Total sentience races population in Gloria is about 250 million, more or less. From all of that, the human race makes up the majority, almost at a staggering 60% of the total population. While the rest is split between elves, dwarves, lizardman, ratman, tigermen, cat people, orcs, goblins, ogres, ox race, kobolds and many more.

The level of civilization in Gloria Realm is extremely low, it's equivalent to earth's cla.s.sical era. According to the System, 400 years ago, Gloria was invaded by the powerful Devil race from the Nether Realm. Decades of ensuing chaos causing most of the civilizations at that time being destroyed. Many races had to rebuild from scratches after the Devil retreat back to their realm.

Adrian is currently located at the northern side of an island called Wilderness Island. It was one of the large islands that located just 200 km east of Eires. The size of Wilderness is about the same as Madagascar.

There are large numbers of humans, kobolds, orcs, wolfman, goblins, and fox people communities scattered across the island.

Based on the System a.s.sessment, this island was deemed as a perfect place for Adrian to build up his power and country. The island's soil is fertile, it's humidity also balance, and there are no country-level ent.i.ties exist on the island too. Most of the communities were still in tribal level, hamlets and small villages. The only real threat to Adrian's path would be a huge number of beasts that dwelled within the island's forests.

He might have to be wary of raiders coming from Eires mainland that sometimes visited the island. But as long as Adrian is planning everything meticulously and carefully, he would have no problem building up his forces, slowly.

After hearing the explanation, Adrian knew what he had to do. As for defending Gloria from other realm invasions, he decided to put aside that matter for now. He spent $1,500 System Dollar for those items, but he still had $3,500 left, he saved those for the later.

Afterward, he spread the map on the ground. He also took out a compa.s.s from his backpack inside the inventory. Then, He is beckoning Zilong to take a look at the map, as Adrian wanted to discuss the location where they will build the settlement.

Zilong was surprised for a bit after seeing the map, "This!... This map is extremely detailed and complete..."

The location that Zilong has pointed out was a place near a bay just 10 km north of their current position. Both of them could reach it by an hour of walking.

Adrian raised his head to the sky, the sun is still right above them. The day is still at noon, apparently.

"Alright, let's not waste any more time, then. We should get going immediately." Adrian agreed to check up on the place that Zilong has suggested.

They stood at the higher elevated ground as both of them gazing at a beautiful scenery down below. The place they are looking at was near a large bay of crystal-clear blue sea. They could also see a wide river flowing from the direction of a mountain in the far west, and the place was flanked by a forest in the north.

Zilong's suggestion was absolutely correct. The surrounding land is a perfect place to build a settlement.

But then, they heard some faint sounds of commotions that came from afar. They traced the sound and saw a small settlement on the south banks of the river.

Adrian and Zilong exchanged glances with each other, this land has already been occupied.
