After eating, suddenly the light became dim and only one bight light shone on Taner.

"Took you long enough, I thought you were going to reject me". He said pouting. Tañer blushed hearing him. Everyone laughed at his statement.

"There you have it guys, the number one hottest, richest and most powerful bachelor is completely off the list, I'm so heartbroken". A reporter reported.

"President Kim! Is the rumour about you being gay true?"

"President Kim, why did you suddenly reveal your relation?"

"President Kim, who's the young beautiful future Mrs Kim you proposed to?"

The reporters fired them with different questions immediately they came out. The security team and his bodyguards managed to block off the reporters and created a path for them to be able to pa.s.s.

" I'll be holding a press conference by 6 pm today, I hope you all can cooperate and keep your questions till them". Jiseok said calmly before walking away with Taner.

"President Kim!" the reporters run after him but was unable to catch up with him as he drove away with full speed followed by his entourage.

Inside the car, there was a deadly silence as both of them were deep in thought. Jiseok finally decided to break the silence as he couldn't take it.

"I know we got off in the wrong foot and thank you for helping me out, I hope we can really make this work and get to know each other more as we will be spending the rest of our lives together. Taner I know this may shock you but I really do like you a lot, I don't know when it started but I can't stay without you, and want you to be mine alone. I don't know if it's love yet but what I'm sure of is that the feelings I have for you is something I've never felt for anyone else. I promise you will never regret the decision you made today, I know you don't feel the same for me but I'll work hard to make you fall in love with me, that's my promise". He said determined as he held her hands.

Taner stared dumbfoundedly at him. At that moment, she made a firm decision to let go of her past and try to fall in love with him. "Thank you Jiseok". She whispered calmly. She could finally feel the closure she needed to be able to move on.
