After few hours a light beam arrived at that place, looking at the rubble that once used to be the mountain of breath taking sight and slowly the light surrounding the figure started to fade and descending towards the young ones were there, the ugly old man picked both the Mu WuShang and Ren and flown away.

After the old man went away the demon beasts started to run amock that place because that is the place once used to be under the control of the strongest on the entire island even if they found any sc.r.a.p that left, it would be valuable and that mountain contains rich spiritual fruits and herbs so that is why demon beasts wants to occupy that land .

On a tree house Mu WuShang and Ren were asleep, looking at them the ugly old man left the room outside Tribr leader, Ken and Ren's mom were worried about them.

" They have to leave this place " suddenly Ugly old man broke the silence.

" Ren has just returned home, now you want him to leave " exclaimed Ren's mother tears are silently dripping down her cheeks. Ken was silent, he understood that now whole clans future depends on him and even if he wants to help he couldn't do much more. So he silently consoled his wife.

Ugly old man glanced at them but didn't said anything and walking out of the room, stood at the door and said " believe in your son, the blood of our ancestors runs through his veins. he will be fine."

Tribe head opened his mouth to speak something but he could say anything to console them, their only son was leaving them at such tender age. He used to read books that previous tribe heads who head out of this island and wrote their experiences, by that he knows a thing or two. The future that aheads in Ren's life is arduous one.

Outside the house two young men carrying a heavy sword and dropped the sword infront of Ugly old man. After dropping the sword huge beads of sweat formed on their foreheads gasping for breath.

Looking at them ugly old man picked up the sword with one hand and a.s.sessed " hmm, good sword neatly balanced" and drawn the sword from the sheath holding the tip with other hand and slashed out in the air, an wind slash slashed the empty air.

Both the young men who saw that are awe of the strength of the old man. " Place this sword near that young one " saying the old man threw the sword and sheath at them. The one who caught the sheath was fine but for the one who caught the sword his palms are cut and he dropped the sword on the ground. Both of them spent an effort to put the sword in the sheath and carried it inside and placed beside the Mu WuShang.

Without looking back the old man walked away and arrived at the location where a couple of them are working hard to create a boat, the old man looked at the structure and gave them instructions where they needed to improve it.

" I hope that this is enough for them to cross the Devil Sea Territory, " muttered ugly old man.

Mu WuShang and Ren are unconscious , they don't know what's happening outside.

In the newly built tribe ugly old man sitting beside the tribal head and giving out orders. " The trouble times will come and we need to prepare. The island is going to change, tell the hunters that for tomorrow I will be partic.i.p.ating in the hunt we need to ama.s.s our supplies. Once that is completed we need to raise the walls, built watching towers... ,In one word we need to enhance our protection so that we will be able to survive."

All the elders moved out of the hall, went outside to oversee the works that are being a.s.signed to them. while ugly old man spoke " we don't have much time in another ten days they have to leave this island if they don't leave now then they won't leave ever " said ugly old man.

" But they are asleep for days we don't know when they will wake up, how are they gonna go outside and survive " spoke Ken.

The words silenced the remaining members present in the hall. Looking at the silence Tribe head spoke up " We need to send them away while they are asleep then "

" How can you even think of that, do you want them to be food for sea creatures of there " berated Ren's mother.

" Calm down, he didn't meant that. If there is no way then at last we have to do it what he suggested." spoke ugly old man.

" humm, what I want to say is that how about sending my daughter with them, if they won't wake up. She is a skilled warrior, she even trained with them, " suggested Tribe head.

" No way ", Ken spoke as soon as Tribe head suggested " Are you mad, she is a girl how do you expect her to survive outside world," berated Ken.

" Although you are tribe head and this is for our future, she is your daughter. How can you even say that " said Ren. "You know If possible I even don't want Ren to venture outside world and face dangers while I hide in this place throwing all burdens on the young ones "

"We are old Ren, we can't do much they have to pave their own path. All we can do is pray that they won't die outside. If we are afraid of tomorrow we can't live in present. The glory of our ancestors should s.h.i.+ne in the young hands of our children. " said Tribal head. Ren couldn't say much. " This is only the backup plan if they don't wake up, if they wake up then we won't consider this matter and Tribe head mentally prepare your kid " said Ugly old man.
