Orme was supplied with his provisions daily from the Abbey. After him Geoffrey Mansell, a Leprous monk of Whitby also lived here in solitude. On his death the hospital ceased to be used as a Lazar House, and was enlarged for the reception of several poor people both healthy and sick, Robert de Alnett being appointed master of it.
