That guy was standing 10 meters right from where he was before.

That guy avoids that Jutsu with great speed, well his speed couldn't be outdone my Sharingan though. He knows movement magic. It is at least 6th tier. Believe me, even it's tier isn't higher compare to offense and defense magic, but mastering 6th tier movement magic even hard for 1st cla.s.s magi.
