In the gazebo, Song Tian pondering for a while because after Fujiwara Ayame mentioned an annual contract, that means he has to makes his fruits years round. Song Tian drinks a bottle of juice, "Yes, but I want to try to look for a way to reduce the cost as much as possible with the crafted items," he said.

Song Tian began to write all the stuff from the transformed materials.

Song Tian started to craft six All-Purpose Exhaust Fan, and his face changed after he crafted the All-Purpose Thermostats, "Are you sure this is a thermostat? Where are the other component?" he couldn't help but ask since the thermostats on his hand is really small, and it's about the size of his phone.

Song Yi laughed, "No, that's the thermostat itself. You don't need to install any air conditioner and furnace. All you have to do is to install that, and you're good to go master," she said.

Song Tian shook his head as he almost forgot that common sense doesn't apply with Song Yi. He tries to put the thermostat on his kitchen it's glued to the wall immediately as if it was magnet even though the wall itself is wood.

Song Tian put the stuff he crafted on the warehouse, and he went back to his cabin to make some lunch.

Song Yi said, "Master, why don't you go to the lake? To catch the last fish?"

At 5 AM, Song Tian wakes up and immediately goes to the planted area to pick one strawberry and bring it back to his cabin because it's still dark outside.

Song Tian shocked to see the huge strawberry in his hand, "It's almost two times the size of the previous strawberry," he said as he took a bite on the fruit. The moment the fruit entred Song Tian's mouth, the sweetness and little sour of the fruit exploded.

Song Tian surprised with the taste of the fruit, "Oh my lord, it's definitely way much better than the previous one," he said as he took another bite and felt some kind of sweetness and little sour which he never tasted before.

Song Tian goes to pick other strawberries, and he started to measure them. He found that 5 strawberries already 1kg and he decided to sell the high-quality strawberry for $10/kg because it's way better than the previous fruit.

Several hours later, Fujiwara Ayame came with her worker, and she can see another strawberries are ready to be harvested on the field.

Song Tian greets her, "Miss Fujiwara, the high-quality strawberries are ready to be harvested," he said.

Looking at Song Tian seems to be confident, Fujiwara Ayame smiled, "Let's taste the fruit first, let's see if the new fruit is as good as you say," she said as she went to the planted area with Song Tian.

Fujiwara Ayame picks the huge strawberry and frowned, "This is way huge for the fruit. Larger fruit usually has less flavor in it," she said.

Song Tian laughed, "Miss Fujiwara, just try it and see," he said.

Fujiwara Ayame surprised at the young man in front of her seems to be confident, "Well, no harm trying," she said as she took a bite.

Not long after, Fujiwara Ayame screamed, "OH MY G.o.d!" she said as she kept eating the strawberry until the last bite. Seeing there's no strawberry on her hand, she started to pick another strawberry on the plant beside her and eating it again.

Song Tian laughed to see Fujiwara Ayame's reaction, "Don't rush, the strawberries won't go anywhere," he said.

Fujiwara Ayame startled as she didn't realize what she's doing, "Cough... Pardon my manner. Wait for me to get the contract on my car," she said.

Song Tian smiled, "Are you sure you want to sign the annual contract with me? This strawberry is way more expensive than the previous one," he said.

Song Tian surprised to hear that, "Up-front payment? Are you sure? Don't you afraid that I will take the money and run away?" he said.
