If We Got Married 45 Grocery Shopping

Ha Eun always had something to do and it was always work related but after getting married she hasn't received any calls from board members or anyone. She thought that it was probably Mr. Oh's doing. He wanted to give the couple some alone time, so all the work was probably given to him.

She didn't know what to do with all this free time. She looked around at this big house and for the first time, in a long time, she felt lonely. She didn't realize being without Chang Wook would put such a downer on her att.i.tude.

She looked over at Chang Wook's video game console. She's never played a video game before, so she thought, 'why not now?'

Chang Wook came back from work early. He was excited to go out shopping with Ha Eun. He was surprised when he saw her on the couch with bags of chips and candy wrappers on the floor as well as cans of energy drinks on the coffee table. He was even more surprised when he saw Ha Eun was still dressed in her pajamas and was playing one of his video games.

He scoffed at this turn of events. She laughed at him for playing video games but look at her now.

"Die, die, die!" she yelled.

Chang Wook was surprised by this. He's never seen such bloodl.u.s.t in a person before. If he had known his wife would like such violent video games and would turn into this, he would have thrown away his console or at least hidden it away from her.

"What do we have here?" Chang Wook asked.

Ha Eun looked at him shocked. She looked at herself and realized the time. She hadn't even showered. She knew he was going to tease her mercilessly. She had no one to blame but herself. She walked into it.

Chang Wook walked slowly towards her. She wondered what he was going to say. Would he make fun of her hair? Would he make fun of how she's dressed? Would he talk about how dirty the couch is? He had so much material around him, where would he start?

Chang Wook placed his hand behind Ha Eun's head and pulled her towards him so he could give her a kiss on her forehead. Ha Eun was surprised by this gesture her face turned red.

Chang Wook knew that the best way to tease her was by being romantic.

"I'm back" Chang Wook told her.

Ha Eun quickly got up from the couch. Chang Wook took a step back, so she had enough s.p.a.ce to move but because of all the bags of chips and the empty cans on the floor she tripped forward and fell into Chang Wook's embrace.

"Mrs. Kim, you are so daring" Chang Wook said in a flirtatious tone. Ha Eun looked up at him and he was grinning down at her "I thought we were going to go grocery shopping and make dinner together, but I guess you want to jump straight to dessert"

Ha Eun lets go of him and back away "There you go again saying unnecessary things" she walked past him and headed towards the stairs to take a shower.

When she finished was.h.i.+ng up she went downstairs. Chang Wook was dressed in a white s.h.i.+rt, red sweatpants and open-toe sandals.

She was dressed in a white dress and black heels.

"Are you going to a party?" Chang Wook asked her. She was not only wearing a dress, she also had make-up on. They were just going to get food and come back.

"Are you homeless?" Ha Eun asked him. They were going out and he was dressed like he didn't own any clothes.

"Everytime I go out I have to dress nice; you never know when a paparazzi can show up" she said, "What's you excuse?"

Chang Wook looked at his clothes. He had forgotten he was married to the most famous woman in Korea. He's part of her world now, and as her husband, he has to dress as well as she does.

He kept his white s.h.i.+rt but changed into black jeans and white sneakers, he also put on a black jacket and one of the watches that Mr. Oh picked specifically for him.

At the grocery store Ha Eun handed Chang Wook a basket and she got one for herself. Then they started to go towards the first isle. Chang Wook could fell the eyes on them. He even noticed some people take pictures of them.

"We are too overdressed" Chang Wook whispered to Ha Eun.

"In our world this is casual. We'd be overdressed if you were in a suit made of gold and I was wearing a long dress made out of panda. Now stop worrying and tell me what kind of sauce you like" Ha Eun said as she held two cans of sauce.

Chang Wook chuckled and told her to get both.

When they were done going through the isles, he noticed that both of them were carrying a lot of stuff.

"Give it here" he told her.

She looked at the basket and shook her head "You don't have to worry about me. I can carry it myself"

"Who's worrying? And who said they were going to carry that for you? I just want to see how light it is" he said. He took the basket out of Ha Eun's hands and weighed it with his. Her's was definitely heavier than his. She reaches out to get the basket back, but he turns around and continues walking.

Ha Eun tried to get it back but he just walked even faster and then he started jogging.

"Are we in a track meet or something?" Ha Eun asked him "Give it back" Chang Wook chuckled.

When they reached the cas.h.i.+er, she told them how she thought they were a cute couple.

Ha Eun looked down and blushed. Chang Wook smiled at the cas.h.i.+er and thanked her.

When they got back to the car. Ha Eun realized she forgot to get pads and her period was coming soon. She looked at Chang Wook and told him "I forgot to buy something. Its important"

Chang Wook notices her feet. They have been walking for a while and those heels must be killing her.

"Stay here and I'll go buy it" he said, "What do you need?"

"Pads" she answered. Chang Wook stayed quiet. He looked down, scratched the side of his head then looked back up at Ha Eun and nodded.

"Alright, I'll be right back"

When he reached the sanitary pads section, there were so many he didn't know which one to get. They come in different sizes? He doesn't know Ha Eun's panty size. He looked to the side and noticed two girls looking at him. He started to feel a bit embarra.s.sed.

"He's so attractive"

"I know"

"Should we go talk to him?"

Chang Wook couldn't hear what they were talking about, but they were whipering and looking at him, so he was sure they were talking about how silly he looked, so he quickly turned around and acted like he wasn't looking at the pads and got deodorant as well as a tootbrush.

He got a text message from Ha Eun that said "Hurry up. I'm hungry" he wouldn't be taking so long if she hadn't told him what were the pads she usually wore but he didn't want to ask her that now.

He looked over at the girl.

"He's staring at us!"

He quickly turned around, got the first pads he saw and walked right past him. The girls looked at him shocked, then looked at each other with smiles.

"She's so lucky" they said at the same time.

"She must have saved the country in a past life"

When Chang Wook reached the car and Ha Eun saw the one's he got she was a bit disappointed. She couldn't last three hours wearing these. She'll have to go get different ones later.
