If I follow that line of thought further then I can safely a.s.sume that the reason he only started using the totem poles now is because of the forcefield they put up. Those forcefield are probable creating the s.p.a.ce they needed fro bypa.s.s the system's anti soul attack firewall.

Jun channels his soul energy into his eyes and ran it the same way he would for the Heaven and Earth eye techniques. Jun raises his right first in a palms up position. Sticks his middle finger out and wags it in a come and get me motion.

In a quick motion within the confined s.p.a.ce, Jun appears right in front of the Shaman Master as his eyes pierce right into his. This move has many flaws in it and isn't always perfect. Flaw one is that when the other person is under the illusion neither person can move. Making Jun vulnerable to enemies. Second flaw is that if the other person is stronger than the user in soul arts then theoretically speaking he can reverse the illusion. There are a couple more flaws but the rest are pretty minor.

Inside the illusion Jun held a sword as he pierce it right into the Shaman's head. From the Shaman's perspective it felt like an eternity. The sword was inching closer and closer into his head. When the sword finally hit. The pain was slow and long. Unluckily for Jun Shamans practice a lot of soul arts and because of that the illusion was just an illusion as he took the pain that lasted for months.

The moment they snapped out of the illusion which only lasted for 1 second the Shaman grabbed a black knife from his waist as he tried to stab Jun. Jun was no slouch either as his hands moved to intercept the Shaman.

Internally Jun was smiling because this was the situation that he wanted to be in. Shamans are known for this soul attacks, and defense but not their physical training. There are definitely body builder shamans but this guy was not one.

The Shaman's eyes widen in surprise as his could even budge his knife hand that was grabbed by Jun. He then used his other hand and tried to punch Jun in the face. Jun's other hand blocked it as his hand did a little dance that transform from a block to a vise grip.

How could a half step King's realm in both body and cultivation possibly compare with the a peak master realm fiend G.o.d body that came from the strongest Dragon in existence. While Jun might be afraid of his soul and qi attacks. When it came to a battle of body it was like a body builder against a random office workers off the street.

Jun insert his qi into his arm as he bend the Shaman's hand toward is chest. The Shaman tried to resist with all his might as he pump is whole body full of half step King's realm qi but in the end its only half step and not the real thing. Not only that but he was spamming soul attacks at Jun but it had no effect at all. One is because even through he's an a.s.sa.s.sin in this moment of near death he lost his calm and reason. The attacks were just spams at the end of the day. Second is that Jun's soul was in the King's realm after the break through from before and he has been practicing Soul Enlightenment method which further strengthen his soul.

If not for the fact that this Shaman was proficient in soul attacks than Jun's soul would not be trembling from the attack.

The knife dinged deep into the Shaman as his body began to turn to ash.

"How? Report said you lost your cultivation!" The shaman shouted in his dying breath.

Jun smirked a little as his eyes pierce right into the Shaman again.

Inside the illusion an ancient primordial beast appears before the Shaman's eyes as it shook his soul before swallowing him.

Jun's eyes then s.h.i.+fts around as he stares straight into the eyes of the 5 people performing the force field formation. My physical body might not be able to get to you but that doesn't mean my soul can't.

The moment their eyes came in contact with Jun's they spit out blood as the forcefield collapse. Jun quickly picks up the black knife from the floor and used his lightning fast speed to a.s.sa.s.sinate the rest.

The moment Jun finish killing them all he felt like he just woke up from a trance.

??? Why did I kill them all? Jun wondered to himself. I should have captured one to interrogate. If someone is making a move on me then is my father alright? What about Bu Fan? Thoughts after thoughts ran through his head.

This trial holds no more meaning for me anymore. I should go and check on my family, Jun thought to himself.

The clock hit zero and everyone was teleported out. Right now only 6 teams hold 48 cards the rest goes from 45 to 3. To prevent too much of a tie they will definitely put those 6 teams together. Along with the top 44 teams.

Jun sighed. This was important but family is more important.

"Hey Lin what happen?" Xintong exclaimed with worry.

"Hahaha no problem," Jun chuckles nervously.

"Are you hurt anywhere? Ximei said she saw 6 guys surround you in a formation. And that they were using soul attacks," Xintong said her eyes full of worries. Incase "Lin" was injured in the soul. Soul injuries are a lot harder to heal than physical.

