She walked toward the door with a resolute pace.
The man had, of course, hear the wyvern land and so did Speranza.
She pushed herself to a sit holding her newborn son close to her.
"Speranza?" Chie voiced as she did not even bother to knock or wait to be received she knew her friend was inside and that's all she cared for.
Hearing her friend voice Speranza face bloomed "I'm here!" she said but her voice cracked down and was hoa.r.s.e. Hearing her Chie barged into the hut the man stared between the two.
His eyes bulged at the site of the interlocutor. Such a beauty was rare for him to see. When he had found the beautiful redhead he taught his luck had been pretty good.
He had saved the redhead from death so she would likely be a done deal. No woman could survive in these lands alone with a child.
He did not mind the fact that she already had one her beauty would make him overlook it.
As for the new girl he would love to get more acquainted with. Being more women than men in the village, they had opted for the men to be able to have multiple wives insuring that mostly all women had a man to care for them.
He saw nothing wrong with the train of thoughts. While he never married because no women had caught his fancy.
As he went forward toward the new girl which he found bewitchingly beautiful with her big watery eyes long black hair soft and tender looking lips and seductive forms.
As he took a step forward something poked him as the woman glared at him.
Looking down he saw a long ice-made magic lance just in front of his little "brother" would he had to take another step it would have become a little "sister". He wasn't dumb enough to force it. This girl had clearly good training and wasn't your average run in the mill village girl. No, she was as cute as a little hedgehog looking all spiky and s.p.u.n.ky.
Chie had not missed the look of l.u.s.t he had held for her the h.e.l.l was this man thinking in this tofu head of his? Did he grill a socket thinking she would open her legs just like that for him? She didn't mind taking his needs off for him, she would make sausage for him to eat.
Seeing the knife cutting tension Speranza spoke. "Chie stand down don't kill him".
Making a swift motion she lifted the lance from his little brother to his Adam apple forcing him to arch his back backward. As he lifted his hand in I surrender pose.
"Listen and listen to me well big guy. I don't know you nor do I want to see your eyes l.u.s.ting over me. While I see you l.u.s.ting over my best friend as well. That's just plain disgusting. Your mother never told you not run after two rabbits?" Her voice was like a knife sharp and deadly, but that small smirk on her lips, she might as well kill him he found it irresistible.
"Because running after two rabbits will make you lose both." She said with dark humour.
"Demona his also here are you able to walk we found the cave you were in but you were already gone there was a lot of blood are you ok?" She asked in concern no longer paying attention to the man.
Finally seeing the child in her friend hold she couldn't help but freeze that child was not due yet why was it born?
"S-Speranza" she stuttered confusion and anxiety on her face.
"It was born last night after the teleportation that went wrong" she calmly stated.
Chie felt herself deflate how were they supposed to bring her with a child? It would freeze to death. Once the sun would set the cold would be biting.
Seeing a chance there the man said huskily. "You can stay here I don't mind." He wanted to keep the girls with him, it might give him a chance with this little hedgehog of a girl.
He would prove to her that he could stick to only one hedgehog. He didn't know now but this would be later his saving grace.

A few miles away from there.
Yuya and Saya marched in the direction of Sakura and Bast led by the Psychic Dragon. He had caught a whiff of their smell. All had hurried in the direction they no longer bickered, after all, uniting with their party was more important.
Sword clash noise was heard once they had reached the fifty-meter range. Theirs hear sunk who was fighting them? The trio ran toward the sound of fighting!
Sakura and Bast were going toe to toe with a group of ogres they both were heavily panting as they stood back to back.
Blocking and attacking they were exhausted but they couldn't stop if they did they would be the next meal of those giants like demon crossed with pigs.
As a mace landed too heavily on her sword sakura staggered as bast then grabbed hold of her and jumped away with her cradled into his embrace, as an arrow flew by to land in the imaginary red dot in the pig brain. One shot kill. The ogre fell on its knee then forward it no longer breathed.
Its companion looked toward the new arrival.
Standing up a hill a girl reloaded her bow while the other played a magical flute wrapping them in a green halo of light.
The dragon screeched making a deafening mind attack to the group of ogres while no one of his allies suffered the blow.
Soon the halo also covered the two, Sakura and Bast smiled as they would no longer be on the defensive; -Now was time to end this.
