Ridd.i.c.k walk into the mountain through a cave like entrance that continue downwards and seem to be naturally form from volcanic rock but it wasn't. The tunnel was lit up with torches that had red chaos fire on them but when you were close to them it was clear that there were actually red imps just sitting like statues and the fire that illuminated the road came from fire hanging in their heads.

"Young Master this is a place for high blood demons so please remove your relic and show them your right to be here"

Ridd.i.c.k removed his father's bracelet and immediately grew to his 15 ft form and his almost 3rd tier fire crown was majestic.

"COME MY CHILD"

The voice was ancient and when it appeared, the echo resounded through the whole mountain and various demons that were meditating or in a semi trance state open their eyes and disappeared from their rooms.

Ridd.i.c.k made it to the end of the tunnel and enter a circular room where a 300 ft Val'gun was in a resting position and the fire in its head was a dark green color symbolizing the Apex of the Chaos Flame in the Realm of Elysian. Unlike Ridd.i.c.k the skin of this Elder was very reptilian like and green in color, 2 bat wings could be seen resting on his back and in his eye sockets there stood 2 dark green flames.

"AHH... THE BLOODLINE OF AZGORTH, IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I FELT MY BLOOD TINGLE, HAHAHA… WELCOME HOME CHILD"

Igor whispered in Ridd.i.c.k's ears, "He is the oldest living Val'gun and you can come to him in case of any trouble, now bow and say thank you Elder Annihilus"

Ridd.i.c.k did as told and this brought a laugh to the Elder that continue on, "THIS IS MY KIN AND IF ANYBODY GETS ANY IDEAS I WOULD ENSURE THEIR WHOLE RACE DISAPPEARS FROM EXISTENCE"

The majority of Elders present in the background tremble but others frown and one particular one sneered. He was the leader of a race known for their intelligence and their mastery over trickery and deceit. They were a bloodline capable of achieving Level 50 and what they lack in destructive force to the Val'gun they made off in their ability to plot, they were not to be underestimated as their plots have kept the Val'gun numbers down throughout the years without anybody blaming them for anything.

He was the backer of Xyra and the main supporter of initiating a war against the factions on the surface. In his opinion, they could slave the alliance and used them as they see fit against the Dragonkin forces and that way they could become the true masters of the realm instead.

He had a beautiful face and small horns coming from his shoulder going upwards and in his head instead of hairs there where aquamarine tentacles heading backwards that seem to move on their own. The bottom half was a thick serpents body but it look to be made of volcanic Rock that had patterns ingrain that were illuminated with chaos energy. The Leader of the nagas Barash was as devious as they come and in his mind a new plan was being formulated to dispose of the Son of his Old best friend.

"Azgorth did incredibly well when he left you in the outside beyond my reach but now here you are ready to become my lunch. Find Out everything about him"

A shadow disappeared with his new orders as Barash disappeared from the chamber.

Rahz had been allowed to move into the temple grounds and during his time there, he was allowed to spend some time at the different chambers and see the different styles offered. They even told him to choose a teacher and start his training but he refused. It was not fair to the other people waiting to take the test and he would also be look down upon by his fellow Dreadnought. His dream was to reach the apex and how could he do that if he took the easy way up.

Jazz was another story, he hit it off with the teacher in charge of the vengeance department and spend his days having fun and drinking ale. The gnome quarters had amazing machines that made the daily life extremely comfortable. The three ladies were in fact his wifes and one of them was an amazing cook and they really loved him. They were all saved from misery by the gnome and one was even stolen from an ogre tribe about to be burn at the stake for dinner. All the males in the tribe were killed and ogre woman were knocked unconscious. The leader of the tribe was a 4 tier mage that fought with the gnome and was split in two with one swing. It all sounded very surreal to Jazz and he thought it was the ale talking but little did he know that everything was true except that it was all made under the alias Giant Blade.

Rahz look at the pract.i.tioners of the four chambers and was actually inclining towards the demonic style, he knew how powerful his Amorphous t.i.tan was and if he added to it a powerful demonic form how strong would he be. He thought about the risk of obtaining a c.r.a.ppy Demonic Avatar but if he obtained went through the ritual under the effect of his Bloodl.u.s.t and his amazing strength, he should obtain something powerful.

The test was simple, they had to compete in four battles against people of the same Level and whoever lost was unable to partic.i.p.ate in the compet.i.tion for a legendary artifact in a Hidden Room. The four battles were an opportunity to showcase their talent and if they won, it was a plus but if you lost there was still a chance to get in if the teachers of the chambers saw potential. The temple of the dreadnought was a meritocracy were resources and even help from teachers were given base on merit points.

Enchanted weapons were not allow in the arena for obvious reasons and if anybody needed a weapon they could just pick one from a rack by the arena. The majority of the kids below the first evolution were place in a battle royal until they were only half left and those were pick up for the general cla.s.ses and they could challenge into a chamber once they achieve their first evolution. It was the easiest way to get in and be ahead of people training in the outside but if there happened to be a recruiting session then they were required to compete like everyone else.

Above the registration tents, there was a platform where the seats for the head of the chambers and their disciple were lined up in two rows except for the vengeance headmaster that didn't have a pro disciple and the only seat beside him belong to his new best friend Jazz. Jazz was sitting down with an Ale in his hand and a pair of dark shades (gla.s.ses) similar to the gnome's.

Both of them were joking around and looking at the battle royal, occasionally paying attention to the registration tent were every now and again a person would be injured for trying to register pa.s.s the age requirement.

Rahz looked at Jazz before going into the tent who replied back by raising his gla.s.s full of beer like saying cheers buddy.

Rahz put an inquisitive face that said, "How in the h.e.l.l?" before going inside and grabbing a number. Rahz was lucky 13 and this number determined which arena he was a.s.signed to, however, the arena itself was just a piece of land and the size was determined by all the fighters sitting around it. There were only 56 fighters in the Level 19 division but they all look pretty intimidating as they sat around in circles of 20 creating a total of 3 Rings.

The set up reminded Rahz of his time in Helgahvall and he was ready to just go up and trash talk until a challenge came but that was not how it went. The First round was between Number 1 and 20 then number 2 and 18 and so on. Right off the bat People started taking note of who to ta.s.sle with and who to skip, if they got injured just to be brave, then they might not be able to showcase their battle prowess and the purpose of the event was to show what they got to the teachers.

Number 7 vs Number 13

Rahz entered the arena and across from him stood a well build Demon with blue skin, he had no s.h.i.+rt and his pants seem to be made out of cloth. There were 2 One hand scimitars in his hands and seem to be pretty agile. Rahz went to the rack and grabbed a 2 handed Axe that was a bit heavier than the one his dad made and stood there with a 1h stance.