"Xintong its all thanks to your soul enlightenment method! Because of it my soul was easily able to withstand their soul attacks." Jun said trying to draw the suspicion away. It tactically wasn't a lie since that soul enlightenment method has strengthen his soul considerable. Before his soul was like a fat man that never went to the gym. Now it is like body builder that hits the gym for 2 hours everyday.

"Phew thank G.o.d you're fine." Xintong said with a breath of relief.

"I thought soul attacks weren't allowed in the system?" Ziyu asked. He wasn't a noob to this system. Since he use to be one of the best students at Ziren College the college defiantly allowed him to enter the Quantum Reality from time to time to train.

"I don't know. When I worked here before I was told the same thing but they were clearly using soul attacks." Jun answered while pretending to be dumb.

"I practiced the Soul Enlightenment method too and from what Ximei was telling me the soul attacks could even injure King Realm souls. So how did you do it?" Ziyu asks suspiciously.

Dam will you stop asking so much questions! Jun raged in his head but on the surface he still had a confused look on his face.

"Well as you know I worked here before so I do know a couple tricks in the system. I can't tell you it but I activated some of them to protect myself and if it wasn't because of the Soul Enlightenment method even if I activated the system I would still be injured," Jun explained.

With a light smile on his face Ziyu was thinking, this kid can sure bullsh*t a lot. Would the soul enlightenment method even be needed with an all powerful system protecting you.

"Wow Lin! Can you teach us the method?" Mei asks excitedly.

At this point Jun felt like flipping a table.

"You must have been pretty high up in the Quantum reality corp to be able to learn these protection cheats," Ziyu stated nonchalantly. While his eyes told Jun that he was searching for hints.

Jun felt like flipping Ziyu too now!

Like I'll give you a chance to find clues in my reactions! Jun thought. I dealt with much harder interrogation than this.

"Guys! Stop pestering Lin. Everyone has their secrets," Xintong said glaring at Mei and Ziyu.

Mei rolls her eyes and sighs, "It hasn't even been a month and our little Xintong already putting love before family."

There was a slight jolt in Ziyu's reaction but it was quickly covered up.

Xintong had a slight blush that was barely visible.

"So you guys keeping practicing here. I have something to deal with at home. I don't if I will be back tomorrow. Good Luck!" Jun said changing the subject.

"Is everything okay?" Xintong asks.

"Yeah. I think my father is in trouble. I'll let you know when I'm back. Here is everything I collected. Use them. And good luck!" Jun said as he unleash his storage ring inside the Quantum reality. There were swords, formation plates, spears, and almost everything. "I collected these when I was tailing them."

Then Jun logged out. He reawaken back in the Quantum room. Went to the bathroom and changed his clothes really quickly. When he walked downstairs there was still a ma.s.s of people trying to get in. He walked out of the door unnoticed by the population as his current presence reached almost zero.

"h.e.l.lo Young Master Jun," Bu Fan answered.

"Is everything alright?"

"Yeah is there something wrong?" Bu Fan asks in confusion.

"I was in the Quantum Reality and there was an a.s.sa.s.sin after me. I killed them all but he even knows that I lost my cultivation."

"What!" Bu Fan shouted into the phone alarmed.

"Is father alright? I feel like this has something to do with him."

"I'm monitoring your father right now and he is fine."

"Its weird. They didn't try to kidnap me and use me as leverage. Rather they were trying to kill me. Also Father sent both my sisters away. This definitely has something to do with him." Jun said through the phone of his thought process.

"Young Master you should stay away. At your current power level you won't be able to change anything. Rather you would get in your father and I's way," Bu Fan said brutally.

"I still need to speak with him," Jun said.

"As you wish Young Master but why?" Bu Fan asks.

"Its regarding the Black Empyrean and White Fiend G.o.d method. I went through the process and memorized everything on the wall inside that cave but even after memorizing everything I realize that while the method itself is complete none of the complimentary arts are in there. Such as the heaven and Earth eye arts, or the other hidden techniques related to it like heaven and earth roar and such."

Bu Fan who was in the same room as Xing Tian looks at Xing Tian for confirmation. Xing Tian nods his head.

"I will come pick you up. Where are you now?"

"I'm outside the Quantum Reality Headquarters."
