His model-like figure dressed in plain clothes, but up from the neck he looked really strange.

The security at the Luxen school is incomprehensible, and it is impossible for outsiders to enter.
I was staring at a man of unknown ident.i.ty and sweat splurt out.

Melba now can’t disappear with his stomach empty. I have to help Melba escape as soon as possible.

I couldn’t notice the process of how it was done, but Melba entered my room with no hesitation, and threw me down on the bed, taking his rob away.
I rolled trembling. Tried to complain on behalf of the roughly handled baggage across the country, but there was no Melba anywhere to be seen in front of me. Melba who returned to usual form was eating all the food in the room.

Melba who looked like a human a while ago. The forest demon Melba in a picture book is a torso whose neck downwards are all shabby, with shortened limbs attached to it.

“Why don’t you stay tonight with me?”

Seeing his reaction..

I grabbed the robe of Melba, that was about to leave as it is and asked again, but he refused in silence.

“Isn’t it okay to stay over sometimes?”

I send a grudging line of sight to Melba with a slight sharp mouth.

Was Melba not noticing my eyes, or did he pretend not to notice, leaving without looking back? So cold.

“……”

I was left alone in an empty cold room.

Why does it make me feel uncomfortable though it’s usual for me?

Such days are better with sleeping them off.

I jumped into my bedroom and wrapped around futon with my fingers closing my eyes.
