Song Tian's Farm And His Daily Life 15 Experiment With The Crops

On the road, Song Tian goes to the tool shop to buy the sprayers for his organic fertilizer.

As he walked around the tool shop with his chart, Song Tian looked at the sign which interests him.

Song Tian looked at the small notes on the sign, which said, [It's also let the sunlight s.h.i.+nes through the net].

"Is this really good? Why it sounds like a scam?" Song Tian muttered as he took out his phone to look for the net.

After several minutes, Song Tian surprised to see that it is meant for crops and trees protection.

"I will buy some of these," Song Tian thought as he picked the box of nets and put it to his chart and goes straight to the cas.h.i.+er.

After Song Tian put all the stuff he bought, Song Tian walked toward the home depot to buy some PVC pipes for the nets and go straight to his farm.

Putting all the stuff he bought to the cabin, Song Tian goes to the planted crops area.

"Hmm, I think I'll till for strawberries and cabbages for another 50 each. Also, 100 for garlic," Song Tian said.

Song Tian picks up his Basic Hoe to till the soils, and not long after, Song Tian finished to till total 200 tilled soils.

"Phew, it's great that my dad shows me the true way of the hoe. Or else, it'll take much longer than this," Song Tian said as he wiped off the sweats on his forehead.

Song Tian goes to his cabin to get a cut bottle and bring another bottle with him.

"Now let's experiment with the seeds, hehe," Song Tian pick up the bottles and only cuts the quarter top of the bottles.

Song Tian pours the strawberry seeds to the new cut bottle which slightly bigger than previous ones.

"Now let's see if my theory is correct," Song Tian said as he pours the strawberry seeds on tilled soil.

Song Tian looked at the stats and surprised to see that. On the newly tilled soil he pours the seeds on, Song Tian could see something.

"Bingo! If master pours the seeds, master needs to calculate on how much the tilled soil really needs," Song Yi said.

Song Tian smiled bitterly and pondered, "So, that's means my previous cut bottle is already half of it. I just need to measure it to for the new bottles."

Song Tian picks the new bottle and previous ones back to the cabin to measure it. After Song Tian cut it precisely, he walked back to the planted area and pour the strawberry seeds on the new bottles.

As he pours the seeds with the new cut bottles, he looked at the seeds absorbed into the tilled soil, and somehow he feels satisfied watching it.

Song Tian looked at the stats, and he's laughed, "Haha, now there's no more wasted seeds," As the whole fruits on the newly tilled soil he just pour the seeds on produce 100 fruits already.

After Song Tian finished with pouring all the strawberries seeds, he's going to pour the cabbages.

"Hmm, since cabbage isn't multi fruit, I'll just put a few seeds in it," Song Tian put his hands and grab little seeds with his hand.

Pouring the cabbage seeds with his hand, Song Tian relieved after looking at the stats of it which is already on the process to germinate.

After Song Tian finished with pouring all the cabbage seeds, Song Tian starting to get the garlic seeds.

Looking at the garlic stats, Song Tian could see that the estimated times for harvest is only 5 days.

Reading the instruction, Song Tian put the liquid on the sprayer, dilute it with water and shakes it.

After that, Song Tian put the sprayers on his back like a backpack and starting to spray all the strawberries.

Several minutes later, Song Tian looks at the previously planted strawberry stats, Song Tian noticed that the quality changes to (Above Normal Quality).

Song Tian smiled bitterly, "Well, at least it's kind of increased," As he continued to spray all of his crops with fertilizers.

After finished with spraying the fertilizers on his crops, Song Tian goes back to the cabin to put his sprayer and pick up his Basic Hoe.

"Now let's see, I think the staff said that I need to make at least 6 meters distance from planted crops," Song Tian pondered.

Song Yi suddenly interjected, "Master, you don't need to plant the trees that far. You only need to plant it 3 tilled soils away from the crops. Also, you need to makes 3x3 tilled soils for one sapling."

Song Tian furrowed his brows, "Oh, why are you suddenly telling me about this?" He said that as Song Yi sometimes being mysterious and such when it comes to this thing.

Song Yi giggled, "Of course so I can get more screen time. Cough, I mean so I can help master hehe."

Song Tian smiled bitterly, "Alright, let's plant the sapling first so I can put the nets over the planted crops."

