Chapter 2.2: Incense Outside the Wall

When Su Jie left home, he did not ask for money from his parents. Instead, he saved up money from tutoring students.

Although the ginseng inside is grown and may not be of luxurious quality, it's quite ripe and has seen six years worth of life. As for breast milk, do you think that it came from the n.o.ble family in the Qing Dynasty?"
