How could I fail to see the look in my husband gaze? He clearly was blaming himself for bringing me down into the place where the sun never s.h.i.+ned where the wind never caressed one's skin. However, I never regretted my own decision to follow him into this perilous abyss!

How could I blame him after this? Besides if I had remained at the surface. I would indeed have been safe and sound but I would never know what happened to him was he safe was he hurt? Those questions might never get answered and once parted one did not know when we would meet again!

As my mind wandered to those question my heart suffered immensely from it.

"Love why are you looking at me as if I am but a feeble petal of flower and will disappear into a sorrowful illusion?"

I made a smile and raised both my arms opening them so I could wrap them around his neck as he then leaned over wrapping me in his embrace, gently placing a peek on my forehead. He said nothing but he had that brooding face of his but his eyes had gone soft and held up warm into them a look that I knew he only made for me.

Making a light smile I snuggled my cheek to the left side of his neck brus.h.i.+ng my nose up to the label of his ear gently and could not help but let out a soft giggle. This man I could now read him like a little open book? Even if I did not try to how could I not? I knew what he was facing would likely more serious then he let me know and see but I wanted to lift his spirit a little.

Hence I said. "Love stop brooding like an old man or is it that you are one already?" I teased him lightly the effect was near instantaneous as Chie and Saya did not know where to place their gaze anymore! Obviously, they have no place to retreat!

Making that evil wolf grin of his when he's up to no good giving him that alluring dangerous wild air I could not look away from my husband now turned into a wolf… No sc.r.a.p that this man is a demon that wears the skin of a wolf to hide his nature!

***

Note to self maybe I should take it easy on provoking that sly devil, this guy seriously, I am feeling sore in all my limbs thanks to him and way too tired to even lift a single finger.

Sigh...

Curling up in the comfortable cus.h.i.+ons and pulled the blanket in the end the girls had gone out to tactfully leave us s.p.a.ce while I look out my window up to the ceiling of this cave which frankly looks as high as if one would try to reach the sky while all those beautiful crystal s.h.i.+ne like stars I can't help but reminisce of the night sky
