Chapter 10 Part 2 – Temporary leader

How about we choose a temporary leader first? The temporary leader will not automatically a.s.sume the role of the leader in the future. With the temporary team leader in place, it will be easier for both the vocal and dance teachers to communicate with the group for the time being as well.”

After he saw CEO Zhang Jianzhang nodded his head, he immediately added, “although it is only for the time being, let's do this the democracy way. You guys will conduct a voting internally.”

Zhang Jianzhang nodded with satisfaction at this arrangement.

Zhang Ye turned to the three and said, “it's simple, the minority will listen to the majority. Raise your hand if you want to be the leader, then the one who doesn't want to become one will vote.”

In theory, having such a voting arrangement would seem to benefit Chen Minhao as it puts him in an advantageous position as he and Gao Dao are both managed by the same agent, however, as this proposition was put forward by Zhang Ye, he felt extremely dubious that this arrangement would benefit him.

Despite this, when he thought about the fact that being a temporary leader would help him to become a leader in the future, and that being a leader will provide him with an edge in achieving his small target, he decided to fight for the chance to become a temporary leader no matter what the outcome would be.
