With all of the creatures mutating rapidly, Zaro was more determined to finish the sixth stage before it would get too hard. He channeled essence into his legs, claws, and fangs then powered forward through all of the creatures that had begun launching themselves at him.

Most of the beasts were still mutating so their attacks were very odd and some creatures such as the boar would headb.u.t.t him with two small, undeveloped horns. Besides the boars, there were other wolves that had dangerous looking claws that easily tore through the ground as they ran towards Zaro.

Of course, he wasn't any weakling either and every time a beast would pounce at him, he would skillfully dodge the attack and then swipe his claws at them before advancing forward again. This tactic was simple but in no way easy as he was outnumbered ma.s.sively so he had to take a few hits to avoid many others.

What scared him the most were the caribou that just observed him from a distance and made him extremely uncomfortable. He knew full well that they were mutated and were holding back in order to get the last proper blow on him.

Suddenly, a wolf appeared from absolute thin air and ripped through his body causing him to squeal involuntarily. However, instead of running even faster, he was absolutely angered due to the injury and now instead of running, he was killing.

A boar stood in front of him on its hind legs while roaring extremely loudly, then slammed its two front legs onto the ground before charging at him. Logically, it would be easy for him to avoid the attack by side-stepping but since he was now angered, he faced the attack head on!

The boar flashed in front of him but was surprised when Zaro used every ounce of strength to claw upwards and remove a significant amount of flesh from it. The boar decided to dodge the hit but it was too late as its head throbbed in pain and because it stopped itself before it could connect its horns, Zaro was perfectly fine.

Just as the boar thought that he would run off like usual, Zaro pounced at its throat and ripped out its throat relentlessly. The boar dropped into his body lifelessly and the other creatures had become slightly hesitant in their attacks.

To put it simply, Zaro was enraged and just wanted to take out his anger on anything that he deemed a living thing! Thus, one by one, he was pouncing on each creature individually and taring them up with everything he had!

Whenever he was running low on energy, he consumed a core and slowly recuperated his strength and continued the slaughter. On the other hand, the other creatures were terrified because he did not spare a single life, no matter how big or small his opponent, they would be annihilated in a matter of minutes!

Even the intimidating caribou had decided to stay away from him! Zaro had lost his focus and turned into a killing machine and didn't even consider completing the sixth stage fast enough.

Over time, however, he was getting more and more tired and the cores were only helping him so much as they only improved recovery. He knew he was getting tired but did not mind it and continued his rampage and it was fine for him to do so as the other creatures were too scared to attack him.

Meanwhile, on Yizar's side, the nomads were struggling greatly and couldn't land a solid hit on the boar. He knew that he had to reveal his trump cards now before it was too late and too many lives were lost.

Firstly, he took out a clay bottle covered with some rubber top to seal the contents, he popped it open and poured a green liquid onto his sword. The sword began to glow and smell extremely bad as if he poured some kind of poison onto it.

Since approaching the boar was extremely hard on your own, he called for Oken to make a distraction. Oken hesitated but noticed that Yizar had a plan of sorts, so, he rushed into the fray and was smacked away before he could even get close!

However, in Yizar's eyes, this was a good opportunity regardless of the amount of time it gave him, all he needed was a distraction and it was delivered to him. He gripped his blade fiercely and slashed down at the boar, ripping through its flesh with ease!

The liquid on his sword was not just poison but also could weaken the opponent's skin and muscle structure which allowed him to sink the sword in deep and paralyze one of the boar's legs.

The boar slumped backward and its body was now much harder to control as its leg was now disabled. Due to the boar now being dazed because of its leg, the nomads pounced at the boar with all of their weapons and easily landed a few clean hits onto it.

"Perfect!" Oken cheered while leaning against one of the trees.

"Help me and I will disable another of its limbs!" Yizar called out causing all of the nomads to throw a few feints with their weapons and threatening it from all sides until Yizar could get closer after spilling more of the liquid onto the sword.

"Alright now!" Yizar shouted and pounced at the boar again with his sword gripped tightly in his hands. Once again, the distracted boar felt a sudden shock to a body part and shortly after, it slumped down because the poison had circulated throughout its body in small amounts.

Although the boar wasn't completely paralyzed, it found it difficult to move around as if a huge weight was dropped on its body.

The nomads continued to poke at the boar with their weapons until eventually, it was defeated without much struggle. Of course, the nomads had casualties on their side but they were no more than treatable injuries!

Before they could thank Yizar for his efforts, they all searched for shelter in case they were attacked by another boar. Hence, they took out the core which seemed extremely difficult, took some meat and pushed into the forest where they eventually uncovered a hole.

Yizar searched the insides and was happy to find out that it was empty and called the others in to start clearing it up to make more s.p.a.ce for everyone to actually fit inside. So many things were going on at once that none of the nomads could even speak to one another as everyone was on alert.
