"What?!" Leo who is the epitome of calmness roared his question to his son. "What do you mean, Ichigo is not your son?!"

Damon shush his father to quite down, seeing that his mother never heard his father he felt relieved. "You heard me right dad, Ichigo is not my biological son."

"Then why are you taking the responsibility of his real father? Is that woman by any chance blackmailing you?" Leo can't understand why would Damon willingly take such responsibility not unless he is being blackmailed.

Damon expected this reaction from anyone who knows him too well, "Hestia is a sweet and pure girl, one look at her and you'll know that she is not the scheming type."

"Then is she a witch?"

Damon was flabbergasted by his father's question, who would have known that his father believes in the supernatural. "Nope, she is an angel."

"Then why would you take such responsibility? If you just want to pa.s.s time, I suggest you leave them alone and look for single ladies instead." Leo will not let Damon hurt those people just because he was bored.

"You know me better than anyone dad, I will never use a person for my entertainment. Believe me or not, my first meeting with Ichigo at the park awakened my father instincts. I knew that he wasn't mine but the feeling of becoming his father brought completeness to my whole being, it was just like coming home after a long and tiring journey."

Hearing Damon say such words made Leo believe that his son is really serious about adopting the kid. "Listening to you speak like a father shows that you have matured, gone was the old Damon who only lives for himself and I want you to know that I am proud of you."

Feeling the warmth of his father's hand, Damon knows that he can count on his father's help. "If you ever need help at becoming a father you can always ask me, I have lots of experience in raising two naughty kids."

"Hey I thought Lance was the naughty kid." Damon smiled when he remembered how proactive his brother was when he was a kid.

Leo also smiled, "Ah yes, Lance was a handful when he was a kid. Let us go back to our topic, by the way does Ichigo accepts you to be his father?"

Reminiscing his time with Ichigo, Damon smiled positively at his father. "Yeah, actually we hit it off the moment we met. We have this unexplainable bond between us."

Leo was nodding his head when he asked about Hestia. "What about Hestia? Did she respond to you positively?"

Damon scratched his forehead, "She's fiesty and too protective of Ichigo. Aside from the family she's the only woman who did not fall for my charm and also she was not really impressed with my moves."

"In other words, she is not into you." Just like what the saying says 'the truth really hurts'.

"What can I say Hestia hates my guts but thankfully I have the best wingman on my side, sooner or later Hestia will be in love with me and if that time comes I'll marry her right away, I won't allow anyone to steal her away from me."

Leo smiled knowingly at Damon, "son, you have it bad for Hestia."

"I guess I really am infected by a love bug." Damon smiled shamelessly at his father.

Laughing happily, Leo pats Damon's shoulder. "That's my boy, so what is your plan?"

"My plan is to use all my resources to win Hestia's love and with Ichigo's help my chance to be love by her is almost at one hundred percent. I also need your help dad to keep the thruth a secret but if ever mom learned the thruth about Ichigo I want you there to help me explain and ease her anger."

"Count me in in your plans, I am one of your resources. Don't worry about your mom, I know that she will love Ichigo regardless of him being her biological grandson or not."

Being blessed to have such a supportive father, Damon thanked him for his help.