Song Tian tilled 3 horizontal round from him planted cabbages for the safe distance to plant the apple saplings, and then he executed the 3x3 tilled soils.

Song Tian picks one apple sapling and put it on the center of 3x3 tilled soils. As he put the sapling on the soil, the sapling immediately absorbed into it and the 3x3 tilled soils transformed into one big round of tilled soil.

Song Tian surprised to see this, and he immediately checks the apple sapling stats he just planted.

After looking at the stats, Song Tian continues to plant the apple saplings. Song Tian planted a total of 10 apple saplings on the planted area, and he plants four apple sapling near the gazebo area. He also watering and spray the fertilizers to all of them.

Looking at the clock already at 12 PM, Song Tian took a shower to clean himself. After putting all his new clothes, Song Tian heard his phone is ringing from Su Wen.

Song Tian answered the call, "h.e.l.lo, what's up?" he said.

"Song Tian, can I get your permission to put your farm name on credit and description of my videos? I'm making some cooking videos which involve strawberries from your farm and just in case if people were asking where to get it," Su Wen said on the phone.

Song Tian laughed, "Oh, you're a content creator on Sphere? Of course, you can, there's no need for permission, and it should be me thanking you for free advertising."

Su Wen said, "I'm relieved to hear you're okay with it. What's the name of your farm by the way?" she asked.

Song Tian answered, "Just name it Song Tian's Farm, tell me the name of your channel so I can follow it."

Su Wen said, "Alright and my channel's name is Su Wen, same as my name. Alright, I'll let you know once the video already uploaded."

Song Tian said, "Okay, I'll follow you after this call," He said as he hung up the call.

Song Tian opened the Sphere application on his phone to look for Su Wen's channel, which had 999 followers on it.

When Song Tian clicked the follow b.u.t.ton, a congratulation message appeared, "Congratulations for being the 1000th followers, leave a message below so it'll be put on channel hall of fame, and special badge will appear on your profile when you commented on this channel."

The Sphere had this feature when it comes to followers milestone which let the user leave a message, and it will be shown on the channel hall of fame.

Song Tian immediately typed, "I will become the best farmer in the world," and tap the post b.u.t.ton, and his post on the hall of fame immediately posted.

Not long after, his post on the hall of fame is liked by Su Wen and other followers.

After that, Song Tian notices that Su Wen's channel is specified for cooking. All of her content filled with a cooking tutorial, and there's a lot of food which he didn't recognize.

Song Tian walked to Gao Zhao's restaurant. After he arrives at his grandma restaurant, Song Tian saw Lin Qiang eating with his sister.

Gao Zhao noticed that Song Tian comes, "Xiao Tian, your strawberry is really great. I make some juice and a lot of customers love it," she said.

Song Tian laughed, "That's great, if the strawberries ready to be harvested. I'll send some to you."

Gao Zhao shook her head, "No, grandma will buy it from you. If you give it for free, how can you make a profit? Just let me know when it's ready to harvest, and grandma will come to buy it," she said.

Song Tian said, "Fine, I'll let you know once it's ready to be harvested," And he sat beside Lin Qiang and said, "Yo, Brother Lin and Sister Lin. Did your shop already closed at this hour?"

Lin Qiang turned his head around and surprised to see Song Tian, "Xiao Tian, I didn't know you also eat here. That's right, our restaurant only open from 11PM-8AM," He said.

Song Tian surprised to heard it's open that from midnight, "I didn't know you open at that hour, is there a lot of people coming to the market at night?" He asked.

Lin Hua laughed and said, "Of course, there's a lot of people hang out at late night. Come to the market later at night, and you'll see."

Song Tian said, "Nice, sometimes I can't sleep at night and didn't know what to do. I'll go there later!" and Song Tian looked at Gao Zhao and said, "Grandma, I will eat the usual and makes it spicy as possible."

Gao Zhao smiled, "Alright, grandma will cook it in a moment," she said.

Lin Qiang noticed that Song Tian seems to know Gao Zhao and asked, "Xiao Tian, I heard you're calling Boss Gao grandma. Are you her grandson? I remember she only had a granddaughter."

Song Tian laughed, "Grandma Zhao is my paternal grandma's little sister, so I'm kinda one of her grandchildren too," he said.

