This would not normally happen but due to Mukai suppressing his emotions of fear, confusion and hate as well and the past anger of that "woman" as well the damage to his soul during his reincarnation which made his emotions extremely unstable made this wrath state happen. The wrath sate happened when his anger reaches the limit mixed with remenants of his wraith formation plus chakra. This doubles every single attribute as well as make any jutsu stronger but it comes with a price.
