My Way To You 284 Meal Plan

Edlyn grabbed Ariana's hand and glared at the swan like girl. "I'm sorry but we need to go eat lunch first." Edlyn said firmly before she started to drag Ariana away. Ariana was shocked and pulled her hand away. She turned around and walked up to the swan like girl.

Ariana then grabbed the elegant girl's hands and held them tightly. "I'm sorry, I am some what of a glutton and will need to go eat first but if you want love advice I will listen to your story. Meet me at the cafeteria after cla.s.ses." Ariana said as she flashed the girl a sweet smile.

The swan like girl gently nodded her head but she kept a very stoic face. She then gently pulled her hands from Ariana's grasp and gave her small curtsy before walking out of the room. "Edlyn what was that about?!" Ariana asked bitterly as she walked up to her friends. Edlyn pursed her lips, her eyes started to water as she glared at Ariana. "What about you?! What are you up too?!" Edlyn shouted. "W-w-what are you talking about?" Ariana stuttered as she averted her gaze.

Edlyn couldn't hold back her tears. "I don't like the new you!" Edlyn shouted before running out of the room. Ariana was dumbstruck. She turned to Halina and Talisha hoping to get some sort of explanation. Talisha shrugged and Halina shook her head. "You've been kinda secretive lately." Halina said before walking out of the room.

"Don't take it to heart. We all have our secrets, I just think Edlyn needs some time to cool down. She's been kinda of jealous lately." Talisha said as she wrapped her arm around Ariana's shoulder.

"Why?!" Ariana shouted in disbelief. "You've been expanding your circle of friends and Edlyn hasn't." Talisha sighed as she started to walk Ariana out of the room. "So she's lonely? But Edlyn is such a nice girl! She could easily have a boat load of friends!" Ariana exclaimed. "That's not the point." Talisha said with a slight shake of her head. Ariana pouted as she slipped into deep thought.

Ariana finally came back to the real world by the time she and Talisha made it to the cafeteria. She looked at Talisha and grabbed her shoulders, keeping her from going any further. "My good friend Talish, I need to ask you for a favour."

Talisha gave her a snot ball kind of look. "Eh? You know I don't do anything for free." Talisha replied with a a side grin. "I will owe you a favour." Ariana said but Talish's face became stoic. "No way. Who knows when you will repay this favour. I want something now." Talish said as she brought up her right hand and started to rub her thumb and middle finger together. "I don't have any cash on my now!" Ariana exclaimed in exhasperation.

"Then pay for my meals for a week, all my meals in exchange for one favour." Talisha said with a wicked grin. "... You're kidding? Ariana asked. "No my good friend I am not. My appet.i.te is big and I have been restricting my protein in take because I have a budget but you... I bet you have the best meal plan card. I want to just swap cards for a week. Not a bad deal right?" Talisha asked as her eyes shone with mischief and antic.i.p.ation.

"Ugh! Fine! But it won't be an easy favour since you're robbing me blind." Ariana said as she took her hands off of Talisha's shoulders and started to dig in her bag. "Oh like I care! I'm getting my meat so I'm willing to protect the princess from anything and everything." Talisha said as she rubbed her hands together in delight.

"Good  cause that's exactly what I want you to do." Ariana said as she pulled out her meal plan card and presented it to Talisha. "You know I was joking right?" Talisha laughed awkwardly as she placed her fingers on the card. Ariana pulled her hand back and held the card in the air. "And I am not. This is the first time Edlyn has ever gotten in a fight with me and it doesn't look like she will talk to me anytime soon." Ariana said as she nodded behind Talisha.

Talisha looked back and saw that Halina and Edlyn were sitting at their usual table. Edlyn was averting her gaze while Halina looked at them apologetically. "Sh*t." Talisha muttered. "Since you offered that's my favour." Ariana said as she narrowed her gaze at Talisha. "F*ck me and my mouth." Talisha grumbled as she scratched the back of her head. "What the h.e.l.l will you be doing then?!" Talisha snapped as she held out her hand and wiggled her fingers.

With a victorious grin Ariana brought her hand forward and presented the card back to Talisha. "I am going undercover for a week."

Ariana felt drained and pitiful. She had spent the afternoon completly alone. She wanted to stay away from the girls for two reasons, the first was to give Edlyn her s.p.a.ce and the second was to uncover the mystery of why Edlyn had no other friends. 'You okay?' Vasu's voice whispered into Ariana's ear. "Mmmh." Ariana responded as she gingerly touched her ear lobe. The Lumas were under strict orders to stay in their stone forms until she could recharge her power. "I." Ariana started but she felt someone approaching.

"Have you been waiting long?" A clear, bell like voice called out. Ariana gave the swan like girl a gently smile and then shook her head. "No but do you want to eat diner first before we talk?" Ariana asked as she gestured towards the cafeteria. "No thank you. The b.u.t.terflies in my stomach won't settle." She said sweetly as a small blush appeared on her cheeks. Ariana felt an arrow peirce through her heart.

"Alright, where would you like to go talk?" Ariana asked as she slightly trembled. This girl was just too cute! "By the lake. It's the most secluded." The girl said before she turned and started to walk away. Ariana tilted her head looking a little perplexed. She then sighed and caved in.

Ariana then turned serious. "Don't you dare follow." She commanded into the air before walking away. With a sly smirk Lobo leaned onto Cayden. "So who do you think she's talking too?" Lobo asked with a slight laugh as he poked Cayden's cheek. Cayden just watched as Ariana walked away. "Let's go before all the good food is gone."
