They found out how impressive Ryouta was. They learned he was a Junior Martial arts champion, Sumo, great grades, Music, mangaka, novelist. and technology. The only thing they couldn't find out is his family...

Then they found a video Ryouta made called {Michael Jackson - Smooth Criminal} they thought he was planning this crime...actually no one knew the content of why he was arrested.

After a couple of weeks, the video was released. It showed Ryouta fighting an old muscular guy in an arena. A woman named Medusa Gorgon came on the news and begin to cry on live tv. "Good evening everyone. I am Medusa Gorgon. I am no...was " tears falling down. " Gouken doctor" She wipes the tears off her eyes "Gouken was a martial artist however he had Rare Congenital Heart Disease. He was informed at first but he still fought. " She shook her head "what kind of monster does that! fight someone who if they know will die if they fight...A demon!"

She then looks at the camera and says "Please keep that monster locked up who knows what other horrible things he will do in the future. " The news shocked the world it was a horrible thing that this kid did. Many were villanizing, blaming his parents but then suddenly. The martial artist started speaking out.

First was a former Yokozuna. His s.h.i.+kona name is Shunkai Tokio. "Oh, so he killed someone in a match...while that is unfortunate but anyone who competes will put their life on the line.

another was Hanamichi Sakuragi a retired NBA player "What you mean he killed someone? What is a match...Are you dumb I almost died multiple times just from my training, Some times to save the ball I slam into the wall injuring my head! So you say killed him. Ha"

Many other legendary figures ridiculed the judgment of placing the blame on Ryouta. Saying the ruling is the dumbest thing. Saying accidents happen all the time. Some even recount some of their matches and saying times when that happened.

At first, the people were viewing Ryouta negatively but when the sports athletes calling Ryouta a true athlete and martial artist the people started to ride their coattails.

"Yeah, he didn't do anything wrong."

"Why blame him for fighting a great match. Any martial artist would love to fight to the death."

Then it was time for Ryouta court trial after 6 months of headaches finally it was ready for the final court. He was represented by the beautiful Mia Fey. She is a defense attorney known for her undying belief in her clients.

She is a spirit medium and a member of the Fey clan who is directly descended from Ami Fey. These mediums are known to utilize the "Kurain Channeling Technique" to call spirits.

The reason She defended him even though he admitted he killed that guy is because of what he told her. The truth is stranger than fiction. When she contacted the dead spirit she found everything he said was true...She felt great sadness and respect for the burden Ryouta had to hold and felt she had to protect this young boy who was a few years younger than her younger sister.

The Medusa girl was trying everything she can to hurt Ryouta. She tried to defame him, Talk about he had no parents, how he beat up some of his cla.s.smates but nothing held. They heard that his best friend was getting bullied and he beat up the boy who hurt her. Then they heard how he defended a deaf girl who had lost hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of hearing aid and how the teacher did nothing to help. They heard all the great things he did for the world. with the environment making clean air.

However, the biggest challenge was still the questioning of his. If he didn't answer well it will affect his chances.

The Prosecutor called forth him to the stand. All eyes were on him. This as the biggest trail in the world. millions eyes laid on this handsome man in a suit and tie.

***Mari POV***

I found out Ryouta was going to jail a few days before he was arrested. He told me that it's complicated and while he did kill that martial artist it isn't as simple as it is seen. Ryouta told her to train with an exorcist clan During middle school. Then I will understand his world...

***ryozanpaku***

Akisami looks at Sakaki and asks "Aren't you going to go see Ryouta? The person he killed was your master"

Sakaki Just drinks some beer and says "I've spoken with him.. I have to become stronger if I want to support him in the future..I also have to find masters, child..before another tragity occurs" He then thinks. 'who is this organization.'

***GeGeGe Forest***

A Ratman looks at a boy with one eye ho has a purple substance in his gla.s.s container and asks"Kitaro whats with that ."

When Kitaro sees Ratman he hurries and puts down the substance. "Oh Ratman, this is something Ryouta gave me...It's dangerous. "Kitaro then looks at it. "What it does is*********"

Ratman was so shocked he looked and hid behind Neko Musume who was also in the room" its not still active is it"

Kitaro just shakes his head and says"no well I'm not sure. Ryouta asked me to keep watch on it"

***Ryouta POV***

Ryouta speaks to the world "h.e.l.lo Everyone I am Ryouta Kise" He does a deep bow. " I understand some of you have been troubled by my actions and that is understandable. " He takes a second to get his breath under control."However, I am not sorry for his life ending. Whenever any person steps into an arena you always fight. I am an athlete. Someone once said, "A true athlete is someone who does more than just run fast, hit hard, jump high or throw far - they use sport for good." "A true athlete is someone who does their best" "A true athlete keeps everything in perspective, which helps him or her play better"" A true athlete puts their life on the life on the line to win." "A true athlete is someone willing to die to get that last hit in. " Ryouta looked at everyone "Gouken was a true athlete! He was ready to die. He was stronger than me and if he was in great health I wouldn't have won...but he wasn't.

His mistake was challenging me..." Ryouta went on about what a fighter...

The judge viewed Ryouta case and his testimony and found Ryouta not guilty.

There was more to the case but Mia settled everything that came against him... Ryouta was sighing happily this chapter in his life was over...He knew that he had more to deal with and complained in his head about cleaning up after his grandparents. Then he looks thinks about what happened all those months ago...'they say a woman would destroy a kingdom they weren't kidding'

///AN: Next chapter is on what happened the month Ryouta was away. If you haven't notice Medusa is with the organization. and I currently have no plans on making soul eater characters other than her.

I originally was going to make Ryouta go to deadman wonderland but I thought it was too soon. Oh, that's a spoiler...not that you read this.

In case your wondering when I introduce a character. I plan on how I will use them in my story prior to their placement.
