My Way To You 252 Never Say

Ariana rushed her way into the dorms and ran up the steps. She placed her hand on the door handle and pushed it open with all her might. The girls were up and snacking as the revised some of their homework. "Look who's looking better!" Halina shouted in delight while Talisha narrowed her gaze at Ariana and Edlyn stood up to give her a hug. "No something happened." Talisha said cautiously just Edlyn wrapped her arms around Ariana. 

"What?! No! She looks fine to me." Halina said as she looked Ariana over again from head to toe from the comfort of her own bed. Edlyn pulled back from Ariana slightly and quickly saw what Talisha was talking about. She grabbed Ariana's chin and moved her face to a better angle in order to inspect her lips. "Your lips are cut and swollen." Edlyn announced with a serious face.

"What?!" Halina shouted as she jumped off her bed and rushed to Ariana's side. Her eyes were sparkling with excitement. Her face expressed her curiousity. "How in the world did your lips get so swollen!? Is it a side effect from the vitamin treatment? Or was there something more?" Halina asked as she brought up her hand and started to stroke her chin, eyes narrowed as she hemmed at Ariana but her smug smile said she had an idea. "I ran into Cayden." Ariana said bashfully.

"He's back! That's great!" Edlyn cheered as she hugged Ariana. "Poor Lobo is going to be kicked to the curb now that your main man is back in your life?" Talisha sighed as she shook her head left and right. "You are shameful!" Halina gasped. "What?!" Edlyn and Ariana shouted in unison.

"For the last time he treats me like a sister!" Ariana shouted angrily. "Sure he does." Talisha said as she rolled her eyes. She then scooped up bacon and started to stroke his back. As if she was imitating a big time boss. "So did he hand you off to Cayden sniffing back his tears as he waved his handkerchief in the air. Or was there a better show? How does Cayden feel about your new big brother?" Talisha asked sarcastically as she raised an accusing eyebrow. Halina laughed awkwardly and Edlyn looked at Ariana with concern. "No. He shook Cayden's hand and said goodnight." Ariana replied bitterly. 

"Then why the cut on the lip? Something must have happened. I never pegged Cayden as a violent guy but it doesn't look like you were hit or anything. So tell us what happened? What made him so jealous that he bit your lip in the heat of pa.s.sion?" Talisha asked as she put bacon aside. She got off the bed and walked up to Ariana. Her eyes shone with mischief and delight. Ariana blushed a deep red as she watched her taunter approach her like a cat cornering a mouse.

"A good girl never kisses and tells!" Ariana shouted in a panic. "And who said you're a good girl! Spill! What happened?! I'm dying to know!" Halina said as she pretended to faint from the suspense. "Yes, we are all dying to know. What happened between the three of you? It's been so boring not having anything happen in the last few days. Some of us are feeling a little deprived." Talisha laughed as she flicked Ariana's forehead.

"Alright you guys had your fun but we should really get back to doing our homework. Ariana you missed a lot of cla.s.s and I wrote some really detailed notes for you to copy. You can also ask me any questions if anything is unclear." Edlyn said as she grabbed Ariana's hand and pulled her towards her own bed. "Boo!" Halina shouted bitterly. "Spoil sport." Talisha grumbled but they each went back to their own beds and got back to work.

Ariana looked back and saw that both girls reluctantly dove into their tasks and paid no attention to them. Ariana turned her back to them and brought up her hands. 'We need to talk tomorrow. Privately. Any chance you can get up early or give an excuse to just have it be the two of us?' Ariana signed.

Edlyn silent watched Ariana's hand movements, she gave Ariana a small nod then grabbed a few books. "I'll need these back first thing in the morning. I don't mean to be mean but some of use need to study harder then other. I want to review my notes before cla.s.s, I don't want to be unprepared when I get called on by Gautam. He's been kinda mean lately." Edlyn said before she pasted her notes. "That's an understatement. Something has been shoved up that man's ar*e hole and making him him absolutely unbearable." Talisha groaned from her bed.

Ariana swallowed back saliva, her mouth had gone dry she was afraid that her other two roommates noticed her gestures. "I'm not excited." Ariana mumbled before thanking Edlyn. She took the notes back to her side of the room. Then sat down on the bed and started to copy everything down carefully.

It was well past midnight by the time Ariana finished and the other girls had already fallen asleep in there beds. Ariana looked to her right and was tempted to wake Edlyn up. She really wanted to tell her everything that had happened. Instead with a heavy sigh she packed up everything and turned in for the night. It didn't take long for Ariana to fall asleep but she felt uncomfortable, she could not fall into a deep sleep. She felt like something was watching her, she tossed and turned before finally getting up.

She looked out the window and tried to search for whatever was watching her sleep. All she saw was darkness, she laughed at herself awkwardly, thinking she had gone insane for thinking that something was watching her. 

She crawled back into bed and tried to go back to sleep. Her feeling of being watched intensified and she broke out into a cold sweat. She decided to retreat inside herself and let her familiars know that she was okay. To her relief she was able to enter her own domain and saw that everyone was fine.
