Sorceress 16 He Would Not Be Alone.

Sometime in the afternoon, Speranza started to stir awake opening her eyes she looked at his profile while being snuggled between his arm and body. He had held her close to himself through the night.

Looking at him from this angle he did not look as fierce and intimidating, he excluded a calm and serene atmosphere while he rested.

She did not move from her position; for one she felt like a monster had ravaged all parts of her body and felt sore all over.

Lifting her arm was painful, any form of moving was excruciating and her legs were in numb lands and refused her commands.

Anyhow she was in no hurry to move from her spot, she was warm and comfortable.

Snuggling her head closing back her eyes after all her body wasn't willing to obey her, atop of that the images of what had occurred the night before had started to flow back her face was beet red so much it neared being scarlet.

Arkalat always been a very light sleeper how could he not feel her gaze? Impossible he had felt her stir and snuggle closer to himself but he pretended to remain asleep.

Detecting that her cheek was burning against his skin, he deduced she likely was deeply blus.h.i.+ng. Deciding to open his eyes to look down at the little beet red rabbit in his arms, the view drew a small arc on his lips. Seeing her blush so much he did not tease her but gently kissed her forehead.

"Good morning lovely" speaking in hushed husky voice against her ear as he had turned to face her while leaning on his arm to better admire the "view" of her body in the afternoon lights.

Trailing his finger from her tight to her nape, she lifted her head to look at him her blush had not receded any and it made her look quite cute in his eyes. Her azure blue eyes made the sky pale in comparations, making it look dull and gray.

"Morning." She answered in a gentle voice the tone full of her evident shyness.

He made a small smirk mirth filled his eyes, his little wife was just too cute, she had melted his heart at a speed that he never thought possible.

He always had been mission and war focused, the pleasure of the flesh was only a need that needed to be satisfied here and there.

But no matter how pretty or how cute the object he used to fill the need and he would not keep them next to him. He had no patience to deal with them!

When he looked at this girl that had cut a sorry figure and stared at him like a deer caught in highlights on the day they meet he felt something steer within, but he couldn't tell what it was it was like an attraction that tugged him toward her.

At first, he only wanted to use her for a cover it would make it more convenient for him. While humans tolerated other races the "dark" races were still suspicious of them. But if he travelled with her it would be easier to have them relax their defences. But now he just genuinely could not explain why he was so attracted to her. Maybe a lifetime with her would answer him…

In the meantime him and sleeping beauty needed to get up he still had to head over to astria.

Smirking he gave her a little slap on her little rear bun.

"Rise and s.h.i.+ne sleepy head we got a long road ahead." He said with a small teasing voice filled with his good mood.

Yelping at the affront her little bun received she furrowed her brows and pouting she felt wronged as her body was so sore that she could barely move and voiced her indignation to him.

"Easy for you to say I feel like my body is falling apart… "

Lifting a brow as he looked down at her he smirked a wolfish grin as he tightened his hold on her pressing his small lady to his chest as he teased her.

"Oh really?" He flipped her to her back and pressed her down he grinned as he looked down at her flabbergasted expression taking it in his mind when he got up, unlike her, he felt refreshed…

"Oye! "Feeling wronged as he teased her poor sore little self. "You know I am hurting everywhere moving is a ch.o.r.e I can't accomplish." She said half whining that this guy was being a beast, and he was demanding she walked? Did he wish to claim her little life?

Hearing that he was a little taken by surprise he did not recall being that wild with her… He after never took care of anyone after the deed was done…

He looked at her with a serious expression then getting up he placed a perk kiss on her forehead before leaving. "Stay here I will be right back." He said in all seriousness. He needed to fetch her some more clothing the one she had worn where now... He made a silly grin that only flashed before it disappeared. Having her with him was the right thing he was not going to be alone anymore.

In her mind, Speranza cursed him where did he think she would run off too? She could not even stand let alone walk... that beast had run hammock on her body and she was hurting everywhere she would definitely get back at him... trying to sit she winced... "seriously does he not know restraint?"
