Distortion just smiled at the sight of the opposition and gesture towards Rahz before saying, "That is your biggest threat here Rahz, the man itself Omega!"

Rahz looked forward and his hate and anger started to boil but Xiao immediately gave him a dose of electricity that clear his head, " Remember what you have learned about using the emotions to fuel your skills instead of letting them control your powers"

Rahz took a deep breath and went down towards the gates of the town while everyone followed closely. There were entrances on both sides of the town and the squads didn't really check who the other party were, Distortion was able to guess who it was because Winged Lions were the mount of choice for the leaders of the G.o.d of Justice organization.

The group entered the town and quickly went their own way, Distortion job was to develop a command center in Belfast and to observe the forces of the devas before coming up with the winning strategy for the final war. On the other hand, Rahz's team was there just to get the teleport location and they still needed to travel to the other towns they were missing before getting ready to explore.

The other two locations were a lot safer for Rahz and the others to get to and what surprised them the most was that a lot of people were already setting up merchant stalls in many of the towns and there was a ma.s.sive influx of people moving about.

"Where should our headquarters be, I need a local Tavern with good Ale and Cindy needs a very quiet place, she gets irritate easy" Said Jazz while being stare at by his mount.

I don't know any other towns but Naas, so what do you guys think? Maybe The Fair Lady is opened for business and I am pretty sure we can hear pretty good information in the restaurant.

Agreed!

It was the first time that Elune was back but when they reached the Fair Lady, Lady Ahlam was nowhere to be found and in her instead a middle age man was receiving the customers.

Liz was a friend of the man at the counter and knew he was the reason why lady Ahlam had settled in Naas all these years, she also knew the true level of the Lady and knew she was not going to be around.

Uncle!!

"Liz, you are partic.i.p.ating in the War? Ahlam told me that you guys might, but I was hoping you didn't need to"

Liz put up a sweet smiled and said "Uncle we are in a little bit of trouble you see, our group needs a place to stay but some of our member are too big to fit into one of the rooms so is it possible to borrow the house in n.o.ble Street?"

The Middle age man reached inside his pocket and took out a set of keys before saying, "Don't make a mess".

Liz grabbed the keys and went back to the team before saying to the man in the counter, "Thanks Uncle! We also need a stable master and food for our mounts could you please arrange it?"

Sigh…

"No worries"

The team followed Liz towards the properties and when they got there, they saw a huge mansion and personnel readily available to meet their every need. The maids were all intrigue by the different individuals that were arriving at the door but especially Remulos that stood 12 ft tall.

There were no fear in their faces, they had seen many interesting people visit the Lady of the House and since they were able to open the door, it was safe to a.s.sume that they were invited guest of the owners.

The team settle into the house and in the next couple of days decided that it was best to leave all the flying mounts in the stables except for Xiao Bai that could decreased his size the same way Midori could.

It was very important for the team to be able to move stealthily in enemy territory and that also meant that Remulos and his 12 ft had to stay at home. The team was ready to go at a moments notice and their opportunity came 5 days later when a scout came screaming into the Mercenary a.s.sociation of Naas that a portal had opened 10 miles east and that it had a count number of 1000.

Rahz and his group got up and quickly made their way towards the gate and by the time they got there it was already at the 400 mark. There were definitely close to 10,000 people around the gate but only 600 had been brave enough to use it. It took a lot of courage to challenge the unknown, once they cross to the other side there was no telling what was waiting for them.

The majority of the people standing around were there just to observe and so they made way for anybody interested in taking a ride. The first one to go in was Hennessy and with her Nether power she could easily avoid danger and report back to the team through Ridd.i.c.ks connection.

The moment Hennessy jumped through the portal, the number at the top of the Doorway decreased by one and she came out at the bottom of a lake. Hennessy moved in stealth for a few minutes and after determining that it was safe to crossover, she sent the signal to Ridd.i.c.k who immediately moved through.

The creatures in the lake were level 20 and they quickly tried to evade the new visitors that appeared out of thin air. The portal disappeared from sight every time a person came through and only a person extremely sensitive to energy was able to determine the exact location.

"We need to move and find a place to regroup far from this entrance". Said rahz.

Rahz understood that even though the gate disappeared each time somebody came through, if they were spotted leaving, it could be highly detrimental to the new people coming from their camp.

It was pretty safe to a.s.sume that if portals were opened on their side, then there were portals open for the Devas as well. It was just a matter of time before Devas grouped together and started to hunt for the intruders.

Jazz quickly cast Accelerando while Elune gave Rahz underwater breathing and they made their way onto the sh.o.r.e. The team was very nervous and excited at the same time and while they move quickly through the terrain they kept their eyes wide opened as it wouldn't be strange to be the victim of an ambush.

Rahz and the others immediately headed for high ground to have a better view of the area they were transfer to and in the meantime they sent Hennessy and Midori to inspect the surrounding area for people with a blue runes they could take out.

At the same time, in a town about 100 miles from Rahz's position the mercenary guild was in Chaos.

"Looking for a third tier Paladin for an Asura hunting team, equal spoil distribution".

"Looking for Priest to complete 10 man Hunting team, lets kill some Asuras"

Some people were excite, while others were worried and some were getting killed by a.s.sa.s.sins without knowing what was going on.

The Portals opened in the zone without warning and at very random locations, many people were collecting ore or trying their luck at hunting beast when all of the sudden a door will pop up in front of them an a person or creature would step through and started attacking.

Nothing was free inside the towns and they kept functioning just like before the Tempering War started, this meant that money was still necessary for food and the best way to get it was by finis.h.i.+ng the commissions generated by the Mercenary and adventurer Guild.

There was no question about it, Hunters, Rogues, and a.s.sa.s.sins were the majority of cla.s.ses pa.s.sing through the gates and the reason was simple, Stealth.

In a sticky situation they could disappeared from sight and strike when the moment was right then disappeared again leaving a trail of dead bodies. There were no rules about level 40s not killing level 20s so if you couldn't handle the heat then it was better to stay out of the kitchen.

Rahz's group was in the minority but they had an advantage over the other groups, they had Liz. Liz was a mage with access to many of the towns inside the Asura territory and as long as somebody with a extremely powerful relic that could lock s.p.a.ce didn't appear they could just head back home and wait for another opportunity to cross over.

Many people would called it cheating but everything goes in Love and War.
