‘Mr F…’ the hairdresser said.

‘Choose a suitable haircut for my girlfriend,’ Feng Kai Ze interrupted.

‘Yes sir,’ the hairdresser said.
