To boarded the s.h.i.+p is a metaphor for gaining a  reliable foundation and being in a safe condition (Source: Rikai-kun) There will be multiple italics for the coughing (As stated in the previous Chapter, Will gets sick easily.). Usually, it is Geho. I will explain otherwise.

「Welcome to Theodore's territory! Geho Geho! (TL: Coughing sound.) Well, you can say you boarded the s.h.i.+p, Geho Geho!! Goho!? (TL: Very intense coughing here)」

On the day Will was to meet Liana, he caught a cold.

However, Ellen headb.u.t.ted Will's abdomen, who had forced himself out of the carriage first to greet Liana.

When Ellen clapped her hands, the group of servants picked up Will.

To Liana who was giving introductions after accepted the grat.i.tude with difficulty Ellen said,

Ellen circle behind Liana and lead her into the mansion, keeping in mind that she was pregnant.

And, without minding the bewildered Liana, Ellen told the servants to carry her luggage into the sunniest room in the mansion.