Lin Qiang gulped, and Lin Hua said, "Wow, no wonder. You know, this area is kind of her territory. Everyone knows her, and she's well respected among peoples as she's always protecting us when there's some gang trying to make trouble in the market."

Song Tian smiled, "Well, that's to be expected from my grandma," and he continued to talk with Lin Qiang and Lin Hua.

Not long after Lin Qiang and Lin Hua left, Gao Zhao handed the foods to Song Tian.

Song Tian asked, "Grandma, I heard there's gang on this area? Do you want me to take care of it?"

Gao Zhao smiled, "There's no need to take care of it, all the gangs on this area already deported from this country after I handed them to the police."

Song Tian said, "Alright if there's one just let me know so you don't have to take care of it by yourself as I'm already enough for it."

After done eating and talking with Gao Zhao, Song Tian goes back to his farm to install the nets he just bought earlier.

"Okay, let's a.s.semble the pipes first," Song Tian said as he's a.s.sembling the PVC pipes for holding the nets.

Several moments later, Song Tian put each a.s.sembled PVC pipes on the sides strawberry crops with an interval of 2 meters distance.

Song Tian starting to unfold the nets and tries to put it over the pipes he's installed on the strawberry crops.

"This nets can only cover 50 tilled soils, glad that I bought more of them," Song Tian sighed as he closed the nets to the ground.

Song Tian picks up another net and puts it for the rest of the strawberry crops.

"Alright, all I need is to cover cabbages and garlic," Song Tian said.

Several minutes later, Song Tian already covered all his planted crops with the nets.

Looking at it Song Tian finally relieved "Finally, I hope it's really effective. If it is, I will also cover the fruit tree with it," he said.

Song Tian goes to pick his chickens and put them inside the chicken coop as the sky is almost dark.

On his way to the cabin, Song Tian heard his phone notification and took his phone out. It was a message from Su Wen saying that the video is already uploaded.

Song Tian goes to his room to open Sphere on his PC to watch Su Wen's new video on her channel. Song Tian clicked the video as the intro started.

"What's up, guys! Today, we're going to makes a lot of strawberries related. Thanks to Song Tian's Farm, I got a lot of good and fresh strawberries. I'll put his farm address on the video description down below. The first food I'm going to make is strawberry cake, but it's different from your normal ones," As Su Wen said on the video.

As time goes, the video already ends. Song Tian clicks the like b.u.t.ton, and he could see there's a lot of people comments already.

HeavenlySu: "This is the best recipes I've ever seen, I'll let my wife see the recipe to makes this when she had free time, Keep it up, Su Wen!"

On HeavenlySu's comment, there's a lot of replies from users.

Su Wen: "@HeavenlySu Dad, stop! I know it's you since you had 1st follower badge on your profile, yesterday it was ImmortalSu, and now it's HeavenlySu. I'll cook for you one later, okay."

User1: "lololol the dad's changing his username again."

User5: "Busted lmao," and other random replies.

And Song Tian scrolled down to see the comments, all of them showing their support and encouragement to Su Wen.

Song Tian also commented with his account.

SongTheFarmer: "Great video! It's nice to see the strawberries could make a lot of wonderful desserts! That farmer must be treating his crops with a lot of care."

SongTheFarmer is the username of Song Tian's Sphere account ever since the Sphere is created by his older sister.

Not long after, Song Tian got notification from Sphere. It shows that Su Wen liked the comments, when the comment liked by the channel owner, it will be on the top comment.

There's also a lot of people replying to his comment.

Closing the website, Song Tian notice that it's already 7 PM and goes to Gao Zhao place to have dinner with her.

On the dining table, Song Tian asked, "Grandma, is there really a lot of people at night on the local market?"

Gao Zhao said, "It is actually more lively on the night, a lot of people hang out there. There's also a cafe, and stuff opened at night."

Song Tian took out his phone to call w.a.n.g Hai.

Not long after, the call answered, "What's up, brother?" w.a.n.g Hai said on the phone.

Song Tian said, "Hey, are you free tonight? Let's go to the local market, I heard a lot of people hanging out there at night."

w.a.n.g Hai said, "Sure, but I have to pick up my dad from the airport first. I'll come to your place at 9 PM."

Song Tian said, "Alright, I'll wait," Song Tian ended the call.
