One Night With The Prince 43 Dinner At The White House Part-1

President Grant like Alexa's fighting att.i.tude, she's not the type that would let people look down on her. That's a plus, and she would need it in the future to fight for what belongs to her in the first place. 'As her father, he would do everything in his power to give her everything she would ever need and more.'

President Grant sat down to the sofa opposite Alexa's so he could watch her reaction when they take her blood samples. He's curious if she would make some kind of face when in front of the needle.

Alexa has no issue in regards to giving her blood sample for testing. She has nothing to hide and she's not afraid of whatever the result might be. She had lived her life in poverty for many years, and not once it bothered her. What actually bothers her the most is her new found ident.i.ty, if by chance the result end up indicating she's not his daughter, she has no problem with that at all.

She was in deep thought that she didn't even realize that it was finished. The nurse had taken six vile of blood for samples and already removed the needles.

"Miss Grant, if you started to feel lite headed, drink a gla.s.s of juice and lay down for a while. I have enough samples for now if we need more will let your a.s.sistant know." The nurse put all the blood samples in a safe tampered resistant container, the Doctor had to put his thumb for security reasons and locking it first before letting the nurse take it with her when she left.

President Grant motioned for Ria to bring the juice he had requested to prepare ahead of time. "Here, drink this and if you must lay down for a while. I will leave first and attend to some important matter and will meet at dinner tonight." He told Alexa while handing the juice.

Alexa meekly accepted the juice. She's still having an issue showing any type of emotion. The President is too intimidating of a persona for her, she doesn't' know if she has met his expectation or what? She would soon find out if she stayed long enough...

President Grant got up to leave, "rest for a while, and I will attend to my business first. I will see you at dinner." His eyes brightly s.h.i.+ning while speaking proudly towards Alexa. He gives her a pat on her shoulder and said; "Sweetheart, make daddy proud alright!" before leaving.

Back in the Philippines, Ramon's went to visit Andrea at her work to check if she heard from Alexa yet. "I'm leaving you my contact number and I would appreciate if you let me know from time to time how she's doing." His face looked gaunt and haggard from a couple of days of not getting any sleep.

Andrea felt so bad for Ramon, but what could she do? She doesn't even know where Alexa is right at the moment. She texted her, called her many times, but no answers either way. She even tried grandma Santos, but she didn't get a response either. The only thing she could do for now is to wait for Alexa to contact her and let her know where she's at and how she doing... Whenever that might be...

"Don't worry Ramon as soon as I hear from Alexa, I would let you know. Alright!" Andrea promised Ramon, hoping that it would help him feel much better and get on with his life.

Ramon thanked Andrea with sadness in his eyes and left with his shoulder slumped to the ground with a mind so far away in the distance. 'Where could you be? Why didn't you even said goodbye to me? Am I not that significant in your life? Oh, how I miss you so much. Ahhhh! I'm going crazy, call me...ALEXA!!!!' He shouted in his mind as he was walking out towards his car absentmindedly, not realizing a car was heading his way...
