Master Di was very satisfied. He watched and admired Xiaofeng; at the same time, Xiaofeng received the system prompt that Master Di's favorability points toward Xiaofeng had increased by 10 points, and now was at the amity level.

“Now that we can start the refining, I'll be available now. I'll forge the special equipment for you, Mr. Archbishop.” Master Di Wuya touched his beard and laughed. He knew that was why Xiaofeng had been waiting for him here.

“While you have a lot of s.p.a.ce Stones, all of them are of low purity. They could, at best, be forged into just one immortal piece of equipment,” said the frowning Master Di, with eyes on the s.p.a.ce Stones in Xiaofeng's hands.

“That will be enough for me,” said Xiaofeng. Obviously, he wasn't much of a greedy guy.

“Well, what kind of equipment do you want me to forge? Belts, or accessories (ACC)?” Master Di Wuya asked.

“Can you do a ring for me?” asked Xiaofeng upon hearing that. Among all equipment parts, rings were the rarest ones.

Moreover, he was aiming for the Dragon Suit, an artifact. The suit would have a belt, so he didn't want that part occupied.

“You want a ring? That's fine, but that will only cost you 50 s.p.a.ce Stones. You can have the rest back.” Master Di took 50 s.p.a.ce Stones and gave the rest to Xiaofeng.

“Spatial equipment is rarely seen and difficult to forge. You've got the major materials but you still need a Void Crystal. It's the core to merge the spatial power,” Master Di Wuya added.

“That won't be a problem because I happen to have a Void Crystal. I'll give it to the kid as a gift,” Master Di said.

“What? Isn't that Void Crystal one of your most cherished treasures? Why are you giving it to someone else?” Master Di Wuya asked with surprise.

“Just take it as a reward for having helped me so much. No matter how much the material is cherished, it's just a piece of junk if it won't be put to use,” said Master Di, looking a little reluctant to give it to somebody else.

At the same time, Xiaofeng had received a system prompt that should've arrived long ago, saying that the system reward had arrived.

“Hey! You have successfully completed the task given by Master Di. A piece of Void Crystal will be given as the reward.”

However, the Void Crystal didn't go directly into Xiaofeng's backpack. It was still in Master Di's hand. Although Xiaofeng had no idea what a Void Crystal was, he could tell by the conversation between Master Di and Master Di Wuya that it had to be something nice.

“Still no.” Xiaofeng didn't care how great his forging skill was because he had no interest in life skills and professions at all.

Xiaofeng had no interest in those life skills except for the Scouting skill, which could help him in fights. Other life skills cost both a lot of time and money.

“You've p.i.s.sed me off, young man. Now get out of here! What an ungrateful brat!” Master Di turned back into the man that Xiaofeng had met the first time, an unfriendly man with a strange temper.

Xiaofeng didn't stay there for long and he went straight back to Tianlong City. He had spent so long in the Blackrock that Midsummer's encampment defensive war had almost started. Liu Qiangwei had texted him many times, maybe because she was worried that he wasn't there.

Liu Qiangwei decided that the camp of the guild this time would be on the Vast Plain. The site was near the old one that had been destroyed. When Xiaofeng arrived, the war was going on like chaotic tides and waves. He checked the level of the waves of monsters. 25th level. Judging by that, they had gone through half of the monster waves.

“Did you arrive? Where are you?”

“Well, then I will go inside the encampment.” Xiaofeng nodded and he knew why that was partly because of him. After Midsummer failed in the first encampment defensive war, all the guilds in the Huaxia District knew about the hostility between Master Healer and Midsummer. They had heard that Midsummer had established the new camp, but none of them seemed to care about it because they were all waiting for the Master Healer to make a big splash and destroy the camp once again.

Whether they came or not wouldn't make any difference; moreover, they needed to take their time to farm and get more tokens so that they could win more places for the guild. In that war, few guilds cared about the second encampment defensive war of Midsummer anymore.

“Where are you now? I'll have Xiaojing pick you up,” Liu Qiangwei said and hung up the phone after she heard where Xiaofeng was.

“I thought you were kidding.”

“No, not at all. Just come with me. My cousin's been waiting for you,” said Si Yejing as she shook her head. Then she led Xiaofeng to the direction of the guild encampment of Midsummer.

Xiaofeng arrived at the camp safe and sound right before the point when the monster wave ended, and the monsters went back to the refresh point. The camp was still simple and crude, no better than the one like a town Xiaofeng had seen last time. This one looked like a village, and that might have been because Midsummer still had the system reward from last time.

“How's it going?” asked Xiaofeng. He was on the second floor of the encampment. And that was the highest place in the site with the widest view. He met Liu Qiangwei there.

There were only Liu Qiangwei and Midsummer Lily on the second floor. Other supervisors of the guild had existed. And that was mainly because Xiaofeng might be recognized by them no matter how he was disguised. That would cause lots of troubles then, like two enemies meeting together. Xiaofeng had really left a deep impression on those senior managers of the guild, including the president and the vice president. They hated his guts.

“That can't be good. That was only the 30th wave and we're already feeling labored. Any good ideas?” Liu Weiwei shook her head and asked Xiaofeng.

“What ideas could he possibly have? No matter how powerful he is, there's no chance that he could resist thousands of monsters on his own.” Midsummer Lily was murmuring. She still held resentment for Xiaofeng.

“No more useless talking!” Liu Qiangwei said and stared at Midsummer Lily, frowning.

She had made lots of efforts inviting Xiaofeng here. She was afraid that he would leave in anger. She started the encampment defensive war only because she trusted Xiaofeng. Now that Midsummer wasn't defending well, Xiaofeng was the only one they could count on.

“Well… how about we evacuate half of the men on the east and west side, and send them to help those on the south and north side?”

Xiaofeng suggested after he had seen what was going on in the plains. It was the 30th wave now, and there would be another 6 waves, let alone the BOSS.
