My Way To You 313 Battle: Viola Vs. Edlyn Part 3

'Master, I don't like this. It's all.... It's all too unnatural.' Ursula said as she tried to break free from her water bubble by swimming around erratically. "Stay still or I'll drop you." Viola hissed. 'That's what I want.' Ursual replied bitterly. "What if I need you right away? You can't abandon me now when I might be so close to the enemy! Just stay put and behave." Viola ordered.

Ursula pouted as she sat in her bubble. With Ursula now behaving Viola's started to walk into the cavern, her footsteps echoed as she cautiously walked forward.

"Ursula do you feel anything?" Viola asked as she started to squeeze the water ball. 'I could if you let me out of this water prison.' Ursual said in a haughty tone. "Not a chance! The moment your out you'll want to lead and we can't have that." Viola hissed.

'Ya well, I,' Ursula started to say when suddeny sparks started to fall from he ceiling. "Ahhh!" Viola screamed as she dropped Ursula onto the rock path. The water ball instantly burst as it made impact. Ursula started to scurry out of Viola's reach by using her dark pink fins as arms, dragging her body forward at a ridiculous speed. 

"What the h.e.l.l is up there?!" Viola yelled as she covered her head with her arms. 'I'm on it!' Ursula shouted as she dove into the water. "Urula no!" Viola shouted but it was too late. Ursula jumped into the water just as she was about to change. Unfortunatley Ursula didn't gauge her distance and was swept up with the current. "Ursula!" Vioa yelled as she chased after the cyan coloured light.

When Viola was out of sight the water stopped rus.h.i.+ng in, the current was stil strong and it would take Ursula directly to the canyon. "Let's go." Edlyn said as she stopped her incantaton. She jumped on to Thor's back and they flew to the next stage of their plan. Edlyn smiled at her own cleverness. She used a wind vaccuum spell to suck in the water and had Thor use his wings to enhance the spell.

As Edlyn pulled the ocean water into the cavern she signalled Thor to send out small electrical signals into the water. If Viola's familiar was anything like Thor or Ariana's Lumas, they could easily sense a difference in their elemental surrounding. If she was curious she would tell her master about the anomaly thus luring Viola into the cavern. Her plan was working and she felt excited for her next phase.

Unknown to them three cloaked figure stood a the edge of the cliff. "Let's start the next phase." A female voice said as she held out a blood red tetrahedron. Another figure lifted their hand and took the stone wihout hesitation. "We need to strike that b*tch hard." A male voice laughed as the other cloaked figure walked towards the edge. The person held out their hand and stood there with the stone, ready to drop it into the water. 

"You're not feeling bad now for what's going to happen are you?!" The female cloaked figure teased. "Stop being so dramatic already! Just drop the blood oath stone and get this done and over with!" The male cloaked figure hissed. The last cloaked figure released the stone and watched it as it plopped into the water. The current swept it up easily.

"It's done." The last cloaked figure announced as he turned to the other two. "Let the show begin!" The first male shouted. "Shut up or we will be discovered." The female growled as she grabbed the first male and hauled him towards the lighthouse while the last male followed. He looked back then shook his head before dissapearing into the building.

"Ursula." Viola yelled as she watched the cyan light fall over the edge and plummet into the canyon.  The water was filling up fast. Viola dropped to her knees and looked over the edge. "Ursula! Are you okay?" She shouted. Suddenly a gust of wind swooped past her and Viola had to use all her strength to keep herself in place. Viola looked up and caught sight of Edlyn with her familiar.

"Now you finaly show your face!" Viola shouted as she stood tall and proud. "Kakano Fan leis an bhfoireann." Edlyn shouted as she jumped off of Thor. A Bo staff made of electricity materliazed in Edlyn's hands as she jumped while Thor started to charge up his breath. Viola jumped back as Edlyn landed an inch away from where she previousy stood. Sparks of electricity started to shoot out from the Bo Staff as it hit the ground.

"What do you think you're doing?! Battle etiquette states that formal banter," Viola started to lecture as she glared at Edyn with icy, cold eyes. "Shut up!" Edlyn interrupted as she raised her head and scowled. "There is no such thing as etiquette in a real battle!" She yelled as she lunged forward, spinning her Bo staff skillfully. Viola screamed as she narrowly dodged Edlyn's strike.

"You're insane!" Viola yelled. "Funny I thought the same thing about you." Edlyn laughed darkly as she rose. "You called for this battle and aren't fighting? What were you expecting?" Edlyn asked as she started to spin the Bo staff around her body again. "I-I-I." Viola stuttered. "Stop thinking and just fight or else I will win a pathetic battle!" Edlyn shouted as she went for a horizontal strike. "Wai burbuila." Viola chanted and protected herself by forming a water bubble around herself. 

The Bo staff's strike was stopped and Viola looked relieved. "Big mistake." Edlyn said as lightning escaped the staff and traveled into the water. Viola screamed in agony as electricity coursed through her bubble, shocking her system. The bubble burst and Viola dropped to her knees. Her vision became blurry as she tried to look at Edlyn. "I should have faced you head on from the beginning." Edlyn said in a low voice as she looked down at Viola. 

"Don't underestimate me." Viola mumbled. "Wai Slabhraí!" Viola shouted as she slammed the palms of her hands against the scattered water. Edlyn looked down and saw that she had stepped into a trap. She tried to jump away but it was too late.
