To compensate for the door?

Tang Suifeng and Tang Zixuan looked at each other and saw surprise, disdain and anger in each other's eyes.

"You're courting death!" Tang Suifeng uttered the cruel words.

Ge Ming burst out of the kitchen with two kitchen knives in his hands. "What do you want? I've already called the police! If you mess around, I'll fight like h.e.l.l with you! It will be my defence to hack you to death!" He brandished the knives as he ran.

Tang Zixuan, who looked like a tumbler, suddenly made a wave, and a cold flash flew out of his hand and straight at Ge Ming's chest.

"Look out!" Ning Tao pushed Ge Ming away with a jerk.

Just as Ge Ming was pushed away, a dart grazed Ning Tao's arm and left a gash. Scarlet blood poured from the wound, and the next moment there was a tingling pain, as if it had been sprinkled with salt.

It was a poison dart!

Ge Ming just said a few words and didn't even call them names, but Tang Zixuan tried to kill him!

In a moment, anger was boiling up inside Ning Tao. His evil side quietly woke up, and his pupils were a little blackened! He probably didn't even notice the change. As his cultivation of spiritual power grew higher and higher, he became more and more fearful, every time his evil side awakened!

"You go back!" After the evil side completely woke up, Ning Tao's first target was not the people fromt the Tang Sect, but Ge Ming. There was a power of deterrent and an irresistible authority in his voice.

Scared by the dart and scolded by Ning Tao, Ge Ming turned and ran to the kitchen.

Ning Tao strode toward the gate, his eyes with signs of darkening as piercing as those of a fierce beast.

There were some statues of evil G.o.ds and devils in the temple, which made people feel terrible and guilty at a glance, and Ning Tao was kind of like that when he was in the state of evil side. He only had a little aura of that now, but as he grew stronger, the evil and fierce air he exuded would undoubtedly grow heavier. In due course, people would fear at the sight of him.

However, Tang Suifeng and Tang Zixuan apparently didn't notice his change or care about him.

"You broke Dongsun Li's legs, and today I break your arm with a poison dart. It's interest," stated Tang Zixuan coldly.

Ning Tao stopped at the gate and asked in a cold voice, "Are you hired by the Huai family?"

"Hired? Didn't you investigate who Young Master Huai was before you hurt him?" Tang Suifeng gave a cold snort. "His mother's last name is Tang, too. His mother, Tang Huaiyu, is the younger sister of the current Leader of Tang Sect. And Dongsun Li whose legs were broken by you is an outer disciple of our Tang Sect, and a domestic servant as Senior Sister Huaiyu's dowry!"

Dongsun Li was such a powerful man, but he was only a dowry. It seemed that the Tang Sect was unfathomable!

Ding Congjun once said that there was a big backer behind the Huai family, but he probably only knew the backer on the surface, and had no idea that their real backer was the Tang Sect!

Marriage between large families was popular in ancient times. Driven by the interest, the marriage between the Tang Sect in Shu Province and the Huai family in Beidu was normal, only that the Tang Sect was relatively secret and unknown to outsiders.

Hearing Tang Suifeng's words, Ning Tao suddenly understood what these people from the Tang Sect were doing here. When he left Beidu, he knew Huai Kebing would not let him go, but he did not expect that the avenger for Huai Kebing would come so soon, and that the avenger was people of the Tang Sect.

"Do you understand your position now?" Tang Suifeng gave a sneer. "The poor should not fight against the rich. The people should not fight against the government. This phrase has been around for hundreds of years. Have you never heard of it? You are just a poor boy who studies medicine, you dare to ask the nephew of Leader of the Tang Sect to kneel down in that kind of occasion, and break the legs of one of the disciples of our Tang Sect. What price should you pay to appease Young Master Huai and the Tang Sect?"

"2,000," said Ning Tao shortly.

"What?" Tang Suifeng laughed angrily. "Even if you pay 2,000 pieces of gold bricks, we may not get over that matter!"

"I mean 2,000 for you destroying the gate. If you refuse to pay, don't blame me for being unkind," Ning Tao said.

Tang Suifeng was black in the face. He took the initiative to tell Ning Tao their ident.i.ty and purpose, in accordance with the skills of trying fair means before resorting to force. He thought that as soon as he revealed the relations.h.i.+p between Huai Kebing and the Tang Sect, Ning Tao would beg for mercy on his knees in fear. To his surprise, Ning Tao did not respond when he heard the Tang Sect, and instead he insisted on their compensation!

Tang Zixuan gave a sudden wave of his right arm.

Unconsciously, Ning Tao ducked aside, and a dart flew past his cheek. This time the dart didn't hurt his face. Not only did he dodge the dart, which was second only to bullets in speed, but he even caught the sour smell from the dart—the dart was indeed poisoned!

