One Night With The Prince 161 Everything Happen's For A Reason

Alexa and Prince Alexander were unaware that they were the topic of the guest's conversation. Little did they know that since their arrival, more and more people arrived to join the wake, more like due to the curiosity of who they are more than anything.

Many of the mourners couldn't help themselves and started gossiping instead of mourning grandma Santos death.

"Who are those people? It looks like they are celebrities. Do you know of them? "A woman asked the person next to her.

"No, I've just arrived and also wondering, I've heard from someone at the small store around the corner that several celebrities attended, and I thought I would check out who is here, and it's been fun." 

"Me too! My dad had just asked me to buy wine and cigarettes for him, and up until now, I haven't returned home. I know I'm going to be in trouble with my dad when I get back. Who knows later, I might get buried along with Granny Santos. Hahaha "Another woman's joked to the person standing next to the first one.

After a while, Prince Alexander realized that they were the topic of other guest conversations. So he slowly whispered to Alexa. "Sweetheart, why don't we go and find Andrea's parents so we could bid them goodbye. More and more guests are coming, and I don't think they came for grandma Santos.

Alexa turned to the secretly looked at Prince Alexander's statement. She was surprised to see how many people attended. Almost all of the people that live in the vicinity of Antipolo were there.

"It's okay if all of them would donate, but if they only here out of curiosity, it's better if they leave or they might run out of coffee and cookies to feed the real mourners," Alexa whispered back.

Prince Alexander does not understand the custom of Filipino people in regards to a dead person's wake. He was wondering why does each person that views grandmother Santos, would put a few bucks in what it seems to be a donation box. He thought it's fascinating customs.

He also how busy the family of grandmother Santos in serving the mourners and other guests and continuously going back and forth serving coffee, and cookies. Now he knows what Alexa was talking about running out of cookies...

Prince Alexander excused himself and called Pierre who's busy flirting with a girl. He whispered something to him, and Pierre kept on nodding as an agreement. "Alight, take care of it, now!" He ordered Pierre before going to Alexa's side. 

Alexa and Prince Alexander went and sat down at the front row and stayed a while mourning for grandmother Santos. It's at least what Alexa could do for the person who had raised her, no matter how bad she was treated back then. 

"Well, everything happens for a reason. If not for her trying hard to make a living to pay off grandmother Santos gambling death, she would have never met the Prince of her life.

Daniel wanted to accompany Andrea back to the Philippines. However, it is just impossible with his mother in a coma and a critical condition. He had no choice but to bid his fiancee goodbye, with the promise that he would follow once everything was stabilized and in order.

Andrea has no other choice but to leave alone. She had to go back first because she has to prepare for the fas.h.i.+on show. There's still a lot of things to be done, and she hadn't had a chance to do anything at all.

Unfortunately, she was unable to concentrate on creating anything. It's because of the number of problems they had to deal with as soon as they landed. On top of that, her receiving an urgent call due to grandmother Santos sudden death.  It's a never-ending problem after one another...

They agreed that she would leave as soon as possible so she can attend her grandmother's funeral...
