One Night With The Prince Chapter 243 - Spending Quality Time Together

Meanwhile, back in the White House, Alexa and Prince Alexander had decided to go out and go shopping for Christmas presents for everyone.  This would be the first time in Prince Alexanders life that he would be doing some shopping.  He thought it would be fun to try something different. 

He knows that once he goes back to Stonasia, he would have to live the same lame life as before.  Therefore, he would do everything in power to enjoy some quality time with his future queen.

Prince Alexander and Alexan made sure that they dressed down, so they don't attract people as they go around the mall.  Alexa wore blue jeans, a turtleneck, and a sweater. To finished it off, she wore boots with warmer inside.  She looks so comfy and homely.

Prince Alexander matched what she wore, and he also wore a turtleneck polo s.h.i.+rt with a cardigan sweater, blue jeans, and tennis shoes with a matching baseball cap.   However, no matter what he wore, it's visible to the n.a.k.e.d eye that his royalty true and true.  He could never look like a commoner even if he tries.

The couple left with their bodyguards and secret service.  They had a meeting before they left.  The bodyguards and secret services will stand a distance, and they all need to dress down as well to blend in.  Lucas and his men were comfortable. However, it was hard for Prince Alexander's bodyguards for all bulky and larger men.

However, they did their best and dressed down and acted like a tourist as they all walked around the mall.  Lucas and Prince Alexander's head of bodyguard moved like two a.s.sistants shopping with their bosses, and each time Alexa and Prince Alexander bought something. They would take it and carry it form them.  

The day went by so quick, and they were able to purchase gifts for everyone.  Prince Alexander had so much fun and promised that he would do it over and over again with Alexa.  Once they finished, they all went to a sports bar and had a couple of drinks and watch some football games.  It was a wonderful day and night for the couple.  They were able to spend some quality time together...

The next day it was the day before Christmas, and Alexa decided to do some public service and volunteered at the soup kitchen.  She had been doing fundraising for this particular soup kitchen to help them build a temporary shelter for the homeless.

She received a message from the fundraising committee that she had reached her goal, and she could go ahead and hand the check over personally.  That's when she decided to go ahead do some public service.

When Prince Alexander learned of what Alexa planning to do, he decided he wanted to come as well as do some public service.  She agreed happily and gave him a fat kiss on his lips.  

"You are so sweet!  Did you know that?" She was playing with him, but she meant every word she said.

Prince Alexander pulled Alexa in an embrace and kissed her forehead.  "For you, my love, I will do anything!  That's how much I love you!  We better get out of here before I start thinking of something else to do today.  I'm holding on a fragile string right now, sweetie...  I need some help."  He smiled from what he just said because it's genuinely how he's feeling at the moment...

Prince Alexander and Alexa were working side by side in the soup kitchen for the homeless.  People gathered around them and wanting to get a picture taken, but their bodyguards and secret services were quick enough to prevent people from getting close to them.

The homeless people were at awe, looking at the couple and feel privileged to be served by a Beauty Queen and a true to life Prince.  Some of the men couldn't help themselves and ogled Alexa.  It a good thing that Lucas was standing by next to the couple and able to stop them from getting close to her. 

After an hour of serving in the line, the couple took a break and spoke with the head of the soup kitchen.  Besides the actual service that they had provided, Alexa was able to get fundraised for the soup kitchen for the amount large enough to help at least built a temporary shelter for a couple of hundreds of families.

They handed the check to the head of the soup kitchen and bid him goodbye.  They didn't linger any longer for a local television station got a hold of the news that a Prince and a Beauty Queen was in the soup kitchen doing some public service.  They immediately dispatched their best anchorman and crew to film from the site.   

Unfortunately, once they arrived, Alexa and Prince Alexander had left already, and they could only get a piece of second-hand news from the homeless people that they served.  

Anchorman: [Today we are here at the soup kitchen at MLK jr. street at the corner of Was.h.i.+ngton drive.  A while ago, a kind-hearted real-life Prince and a beauty queen were here doing some public service.  Unfortunately, they didn't want to disclose the names of the couple for privacy.  However, we have an idea who they were, and we showed the people around their pictures.  This man here swears that it was them.  Let's speak this man and find out if it's true?]

Homeless man:  [Yes, sir! That there is the woman and that there is the man.  They are a bunch of good looking people, but very kind and always smiling.  Gos.h.!.+  That girl sure is a beauty, and she deserved to be called a beauty queen!]  The homeless man pointing at the picture of Alexa and Prince Alexander when she was crowned Miss Universe.

Anchorman:  [There you go!  It's verified that it's in fact that the person that was here a while ago was non-other than 2019 Miss Universe, and the man was Crown Prince Alexander of Stonasia.  We could safely say that they are a couple and we soon probably hearing a wedding bell ringing.  This is you anchorman John saying... May G.o.d blesses those who have a heart of gold!]

Once the anchorman finished, he was so excited and was ready to go back to the station so he could air the news over and over...