"Your evasion is useless. That dart has made you bleed. If you have the courage to cut off your arm now, you might be saved." There was a note of cruelty in Tang Zixuan's voice. In his opinion, even if Ning Tao dodged the second dart, his poison would not abate.

Ning Tao glanced sideways at the cut on his arm. The cut was scarred, with no sign of decay, and it no longer stung. He did not care what poison was on the dart. If his special spiritual power could not detoxify, how could he cure the sick?

Then Ning Tao's eyes fell on Tang Zixuan again. Tang Zixuan was short and fat, with a harmless face, but actually he was vicious. Ning Tao did have an enmity with Huai Kebing, but Ge Ming got no quarrel with Tang Zixuan. However, Tang Zixuan had treated Ge Ming in such a vicious way!

Fixated on Tang Zixuan, Ning Tao suddenly lunged at him. At this point, he was furious. With spiritual power puring into his legs, he sprinted, as fast as a cheetah!

Tang Zixuan and Tang Suifeng were taken aback. They didn't understand why Ning Tao was so vigorous when he was. .h.i.t by their sect's unique secret weapon?

In their surprise, Ning Tao had run up to them.

"Go back!" Tang Suifeng kicked Ning Tao. As his leg lifted, his pants swelled!

In fact, the bulging of his pants was a phenomenon that only occured when he had internal strength, which was why Tang Suifeng dared to kick Ning Tao. But he didn't even know that his internal strength was no match for Ning Tao's special spiritual power!

Ning Tao didn't even try to avoid his attack, but hit Tang Zixuan's leg with his chest.

Tang Suifeng let out a groan and suddenly rose off the ground, throwing back like a kite with its strings cut out.

Ning Tao paused slightly when he b.u.mped into Tang Suifeng, but the pause was almost negligible. Almost the moment Tang Suifeng was blown up, Ning Tao swung his right arm and punched Tang Zixuan in the head.

This fist contained spiritual energy, with dense heat, as if his fist was doused with boiling water!

Before the fist landed on Tang Zixuan's chest, the fabric on Tang Zixuan's chest rippled!

Tang Zixuan was horrified, but his reaction and speed did not slow down. He tapped the ground with his toes, and his plump body flew backwards like a cannonball. In the process, his right and left hands were dancing simultaneously, and several cold lights whizzed toward Ning Tao.

Before Ning Tao could have time to withdraw his fist that failed to punch Tang Zixuan, the cold lights were already very close to him.

They were the darts that Tang Zixuan threw. He threw darts faster than a skilled gunner's shoot!

Ning Tao abruptly threw himself sideways, dodging three of the darts, and one of which landed in his belly. Blood was pouring from the wound and his white s.h.i.+rt was red in the blink of an eye. The dart in his belly was in the shape and size of a willow leaf. Fortunately, the wound was not very deep, and only a third of the dart went in.

Spiritual power was particularly good at defending against blunt damage, but pitifully weak against piercing damage. However, the stabbing didn't matter to Ning Tao. He wouldn't die even if Tang Zixuan hit him a hundred times with this willow dart.

Ning Tao reached out and pulled the willow dart from his belly and threw it back at Tang Zixuan.

A flash of cold light flew two meters above Tang Zixuan and landed in the trunk of a tree by the side of the road.

Ning Tao didn't learn martial arts or fighting skills after all. He fought by instinct, and threw darts without skill. Whether he could hit the enemy was all a matter of luck.

Bam!

Tang Suifeng fell to the ground, but as soon as his back hit the ground, he threw out his waist and leapt from the ground. He got up with kip-up.

"I understand why Dongsun Li was undone by you. You really have some abilities. No wonder you dare to be so arrogant." Tang Suifeng glared at Ning Tao, but could not hide his horror and fear!

Ning Tao said coldly, "I don't mind breaking your legs at all!"

As if by magic, eight willow darts suddenly appeared in Tang Zixuan's hands, each between his fingers.

The human wall behind him also showed their weapons, including all kinds of poison darts, various blowguns, all in the style of the Tang Sect.

Ning Tao gave a cool snort. "Dare you kill me in broad daylight?"

As soon as he said this, a shower of cold light came down on him.

Pow! Pow! Pow!

In the blink of an eye, Ning Tao became a human "hedgehog" with darts and flying needles stuck into his body.

They answered Ning Tao's question with action.

They intended to kill him in broad daylight!

Ning Tao swayed, but didn't fall. Two seconds later he reached out and pulled out the darts and flying needles one by one and threw them on the ground.

Those from the Tang Sect were totally stunned. Their darts and flying needles were all secret weapons of the Tang Sect. A posion needle could kill a cow, let alone a man. To their shock, Ning Tao pulled all the needles and darts out in front of them! Far from being a raving doctor, he was like the mythical unicorn, whose horn was the antidote!

Just then, a shared bike drove to the orphanage from the direction of the Happy Community.
